Good services generally clean and good selection of outlets, McDonald's, Leon, Costa and WHSmiths

Clean toilets! Pitstop to grab a drink and a snack before continuing our journey

Theft at night. They steal fuel... the cameras are there just to prevent you from leaving without paying...

First I'll start with the good bits. Both cars and trucks are treated equally at this services, not the usual hike from the truck park to facilities. Main facilities and parking also very tidy and fairly clean, which is refreshing at a services. Bad parts... 1 working shower in the men's for what 100 drivers??? Come on we pay a lot of money to park overnight, please invest some back and fix the showers. The other issue at least 5 toilet stalls, in the men's, don't have locks. These cost less than a tenner each and take minutes to fit. Get you act together and this could be one of the better services.

I had the misfortune to break down at clacket lane services eastbound whilst waiting for the breakdown service to arrive we went into costa coffee, a lovely lady, Diane, was on duty my wife and I mentioned what had happened and she was amazing she arranged to have our car on the system so that we wouldn’t be charged excess parking, allowed us to sit in costa as long as we needed ( 8 hours in the end) and constantly checked we were ok . She is a wonderful ambassador for costa and the services.

What a shabby place. The whole site could do with a major facelift. One to avoid!

A good location of services on the M25! It’s been modernised (but is still tired)

We were there as a family of four during a quiet period. Food outlets weren't busy and the place was clean. The cleaner at Macdonald's was particularly helpful. Mobile data signal is poor and I couldn't get connected to the WiFi but otherwise all good.

Needed the loo and something to eat. The toilet was clean, which is unusual for a Motorway stop. And there's a Spar in there, which is great. Really good prices. The shop assistant was cheerful and helpful. Which is difficult when you work in a busy place like that. We got a coffee from Costa, extra hot. It was just what we needed. All in all, a very positive experience.

Usual services. The disabled toilet needs the tap fixing or a sign to say doesnt work so people dont smother their hands in soap expecting to wash it off but cant.

It's ok just stopped here after a couple of hours on the road nothing special here over priced food usual service station rubbish

Nice that there are some services to stop off at in the M25. Not loads of choice and quite a few things shut if you go after 9pm but the McDonald’s did the trick.

Fairly busy, one of the food kiosks was closed. Not too long a wait at McDonald's.

Useful place to stop for a coffee. Very efficient in Costa

The ev chargers are easy to use and find inside clean and tidy well done to the staff 👏

Was quite busy during my visit but was well organised and we got served quickly

Like all motorway service stations, they are over priced particularly for fuel.

This is a fairly good service station and has a good selection of food places to eat. There are toilets but I must admit the disabled toilet had no hand wash facilities. The tap had no top to it and needs to be sorted out.

It needs a lot better restaurants than the ones they have the noodle place never has warm food and Leon never has what is advertised

Gross profiteering! Christmas Day only the fuel outlet open but pricing was obscene! Unleaded 175.9!

The guy serving you was no problem however the cold bacon inedible mushroom and solid bagel were something else

Great pitch stop. There are several cafes where you can eat l, have a coffee and rest before continuing your trip.

We got there and the only thing that was open was mc Donald’s at 12am. When we tried to order half of the menu was not available at the time. The toilets were ok they weren’t very clean or very dirty.

Called in on way to Kent had hot chocolate and toasties staff were fine

Stopped here on way back from Brighton. Generally ok.

It's a good service station. I stop there on my long journey to relax and grab a coffee. They do have a clean tiolets and free parking as well. Good place to relax for a while.

Horrible, but you have no other option

Fast food outlet wasn't fast,waited over half an hour for a drink and a Ice cream, that's to long to be standing in a queue. By the way the milk shake had stood there with the Ice cream and wasn't good.

Good friendly place to visit, there’s not much there compared to other services considering it’s on one of the busiest roads in the U.K…

Only used the tickets, nothing much to say really.

Clackett Lane. The name that travel reporters utter in reverence, usually in a sentence including words like tailback and queue.

Nothing fancy but perfectly functional place what the services should for a driving break. Plenty of parking spaces, clean toilets and shops for coffee & snack.

Went into McDonald's and there were many items not available+ the wait was ridiculous . To top that one of my relatives found a sheet of grease proof paper between her burgers while she was eating it ! The manager (boyager) didn't seem bothered much .

i have come to this 24hr mcdonald’s service. I have been declined service for buying food as apparently they don’t serve food at this time. The people infront of me were served food. This is a disgusting behavior. I WILL NEVER RETURN. ALL BECAUSE MY RACE!!!

Saturday 26 August 08:30, clean and tidy services. Costa coffee more cost a fortune, with 2 lacklustre Chicken & Bacon toasted sandwiches filled with slops more like, plus bitter coffee, nearly £19. Staff more self focused than customer focused. Will look elsewhere next time.

3 EV charging points and only 1 that is working.

Sadly no more full English breakfast.

EV Electric vehicle pit stop at 05:30. Fairly quiet at this time of day. Recharged the car at the Gridserve charging point, easy to use, plenty of chargers available. Always nice to see the Gridserve signs as you drive into the carpark.

Slowest maccies I have ever used - allow about an hour to Park, order, eat, leave

Well placed for stop off on journeys. Well maintained, also nice they have display of artifacts discovered when it was being built.
