The Italians that run this cafe are so lovely. The manager helped me with my baby and they were so quick to get me anything I wanted. Nice sofa in the window too!

I came in to Ciambella to wait for laundry next door. It is my first time and I will be back! The lovely Italian lady serving and working very hard (but still very cheerful!) makes you feel very welcome. The food and ambience is great. And wifi!

Really love this place, use it at least once a week for lunch or a place to hang out with a coffee and to use the wifi. The staff are so friendly and nothing is ever too much hassle. Acton needed somewhere like here, and long may it stay!A must try for anyone in the area, whether it's just for a coffee and a cake, breakfast, lunch or an early dinner!

This cafe in Acton is a treat. As opposed to your 'greasy spoon' type cafe this is a gem! The food is fresh and tasty and not written in stone. The proprietor is super friendly and is enthusiastic about your ordering what you want, not just what she has. They have wifi that works really well, and don't rush you out the door if you nurse a latte while surfing and doing your laundry next door! It's clean and though 'kitschy' it does have a certain charm. (I love that among all the bric-a-brac on the wall is a subtle but wonderful picture of Thelonius Monk!)I've had mostly breakfast here, the omelettes are nice and come with a super fresh salad.Try it, you'll like it!

Went here for lunch on local recommendation and wasn't disappointed. The owner host is a delight to meet, lively, enthusiastic about the food on offer and happy to make suggestions. I liked it so much I went for lunch the three days I was in the area. On one day I had the roast salmon and simply the nicest salmon I've had in a very long time. Highly recommended. Another day I had the homemade minestrone soup, very obviously just made that day and delightful. We need more establishments with this quality and attitude, do go, you won't be disappointed.

After a round at the supermarket stepped into a random little caffe with the thought of a quick sandwich. Its simply amazing how some people possess the gift of hospitality - this lovely proper italian Mamma got me a bucket of Montepulciano, brought a little bruschetta to get me started and next I was tucking into a proper lasagna..The tiramisu is the best I've ever had - embarrassing to admit as I manage an Italian restaurantThe lady running the place is an absolute gem - hospitality defined in her actions=)Made a bad day good - achievement in itself. Wonderful and amazing. Grazie Mille!

I used to have the pleasure of living near this charming cafe, and was in the area recently so visited again. I'm glad to say that if anything it has got better. The food is incredible, the owner is lovely and the place itself is spacious and relaxing. I shan't leave it so long before coming back again. Well worth a visit if you're in Acton, or even if you're not!

Five of us had breakfast here this morning and we were welcomed by the owner into this very smart restaurant as long lost family. It was busy and it is obvious that Ciambella is no secret locally. I had Americano Coffee in a large mug followed by a full English breakfast which benefited from great sausages and tasty bacon all for a very reasonable price. The toilet was the cleanest and smartest I have been in for many a year.We will be back.

We went to Ciambella after my 3 1/2 year old twin grandchildren's had performed in their Christmas show at their nursery nearby. We were four adults and twin infants. Ciambella is a wonderful restaurant with a wide Italian and traditional English menu. The restaurant is light and well appointed. It is run entirely by two charming people, Gabriella and Roxy. They do everything...cooking...serving...clearing!We were warmly greeted on arrival and suggestions were made as to what the children would like. I had the best English breakfast for many years and my wife had an outstanding omelette with salad. Both were really well cooked. The visit was a great success and I would advise all shoppers at Morrisons in the centre of Acton, which is just across the road, to go to Ciambella. It is outstanding. The total cost for six of us was £38...very good value for money

This is just an ordinary Italian Cafe with an espresso machine and light lunches. The coffee and food are no better and no worse than a thousand others. But what makes it special is the service and welcome from the lady who runs it. Her cheerful extrovert personality really is something special and sends you out into the high street with a smile on your face. Thoroughly recommended if you're having a bad day!

Molto buoni complimenti allo Chef !!!!

Absolute gem hiding in plain sight in a corner of Ealing... best Italian for miles around. Not a huge menu but really high quality pizza and pasta, with carefully curated specials and good wine. Real cooking, the flavour is bursting from the food. Recommend the smoked tuna crostini starter and the Italian sausage tagliatelle! Lovely service too, really done with heart, just an all around pleasure to eat here.

a disappointing experience. given the instructions that I can find the best ragu here, it was not even close to my expectations as a chef. I took a portion for two people. the meat ball was tasteless, a pork sausage too small for one person, the bread very hard (I think it was very old), insufficient taste in the sauce. I would not return to this restaurant.

A small, inconspicuous, unassuming place with some of the best pizza in the area. I've eaten there several times in the restaurant and delivery. Delicious pizza made by lovely, warm people. I'll definitely come back for more...

Nice Italian food but a little expensive. The place does not get very busy and I don't think booking is necessary.
