Had a wonderful afternoon tea party here for my mum's 90th birthday. We all had a great time. Food was fabulous. Especially the Victoria cream sponge which I'm going to make a return visit for!! Nothing was too much trouble and a great fun and cosy atmosphere. It felt personal. Thank you so much. Mum really enjoyed her afternoon with her friends and family. A great little venue.

Wonderful venue for a family afternoon tea/hen party event. Helpful, caring staff, who are courteous and polite. Food was delicious, fresh, homemade warm scones, cakes, treats, and sandwiches. Lovely decorations. We were able to add decorations to the room, bunting & table decorations. Such a friendly establishment. Do try it out. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Sally, for helping to make my daughter's day special.

My friend and I had lunch at Greenwoods. Sal and Alan have owned the tea room for 8 months. It was previously called Tasha's Tearoom. Sal is a really good chef. I had the smashed avocado on toasted sour dough, with feta crumb and poached eggs. It was lovely. My friend had the eggs Benedict with ham and said she would lick the plate if no one was watching! Tea is served in proper tea cups with teapot. Other drinks are available. We have become regular visitors here. Very nice, relaxed and welcoming.

What a Beautiful family run business! After taking my Mother for her Birthday (April) for an Afternoon tea I decided this would be the perfect venue to host my Baby shower. Sally the owner was fantastic from start to end, extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too Much for Sally always contactable and reliable. Lots of my friends & family who attended my baby shower have also mentioned they would like to book this venue in the future. Fantastic location, delicious homemade food and a family atmosphere! What more could you ask for? 10/10 Thank you Sally & Team will be back soon!!

We booked for our friends 60th birthday.Some had the Prosecco and we had a couple of vegetarian and vegan friends.The vegan tea was absolutely gorgeous and served away from the meat/fish. There were yummy scones with different flavours including chocolate and marshmallow. Lemon drizzle and carrot cake were hot favourites. We were really spoilt and nothing was too much trouble. Came in this morning to take my mum for a birthday brunch. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Tea was lovely - proper china cups and a beautiful teapot. Food made to order so was lovely and fresh. I had pancakes and mum had avocado/poached eggs on sourdough. Both meals were great. Very good value for money.

I had a great experience at Greenwoods today! I was with a group who hired the space for a private party. All the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Everything served was freshly made and tasted amazing. Sally's home made cakes were especially delicious. I would definitely recommend visiting this tea room!! Just had afternoon tea at this lovely place. The sandwiches were freshly made and so nice. The homemade sausage roll was probably my favourite. We also had the most moist Victoria sponge and lemon drizzle cake. Individual banoffee pie was also a revelation. We were offered scones but we could not eat them so they gave them to us in takeaway boxes. The proprietors were attentive. We will be back.

Had a fantastic Mothers Day afternoon tea this afternoon here. Food was absolutely delicious, freshly made with all the attention to detail you would expect! Brought mum and dad here for an afternoon tea. Good selection of freshly made sandwiches, delicious home made sausage rolls and a lemon drizzle cake to die for. Scones came warm with plenty of cream and jam. Mum and dad said one of the best afternoon teas they have had. Wonderful service from Sally and her crew and a special mention to George who made the lemon drizzle cake.

I organised a baby shower at greenwood’s brunch and found communications with the owner sally very quick and easy. We are given private hire of the venue due to the size of our party and meeting minimum spend. The food was amazing and there was plenty of sandwiches and cakes of a range of varieties. The scones were also homemade and my highlight of the day! Sally and her team were accommodating for all allergies and food preferences (vegetarian, 3 x dairy free, vegan and nut allergy), and were even able to make a takeaway tea for a guest who was unable to come due to illness. There was no food waste as we were provided with boxes to take away any leftovers! Sally, Alan and Anna were all very helpful, kind and friendly to all members of our party, and I would highly recommend the venue for afternoon tea and group bookings. I will definitely be returning to try the new brunch menu.

Lovely lunch on Friday. Toasted panini with homemade coleslaw. Tea and home made lemon drizzle cake too which was delicious. Sally, Alan and George are so welcoming even to my dog Dexter. Will definitely be back.

Visited last weekend and was very impressed with the food and wholesome welcoming from the staff in Greenwoods Café. Food is freshly cooked, the eggs were cooked to perfection and It tasted amazing! Super thankful to have this friendly café in our neighbourhood. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again!

Wow wow wow what a wonderful afternoon tea. Fantastic selection of sandwiches cakes scones and sausage rolls. Such attentive staff and thoughtful to all our needs - one of us being gluten free and we forgot to mention when booking. No problem for Sally and her team they quickly did a gluten free version. George kept us in an endless supply of tea and such a polite young man a real asset to the company

The experience was nothing special. Had to give the manager exact details over the phone what sandwiches I wanted- Could be more flexible in her approach but other staff very friendly.

We got rudely turned away at the door on a Sunday at 2pm, despite there being several unreserved empty tables inside, due to the fact we had a pushchair (our baby was asleep and silent). We waited for a few minutes and more people left yet were still not welcome. Very disappointed as we travelled specially to try out this tea room.

Hens Afternoon Tea for 8 of us - Sandwiches and cakes were great and the Scones with Jam and cream were divine! Plenty of tea/coffee available as was the water and the Prosecco was flowing! Lovely little venue and the price is perfect (£13 without prosecco) Not from that area but would definitely pay another visit.

We were early to a wedding and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating. She gave us a small table to rest at until larger group left to which she reserved especially for us. She then took our orders swiftly as we only had 45 minutes until the service. Food was great. Excellent range. It also started raining and she said we could take their umbrellas to the church and return them afterwards. Fortunately it stopped however the kindness was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

I only visited here as the pancake shop was closed. The croissant was heated in microwave which made it very soggy. Hot choc was ok. pleasant staff.

I met with two friends who I haven't seen for 20/25 years. We all had lovely food and coffee/tea and talked non stop. We never felt that they wanted us to leave and enjoyed our time together and the atmosphere in the cafe.

I remember the first time I went into Tasha's Tearoom about 3 years ago with my 4, young children. Suzanne came over and was so lovely with all of my children, chatting away to them - we then had the yummiest cakes and hot chocolates. When my daughter turned 8 last Christmas Eve, she requested to have her birthday tea at Tasha's as she knew that Tasha, Suzanne and all the staff would make it so special - and they totally did. It's always top of our places to go for a treat. You are really made to feel so welcome, if you want a chat there's someone to chat to - or just grab a magazine and chill out. Can't recommend it enough. And their prosecco is yum - their salads are the best ANYWHERE!

Came here for Mother's Day afternoon tea & could not fault anything at all! The cakes were amazing and so many choices. Just when we were about to burst we were then bought out scones too! The staff were great at helping with wheelchair access for my Nan and all very friendly. Definatly recommend! Thank you so much.

Absolutely love this little tea room in the middle of cheam village. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch or just a cup of tea (and a cheeky cake!), it always does the job. Very convenient for babies and young children as well with a small selection of toys for them to play with and high chairs to use.

Very pleasant tea/coffee/cake shop that seats approx 30? people in a light and airy shop.Tea is served in proper China cups saucers and tea pots and coffee in coffee cups. The cakes I think are home made and generous portions with competitive prices - cheaper than 'the name' opposite too.The cafe also serves freshly prepared salads around the &6/£7 mark so again good pricing. Wraps soups and food for the little 'uns is also available.Wifi, without the annoying people who hog 4 tables buy one drink and stay 3hours as in 'the name'.Only slight negative is that with hard floors and wooden chairs, it can get noisy when it's very busy and folk scrape rather than lift chair. The staff are friendly, I suspect very local, and always seem to have a smile on their faces rather than the scowls sometimes seen elsewhere.

Booked afternoon tea , was very quiet when we arrived . We sat down and our teapot came out , pretty little tea cups a nice brew. It was when the sandwiches and cakes came out on the stand that we were disappointed. Tiny little finger sandwiches cheese and pickle, tuna, ham and tomato a random chicken one. The slices of cake were pretty random, a slice of carrot cake , a strange Bakewell tart with mince pie filling and very randomly a piece of bread pudding. The scones came after and they were ok, the clotted cream and jam saved them. £12 per head ?? Should have been more like £12 for the stand. Very disappointed, I know it's not the Ritz but £12 per head? For that no no nooooooo

Absolutely lovey setting, food and service. We had a beautiful baby shower. The cakes and sandwiches were delicious. They were so accommodating. We had a diabetic requirement and gluten free and they couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

Have always wanted to visit here and had the opportunity to meet a friend for tea. We were not disappointed. I now know why its always busy in here. The cakes they serve are simply amazing - moist, gooey and tempting.. Plus with lovely teapots and china cups. Glad you have brought this tradition back!!! Well done.

Husband and I visited as it looked quite nice from the outside and we like tearooms and cake! I had a tuna sandwich and it was only average. The bread was supermarket bread, the tuna not very nice and the salad consisted of 4 small lettuce leaves which I think were rocket. It came with some tasteless crisps. Quite abysmal really. Very poor. If you provide salad with a sandwich then have a proper little salad not a parody of one. Get rid of the crisps, tasteless and add nothing. The tea we had was okay but you can't really ruin tea. The cakes looked nice but nothing made me want to try one. The waitress was pleasant and doing a great job with her arm in plaster. This could be a great place with some small changes. Nice looking place so hopefully they will improve and make a go of it. Nice addition to Cheam shops if they can improve the quality of the food.

Shabby, bread from Sainsbury across road, been nice a nice loaf. Dirty seats, one I had was broken. Badly set out, had seat by toilet door. More people squeezing past to go out back then customers. Won't waste my money again.

I have been to this tea room a couple of times and recently it seems to have gone downhill. The sandwiches and cakes are overpriced for what you get - £5.95 for a sandwich ( just a supermarket bread sandwich with a few crisps and a few salad leaves). Even the salad you get with the sandwich has become tiny.I do like the atmosphere and the people seem very nice, so I will just restrict my visits to tea and cake. A shame really because it could be a really great place. I don't have a problem with a reasonable price as long as you get a good product. My advice to them would be to have a bit of a rethink and relaunch themselves as a bespoke product place. Perhaps really go for the cake market and have some over the top crowd pleasing cakes or keep with this model but perhaps start selling more home made products like sausage rolls. Whatever they do, they should make any changes very clear because I know a lot of people who aren't very impressed with the place and have written it off.

Nice little tea shop on the High St. We opted for a couple cream teas, which were served nice and quickly. Scones were very tasty albeit a little too crumbly; jam and clotted cream were delicious.Next time I'd like to try some of the sandwiches and other delicious looking cakes on offer.

Visited here for a cuppa and chitchat with my sister. Although very busy, it was disappointing that I had finished my teacake by the time my coffee arrived, and I had almost finished the coffee by the time my sisters tea and cake arrived. The whole thing felt disjointed and we spent most of our time there looking round for where our order was rather than chatting. We were planning on having a spot of lunch whilst there but instead chose to pay and leave after our cake rather than our lunch orders arrive at completely different times. Bear in mind this was just tea/coffee and cake, nothing complicated.

Visited for a Baby Shower, large party but even so poor service, sandwiches very thin and poor quality. Staff unhelpful - shame was very disappointed all round

Had lunch at Tasha's Tearoom after a morning walk at Nonsuch Park. Nice sandwiches and cakes at a very reasonable price. The café is cute and very child friendly, with space for push chairs and toys/games for children.

We had a tuna sandwich, which was OK, but no option to have granary bread. The home made tomato and red pepper soup was really nice, and it said it came with toasted ciabatta bread, so was surprised when it came out with three very small toasted bits of bread. I asked for another portion (again small) which was a further £1.50! The table side service was really slow and there was hardly anyone in there. However, the staff were very friendly.I would have given a better rating, had the service been quicker and a normal size portion of bread came with the soup.

My second visit to Tasha's. It is a small tea room and was busy with mums and pushchairs. Sat in the corner with 2 friends, but we were not impressed with the overall experience. The service was okay. The sandwich was nothing special and the menu limited. I will not be returning as I did not feel that this tea room met my needs. There are plenty of other options in Cheam village.

The two teens took Grandad for afternoon tea-scones,jam and cream for two with tea, pain au chocolate, bagel, hot chocolate, a slice of cake and all for £16.Good, friendly service. Visited with a friend and they were obviously busy with 2 parties. We had tea and cake. Disappointed as cake portion now very small and no hot water top up. Service was pleasant but I miss the extra style. Young lady asked for our order, moments after my friend arrived and then waited silently for her to decide. After enjoying all previous visits this time I took some members of my family along.The service was poor and the size of the dishes were small to say the least.Suffice to say that my family wont be back anytime soon, and neither will i.
