Halfway Cafe in Pembrokeshire

Called in yesterday after passing this Cafe for years. Ample parking. Tables outside at the front and a garden area to the rear. We sat inside though. Clean and friendly place (I know a member of staff). Food was hot, delicious and plentiful. Will call again. Lovely cafe. Can get very busy.

This is not the first time my wife and I have visited the Halfway. The "hog" is plenty big enough to fill the averge person though if you are eally hungry consider the "Whole Hog". The service was excellent and food was produce, to order, very quickly. One advantage is that fact that the tea or coffee comes as part of the Hog. The is more than enough parking outside.

Stopped for a quick cuppa and decided to have a lite bite, food, drink and service was amazing, as well as the biggest tea cake i have ever seen, excellent value for money….

This place is closed more than it’s open! Could do with owners in here that actually want to run a cafe business and make it work. A closed business doesn’t make money.

Perfect for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and consistently great breakfast! Excellent service and delicious non greasy breakfast!

Without a shadow of doubt this cafe serves the best quality breakfast around The food is cooked (grease free) and presented to perfection, prices are great, the cafe itself is absolutely spotless, the staff are super friendly & it has an open kitchen, which is always reassuring. We literally couldn’t fault it, a real hidden gem after failing miserably to find a decent quality breakfast elsewhere locally … if you enjoy your fry up and haven’t visited give it a try you won’t be disappointed !

Having worked in this area for a number of years I have always driven past this cafe and thought to myself. ' I must try there one day!'...well today was the day, and it did not disappoint. On a miserable rainy day. The fully loaded bap really hit the spot. Ordered to go and brought to the car by the helpful staff. I will now be a repeat customer.

Needed a stop for brekky. My campervan was too big for McDonald's . Found this and I'm so glad! Very welcoming people. Lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend the BREAKFAST WAFFLES. Waffles topped with scrambled egg crispy bacon and maple syrup. Thank you so much. Defo 5 ⭐️ from me X

My wife and I called into this establishment and were extremely surprised at what we found. It is a small premises but it has a very large layby attatched to it. We both decided to order "The Hog". This is efeectively a well cooked breakfast consisting of sausage, bacon, egg, beans, hash brown and back pudding. Included in the priceis a tea or coffee. The meal was well cooked and very well presented. It was veery filling and we will definitely be visiting again. Whilst "The Hog" is filling there is a "Whole Hog" version

Superb cooked breakfast and the price was very reasonable. The portions are also Pembrokeshite sized, which means capable of fulfilling a farmer's hunger! Can't wait to go back!

Called with my wife for breckie - me having the "whole hog" and wife “the brunch”, huge portions, grease free, well presented on the plate and all skilfully cooked to perfection…..the cafe with open kitchen was absolutely immaculate, service top notch and prices great too - honestly a hidden gem for a cooked breakfast in Haverfordwest, certainly the best I have had in a long time - keep up the good work guys 👍

We called in on the off chance and were more than pleased. The service and welcome was outstanding. We both ordered "The Hog" and as well as being pleased we were both quite full.

From the outside it may appear to be a truck stop (nothing wrong with them by the way - but some groups may want a different sort of atmosphere/menu). However, it is a really lovely cafe. Fantastic staff, food and drinks. Outside tables at the back overlooking the fields for a warmer day. Very clean, including toilet. We had lunch and will be back very soon.

10/10 we have been three times now, such lovely fantastic service, the 2 guys that served us were so friendly and welcoming! On our next visit we were greeted by 2 ladies, again warm welcome and banging breakfast.

Firstly the breakfast came in great time but unfortunately I dropped my tea all over it but the kind staff insisted I had another one for free! The breakfast was 10/10 and came very quick. Breakfast never disappoints and Friendly staff so make sure to visit.

A great little cafe in a layby, just outside Haverfordwest. Spotlessly clean, inc. the toilets, and our food was cooked fresh and priced very reasonably. Friendly, pleasant staff. We will visit more often when stopping in the area next time!

Touring on Motorbike I opted for the veggie breakfast it was tasty well cooked and well presented. Two eggs two nice veggie sausages two hash browns beans tmatoes and mushrooms with fried bread and toast, oh and a drink of coffee tea or a soft...

Called in on the way to town lovely clean place friendly & pleasant staff food was fab and looked fresh and plenty of it, place was busy so that is a good indication of how popular it is lovely coffee too and food was good...

Just stopped here on a bike ride along the brunel trail. Ordered the all day breakfast and it was massive, super quick and blooming tasty. The kids had the kids meals which they gave 5 stars. Ready for the rest of the trail now.

Not overpriced like a lot of the places in Pembrokeshire. The place is very clean and tidy. One of the best independent cafes around. The breakfast was fresh and tasted great. Will definitely be back for another.. 😀

Best breakfast you can get around Haverfordwest. Not overly hyped and overpriced like 'Caddies'. Service was quick and the food delicous. Quiet inside to spite being fairly busy. Great outside seats for sitting in the sun!

All day breakfast good value, cooked fresh, friendly welcome and popular. Have visited quite a few times over the past 12. Months, never been disappointed by the quality of the food.

My wife and I found this wonderful roadside cafe just on the outskirts of Haverfordwest by mistake, whilst we were on holiday in the Bluestone resort. I intended to arrive at a different location and stumbled across the Halfway Cafe.
