The stowaway coffee co.

Tenby: South, Pembrokeshire
18/11/2019: Everything was fine - lovely little place. Owner/barman pleasant and chatty. Very cosy. No idea why the review insists on 100 charcters
04/11/2019: This little place was brilliant - such a good find which we stubbles upon whilst exploring the harbour. Great coffee, even better snacks and cakes! Really friendly staff and great feel to it. Meant to go back but ran out of time - would definitely come back on a return trip to Tenby!! Bring cash, as there’s no card machine but lots you’ll want to buy!

Blas at Fronlas

04/12/2019: A lovely cafe with warm friendly atmosphere and excellent food and service. We had quiche, salad and proper bread. Delicious. They also sell a few interesting deli items.
04/12/2019: Lunchtime visit, log burner lit, blankets available and crackin food. Spinach soup was my choice and it really was very tasty. My husband had scrambled eggs which were adorned with chives on delicious bread.

The Brewery Inn Cosheston

Lamphey, Pembrokeshire
01/12/2019: As always a fantastic welcome from the John & Steve,
23/11/2019: Went to The Brewery Inn during half term with our 3 great-granchildren, my and myself. The youngsters were treated to a really good lunchtime menu which they thoroughly enjoyed especially when John, the landlord, gave them jelly eyes (halloween) and jelly beans. My wife and I had a very good lunch too off their special lunchtime menu. Overall an excellent lunch, tremedous value, warm welcome and attentive service. So good we are back again for a Sunday Lunch on our wedding anniversary and a festive dinner later on in December. Can't wait!!! See you soon John & Steve, you are the perfect hosts (the Voice & Brenda)!!!

Blas Restaurant at Twr y Felin

St. David's, Pembrokeshire, 20-30£
18/11/2019: We spent our wedding night here, in a beautiful room with petals laid out on bed . Someone took a great deal of care preparing the room. we had a warm welcome. All staff were professional and attentive. The Hotel was modern and tasteful and our room was a gorgeous modern cosy room with large flatscreen TV and a large separate bath and large shower. During the night the room was dark and quiet. We recommend Twr Y Felin and will definitely return.
01/11/2019: We stayed at the hotel when it first opened and thoroughly enjoyed it and as we were in the area this week we decided to make a return visit for dinner. Unfortunately this time, my experience was not so enjoyable. After a conversation with the head waiters when ordering the lamb I asked for it to be medium rather than medium rare. When it came however, it was not what I considered to be medium and there was very little to accompany it - a slither of butternut squash and ?swede - a complete contrast to my husband's meal of hake with chick peas in a delicious sauce - a complete meal! The saving grace were the staff who were lovely, very attentive and keen to report customer feedback

04/12/2019: We ate on a Thursday Evening and all table's were full. The build your own pizza was fabulous, cheese, cheese, cheese, olives oh and pineapple.. great selection of beer and friendly staff. Highly recommended, booking may be important as it's not massive!
17/11/2019: Dropped in after a morning at St David's, it's a small venue and dog friendly at lunchtime, I had a beer and the wife a latte, the staff made a huge fuss of our dog and gave him treats and water.

31/10/2019: Visited here many times the ice creams are delicious also they make a very good freshly ground coffee !
17/10/2019: What’s not to like about this place. We called in for a couple of ice creams and the weather was good enough for us to eat outside. A great choice of flavours. We also bought the dog his own ice cream. Call in - you won’t regret it..

Fire & ice

Narberth, Pembrokeshire
19/11/2019: I adore this shop. Been there numerous times. The couple that own it are so helpful. Great to be able to have a small sample before you buy...this has allowed me to experience many new gins and spirits. It is truly a delight shopping here. Cant recommend it enough. Already planning my next visit. Well worth a visit.
01/11/2019: Visited this lovely shop whilst on holiday in Pembrokeshire. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on local gins, telling us about each one and offering tasters prior to purchase. Also bought got some Welsh honey from there, again very helpful on different varieties. Definitely worth a visit!

The Nags Head

Cilgerran, Pembrokeshire
26/11/2019: Plenty of options for us but the Nags Head was recommended by the holiday house owners too so had to be done. Warm welcome for us and out mutt and the food was outstanding. Veggie option for my wife was amazing and the local lamb was cooked to perfection and probably one of the best roast dinners we have eaten out for quite some time. All the veggies were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Staff were fantastic and so friendly. Top marks all round. Venue is very nice and welcoming.
22/11/2019: As a group of cooks and ‘foodies’ it’s very often that after eating out we say that we could have done better staying at home ....

Top Joes

Tenby: South, Pembrokeshire
30/10/2019: We visited on Tuesday, only just managed to get a table. Very, very busy. We had 3 pizza's one bolognese and 2 garlic bread. Not the best we've had but by far the most expensive. Friendly, quick service.
27/10/2019: We visited on our stay in Tenby as we stayed just around the corner. We did book as it is recommended with any restaurant in this town and we are glad we did. We both had customary Pizza which were fine but to be honest we felt it was all a bit rushed!! The server was rushed off her feet and got my Wife's order wrong, so she ended up eating about 15 minutes after me which spoiled the evening slightly. My Pizza was greasy but was ok and my wife did enjoy hers.....We both think this could be a great little restaurant which is obviously very popular, but please slow down and listen to the customers orders and cook great Pizza.......Then the reviews will speak for themselves!!

Mulberry

Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, 20-30£
04/12/2019: Excellent experience.. right from walking in the door and being greeted by staff, seated and drink order taken, was may be 5 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste...
04/12/2019: Visiting Saundersfoot for my birthday so back to the Mulberry. The a la carte menu is a good as ever with the 3 course menu incredible. I choose the Scallop followed by the Monkfish and baclava for dessert. It was all truly Michelin star standard. We all enjoyed it so much we went back for Sunday lunch, which is simply the best.
