The best sour dough style pizza in West London.

I come here to eat at least twice a month and get take aways at least twice a month. The pizzas here are amazing. The service from the gentleman with a South African accent is amazing. The younger lady is really lovely. But the lady with an Eastern European accent is DREADFUL!!! She is SO rude. Does she realise customers give business and business is what pays her wages??? She is difficult, rude and shouldn’t work in the service industry. It’s a shame because this place is consistently yummy. To the boss: pls fire her.

Unfortunately this was not up to standard at all. Our pizzas were cold when they arrived (an hour after ordering) and the dough was stale on both pizzas to the point that my bf didn't eat the dough edge on the pizza. On my pizza, which had a tomato and basil base with added ingredients, the ingredients were few and placed only in the middle of the pizza, leaving the outside parts empty. Somehow, I did not get any nduja pieces despite it being very spicy. To summarise, I wish I had ordered from somewhere else and I will not be ordering from this place again, whether via Uber Eats or in person.

Food is amazing, but the way that place is run is awful. The people that work there are also awful. I waited 1.5 hours to get a pizza, and I live 5 minutes away. I've been trying to contact them for the last 30 minutes, but no one is picking up to give me an update.

A cozy spot with regular pizza and friendly staff. If I'm being honest, the food isn't particularly unique or flavorful for the price. There are street parking options on the nearby backstreets.

Sunday 4th August around 18:00 pm I visited a pizzeria. The lady who served us was absolutely unpleasant, no respect for us. She was so rude to us regular customers that we left the restaurant immediately. She asked us to book tables even though the restaurant was empty and there was no proof on the table that it was reserved. For the owners to check the cameras AND to sanction the staff

I ordered quite often from uber eats and i always add extras but my cheese pizza it comes dry and unbaked! 2 last times them both came white, not baked as requested even if i ask to have it baked a lot. Them are coming not baked enough are all white around and the taste is pointless. When they bake pizzas a lot a lot is a different taste but they don’t follow the notes. They can make the best pizzas if they follow instructions i been ordering whole year this year

Was recommended to me by a friend, saying it was the best pizza in London. Dunno if I would make such a proclamation myself but it was certainly delicious and service was great. Atmosphere was cosy borderline claustrophobic but can't be helped with the space they have to work with. Will definitely return.

food is good, BUT service is worst ever. 20% tip was already included on the invoice, rolled eyes, raised shoulders (this is not Murika hello).. had to walk in to pay with card due to waitress disappeared (???) .. while I was holding the invoice waitress straight away printed an even higher invoice with a fake amount. basically she tried to ask £25 for a £15 consumption ... 100% I won't go back and will not order again from here.......

The pizza is to die for!! And the Aperol spritz? Don’t even get me started… UNREAL! Very tasty, I always leave this place highly satisfied. The people working there clearly know what they’re doing…BUT… I wanted to highlight one of your staff member which is Lukasz-always smiling, makes you feel like at home and always willing to help selecting suitable options for you. Every single time he provides excellent service and is very attentive. Really professional and knowledgeable, even with a full restaurant in and out I don’t feel forgotten. He really is THE BEST of Lloro Di Napoli. Please make sure you pass on my appreciation to him!! :)

Outstanding legendarily great famously great place to eat superb pizza

Since last time I went there, I haven't seen any italian working there. The service is horrible now. They served before than us, their friends arrived after of us. They were eating the pizza we ordered before they arrived. They forced us to pay cash, in England, where everyone pay by card.

Was told I can’t sit outside on a particular table with the dog that I had been allowed to on one or two occasions previously because the neighbours had a dog. Waitress who smelled like she had been drinking slurred can you read the sign which only asked patrons to leave quietly. I ordered and requested to pay at the beginning with my card as my phone had low battery and was told it is cash only, there were no signs stating this and I’ve paid with card on every visit prior to this one. After frequenting this place pretty regularly for 5 years this was my last visit.

Small and busy pizzeria with a great choice of, you guessed it, pizzas. Not cheap but very good.

Amazing pizzas! The best Iv had so far… a must try… the tiramisu is a big hit… would go back to have it all again.

West London is home to many great pizzerias and this is one of them. My friend and I had 2 pizzas, the L’oro Di Napoli and the Mamma Lucia. Both were delicious! For dessert, we shared a rum baba with pistachio ice cream. Within walking distance from South Ealing station.

We wanted to visit this place for long time and it didn’t disappoint!!! Luckily, we had booked the table as it was packed when we arrived ( Bank Holiday Monday 8pm). We had as a starter aubergine parmigiana… and it was delicious , full of melted cheese and nice tomato sauce. For pizza we opted for Santa Lucia and L’oro di Napoli! I have to admit that Santa Lucia was not my favorite taste. But the pizza base was so nice and thin- reminded me of Napoli truly- and the ingredients were high quality. Highlight was the baba rum with pistachio ice cream desert! Please… everyone has to try this!!!! Will definitely return to try more!!!

Literally one of the best if not the best authentic Italian pizza we've ever had. My wife and I recently returned from Florence and this pizza is up there with the best of Italian pizzas we've tried. Cannot recommend it more highly. Just as a constructive suggestion for improvement please a keep reserved table available at time of booking. The 5-10 minute wait was well worth it though and food was so good that we weren't even disappointed the reservation was forgotten.

Gorgeous pizza. This is my favourite type of pizza and L'oro Di Napoli nails it every time. I could eat this every day and never get bored. Tip - ALWAYS go for the homemade cheese cake!

We had a great dining experience. Definitely a must try when you are in Ealing. The ambiance is warm and cozy. Their staff was so accommodating and lovely.

Best pizza in London. Any choice is great. The aubergine parmegiana starter is fantastic.

I guess we will have to try going to the actual restaurant, because as take-away the experience was not satisfactory, I do not know if the blame lies on the restaurant, the delivery system (order Yoyo) or both. Yesterday our order arrived 90 minutes after placed, calling to the restaurant was not helpful, and the pizzas were cold and not tasty; even after re-heating them. Also, we could find only one artichoke in the Antipasto Verde, so a very disappointing experience overall.

Lovely Neapolitan style pizza - the dough was super tasty and chewy! The pizza toppings were also super generous! I had the pizza with mushroom, Parma ham, Parmesan and truffle oil which was deliciously flavoured and the hint of truffle was just amazing! Very friendly staff and the service was excellent!

Their Icshia pizza is the best veg pizza I've ever had, rich with flavour and perfectly cooked toppings. Caruso is a go to, along with piazza dante too. We've not had a pizza we've disliked, just some are tastier for our palette. We order or go at least twice a month.

Balisimmo!!!! Original Italian pizza best ever....lovely ambience of a beautiful italian restaurant you have to visit this place once. Was greated very well by the waitress lovely lady (sorry forgot her name long hair in a pony tail) I had bread and oil with balsamic vinegar 😋 as a starter and a vegetarian pizza I finished off with the best homemade cheesecake in the world drisseled with fruit sauce yum yum 😋 absolutely amazing amazing amazing I'm going to say this is going to be my hidden pizzeria gem in South eailing

Authentic Neapolitan experience in South Ealing!

In reality the pizza is very good and the decoration took me back to the Gulf of Naples. To try.

I'm quite local to the area and have been to L'Oro di Napoli a few times as very close to my place. We went yesterday to have a quick pizza after one day travelling back home and I wasn't completely satisfied. The atmosphere was quite off, they stopped accepting cards apparently which was a big surprise and the quality of the pizza wasn't great. Both pizzas were extremely chewy and underdone, though the flavours were all there. I was very thirsty last night after that. We only had 2 pizzas and 2 beers and the waitress forgot the beers once the pizzas were already on the table. It took quite a long walk to go and look for cash, as the cashpoint machine near the supermarkets were unavailable and it was quite frustrating. Nowadays I never carry money and don't think I'll come back if they keep this policy in place. Finally, the service charge apparently is not optional anymore. I hope London will not become like the US, people should be free to tip whatever they want whenever they feel like I hope the owners will consider my feedback in a very constructive way as they are very nice people

I ordered a Salami Pizza from this restaurant. It was arrived so cold. The Salami tasted so bad which I had to separate them. During the night I had diarrhea and stomach ache and my skin itched. At the morning I saw my scary face! My face and eyes were puffy. I went to a hospital and they told me that it should be because of an unhealthy ingredient of pizza (which I'm sure that was Salami). I called the restaurant and asked to talk to the supervisor. She explained that all the materials are fresh. She didn't even make an apology and when I was explaining the issue she asked me what do you want me to do at this point?! She was so rude. Not recommend this place 👎

Must try! The owner is from Napoli and they use excellent Italian ingredients. Wood fire oven, best pizza outside of Napoli. Pizzas are great but if you want something different try the Calzone del Vesuvio or fried pizas. Simply 🔝

Pizza I thought was OK but not good enough for me to come back in my opinion. Decor makes the restaurant more interesting. Service was good. Took my order promptly and food came out quiet quickly. Clean toilet in the rear of restaurant.

We do love ordering Loro as a treat! We love the Edwardo and Sophia Loren pizzas. The calzone is also very yummy!

We love L'oro di Napoli, we both order and go to the restaurant regularly. My girls say "this is the best pizzeria in the world!" One area of improvement is that quite often the time indication on their website doesn't come through to the restaurant and pizzas are delivered as soon as ready and not at the time indicated.

This place never disappoints. Food 5/5 best pizza i have ever had . Service they can do better but place is so small . The only thing that i do not like is that tables are extremely close to each other if you want privacy go somewhere else but order pizza from there 😅

Has really gone down hill! Soooo disappointed!

Very disappointed went with a friend. Got there no booking around 9.30pm was told that there was No tables available, although there was clearly 2 tables empty as it was only 2 of us I said we won’t be long just a main course and we’ll be off . The Eastern European waitress did not budge and was quiet arrogant just kept saying “No nut posibel’ , it’s boking”Went next door pub for drink, whilst drinking outside pub next 1hr the tables stayed empty! Avoid this unfriendly, unaccommodating, arrogant place

Waited 90 mins for three cold pizzas Unhelpful comms

Ordered 2 pizza's at 7 via the Delieveroo app. Was waiting just over an hour for the food, which ordinarily is not a problem. Especially if the restaurant is busy or there is a lack couriers. Finally got confirmation of a pick up at 7.55, and received at 8.01. Both pizza's were stone cold and neither were cut. The BIG issue was that the restaurant printed the receipt for collection at 7.31, which was a blatant lie! Thus meaning the pizzas were stood still for 25ish minutes. Additionally we added a note that we were staying in the area via accommodation, you would think they would cut the pizza in that instance. Both issues could have been avoided by not allowing the pizza's to be delivered after standing still for a long time and by reading the note saying we were in accommodation. Although the last issue was irreverent as the pizza's ended up in the bin due to not being edible. Won't be ordering from there again if we stay in the area.

My partner and I were blown away by the quality of your food. For the review, we always get the same things at every pizza restaurant we go to. We start with a focaccia with mozzarella and then we order the original margherita. What can I say, the dough was perfect. Light, airy and crispy. Soft and chewy in the right places. The flavour was outstanding. Real garlic everywhere. The margherita was outstanding again. The dough was again perfect. The pomodoro sauce wasn’t acidic but it was just amazing. Juicy and sweet. The cheese was perfect. We then noticed the fried pizza. Just wow. We never finished it all but we had it the following day but we heated it properly and again, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. Just lovely. The dessert followed. In house Tiramisu and a cannolo, an amazing crunchy shell with the softest ricotta and crushed pistachios. I think we actually got more than we bargained for. The tiramisu was outstanding. Perfectly flavoured. It was just a delicious meal and a beautiful experience. My partner loved the complimentary meloncello. Thank you Isabella for an amazing meal and a warm welcome. P.s. Please also a restaurant in Manchester. We really need one.

Ordered two pizzas from the restaurant via Uber Eats and when the food arrived the pizzas were both ice cold. I phoned the company and they said that they basically do not care about there customers at all. I would highly advise not to order anything from them.
