What a cute little restaurant! Excellent pasta and tiramisu, beautiful Chianti by the glass, good service and very cheap.

A restaurant like a treasure chest. I’m a tourist from Japan, and this was my first time eating such delicious Italian food. First of all, the atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful—truly exceptional taste. The male owner was very friendly and kind. Even though I can't speak English, he spoke to me very kindly. There was also another woman who was beautiful and charming. As for the food, I was completely blown away. This might be the best Italian food in the UK—or maybe even in the world. The pasta was amazing, and the tiramisu was heavenly. And the prices? So affordable! Is it really okay to eat something this delicious for such a low price? I usually don’t leave reviews, but it was so amazing I just had to. Everything was perfect. I will definitely come back the next time I visit London.

Wonderful little gem of a restaurant - with a very homely atmosphere

We've been regular visitors since 2014 or so. I think Alex Polizzi would tear her hair out at this place, but if you want delicious Italian food, reasonable prices, friendly service and generous portions, this is the place to go.

Reasonably priced, delicious food, and a lovely, cosy atmosphere! I have been here a few times now and am always keen to return. They are able to accommodate our large group of 8, which is perfect.

Delicious food, lovely ambience and cozy atmosphere

This is my boyfriend and I’s favorite local restaurant and honestly one of our favs in London in general. The food is absolutely delicious, the restaurant is so cozy and pretty, and the owner & staff are the absolute best in the business - genuinely I can’t express how great they are & how great the restaurant is.

Great food, excellent value for money & good service

Pretty average. Caprese salad was strange: mainly lettuce and covered in dressing. Pizza: crispy and dry base but sauce and toppings sweet lovely. All a bit average which was disappointing despite the higher google reviews.

We went here for a date night as we thought the ambience was like a candlelight dinner. Walked to the door, and it was locked but then opened for us.. to find a couple dining. The lights were quite bright especially where we were sitting and no candles, so decided to sit outside which was nice. If you do this and it's quiet, do be aware you'll have to get out of your seat and shout to the back to ask for anything. There isn't a drinks menu, so be sure of what you fancy to drink If you order lemonade, understand you will receive orange sparkling water, italian lemonade, I was told? Being a homely Italian restaurant and being established for so long was a little disappointed when I asked for balsamic vinegar. A squeeze bottle of waitress glaze was presented Both members of staff were friendly and smiley. Pizzas were lovely, and the square one was definitely worth it. The other was nice

Very nice, authentic, local Italian restaurant. No fuss. Nice food. Don’t force the flavours with salt or sugar. I tried the Pescatore pasta which are usually only served in proper italian restaurant and I was not disappointed! Nice team. Don’t force anything. Let you take your time and enjoy the evening. Nice atmosphere. Honestly a great discovery. We will be back. Thanks again.

Two Aussie sisters visiting London, we dined often at Villa Toscana and enjoyed eating our way through the menu. Friendly family atmosphere, courteous and pleasant family service. A lovely eating experience.

My husband and I had a lovely evening at Villa Toscana. A little gem of a restaurant around the corner from Hotel 55. It has authentic Italian dishes at a very reasonable price served by friendly staff. My seafood tagliatelle was delicious and the pizza dough reminded me of the delicious pizzas of Naples. I recommend the house red which was great and well priced. The ambiance and decor are fabulous for an intimate dinner.

Lovely food, great place to dine in.

Quick and cozy place but frankly mediocre food and waiters seemed bored / grumpy. At least it's not expensive (and big portions) so good value, but completely sub-average food. Definitely not real Italian (and staff aren't), very disappointing.

As always the very best of Italian food served in an amazing atmospherics atmosphere in a beautiful small restaurant. We have been visiting this restaurant for 16 years and never had cause for complaint or concern. Recommend

Nice street setting, didn’t have some of the items to make the Pizza on the menu! Ordered a lasagna but didn’t arrive with other meal ! Cappuccino awful. 1 was scoring it 1 star but partner enjoyed the pizza base so made me give 2stars. Bottled beer lovely tho

Just wanted to say a big thank you to my local Italian restaurant, Villa Toscana, which my family and I have been going to for many years. We are all really grateful to be able to enjoy such lovely food with a great ambiance locally. What more could you ask for, with businesses struggling due to lack of staff and having to close down left, right and centre, it's great that we are still able to go back to this gem of a place and have a lovely time. My friends and family are all loyal and big fans of this place, and keep going back to renew old memories. Can't wait to book my engagement party next month and thanks again for looking after us every time! xx

I'm unsure why other reviews say this is authentic Italian food. It is absolutely not. Perhaps the owners changed at some point (none of the staff were Italian on the day I visited) My experience was the tricolore that seemed to have thousand Island dressing on it and the meatball spaghetti that was reheated by shallow frying the meatballs to warm up and tasted nothing like Italian meatballs. They "get" you with their very generous portions, which is nice, but if you want a taste of Italy you'll have to look elsewhere.

Staying in Ealing for 2 nights actually ate here both nights. Warm welcome, great service and good food. Excellent portion size and value for money. Would definitely visit again and recommend!

Local acogedor y de ambiente íntimo. La carta disponible del local no coincide con la que aparece en su página web y la oferta es mucho más reducida. La pizza, excelente pero mi pasta carbonara no era más que unos tagliatelle con mucha nata y algo de bacon. Para finalizar, nos dieron la cuenta mal dos veces. La segunda vez se lo comenté a la camarera, la cual nos habló con desgana y le pasó el problema al encargado. Al final, pagué la cuenta por no discutir por 0'75 libras de más.

Small, intimate Italian restaurant. My wife had the seafood pasta, she said it was very nice. I had the rigatoni al ragu, it was good. The service was OK but the waitress didn't go through the specials. Not good for busy children.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious! Fresh & Value for money. The place has a beautiful character. The owner is very welcoming & making guests feeling like home. It’s better to book in advance due to limited capacity. Try their pistachio ice cream, it was the most delicious ice cream I’ve ever had! Don’t miss the experience 🥂

Extremely authentic restaurant that seats only a few tables for an intimate experience. Menu written in pen on some laminated sheets that I assume are update frequently and specials in chalk on the board. Food was nice though the shank maybe would have paired nicely with a sauce of some kind. Deserts seem a hidden gem that nobody else ordered or perhaps nobody knows exist? The Profiteroles and tiramasu were fantastic. at time it's a bit disorganised, somebody reserved a table that had been given away and the music choice is questionable. Booking definitely required and deservedly so. Very child friendly, my 3 year old walked out with a big packet of Italian cookies. Will go again.

The manager in this place is very unseasonable. I literally called 10 mins before reaching the restaurant and asked if any tables are available and he said there are tables. So we got there and saw a few empty tables but we were asked to leave because the kitchen is busy. Not sure why he couldn't judge 10 mins ago whether the kitchen is going to be busy? This is ridiculous

I absolutely love the bread that they give you on arrival, it’s delicious! The wine list is great, really reasonably priced too. Great service the staff are lovely.

We had an excellent meal here. Friendly staff and food was delicious. We had pizza dough sticks and salad while we chose our meal which were so good I opted for a pizza which was delicious. Husband struggled to finish his bolognaise as he started with minestrone which was a meal in itself. Everything tasted so fresh and home cooked. Washed down with a good bottle of wine in a lovely setting who could ask for more!

I have been here before and the food is just as excellent this time round, I barely managed to finish off my pizza which was a perfectly cooked pizza con pollo with a garlicy parmesan sauce topping, the other guests I was with had the lasagne, spaghetti Bolognese and a margarita pizza of which there was a little pizza crust left, the house red wine is delightfully drinkable, even dangerously so, i finished off my meal with their lemon sorbet which was served in the lemons own skin. We had gone in early as we needed to be away for a 300 mile drive home but as we ate the restaurant filled to capacity and were sending out takeaway pizzas and pastas at a rate of knots, had i gone later i would have plumped for one of their outside tables despite the chilly air!! I will be going there again to try more of their awesome menu as soon as I can get back to London.

I really like the quaint and charming atmosphere they have going on here. My first time, I had the Spaghetti Bolognese and it was the best, like home made. Even better than Momma makes. Each time I go back, I have the same dish. Afraid to try something else. Why mess with success?? Highly recommended, real Italian cuisine with good wine list.

Tuvimos palitos de masa de pizza y ensalada mientras elegimos nuestra comida que era tan buena que opté por una pizza que estaba deliciosa. El esposo luchó para terminar su boloñesa cuando comenzó con minestrone, que era una comida en sí misma. Todo sabía tan fresco y casero. Regado con una buena botella de vino en un entorno encantador que podría pedir más!

Quirky and cosy place to eat, the portions are absolutely massive , quality and taste is just over average but cost is also very reasonable, so more pluses than minuses. The place is also quite small but extremely busy and they had one server who was brilliant, running everywhere and I felt it was an impossible task to satisfy 40 or so people in a restaurant. But she did a terrific job of it with a big smile on her face , so 4 stars instead of 3 for the service

Love this quaint Italian eatery. Pleasant, warm on a cold night and authentic cuisine though portions too generous really. I had the Calzone which lools enormous but pastry very thin and lots of veg in the filling. Had a beer with the same name as the restaurant which was good too. Never had a bad experience here. Minor gripe. No decaff coffee.

Had a great meal. Last minute decision, on the way back to the hotel from town. Great service, lovely staff, great food and lovely surroundings. Never crammed, but just enough people to create a great cost atmosphere. Thanks for a great end to a great day.
