My all time favourite place to eat in Manchester, great quality food, service and atmosphere. We order takeout from here every other week and it still tastes incredibly fresh! A strong verity of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes 🤍 My go to is the Pho Chay and Avocado Summer Rolls and my partner’s is the Shack Fries and Hallomi Sticks 🍲

I am afraid the food is not Vietnamese! The pictures on the website is misleading! When I order the pancake, they are like Tacos, nothing like the Vietnamese pancake! The noodles ( BUn Bo Hue) does not have any flavour that reremble this dish. The Vietnamese baguettes are totally wrong! We don't have shredded cabbage in Vietnamese baguettes! We have pickle radish and carrot! I think it is wrong to advertise the restaurant as serving Vietnamese food when you can't cook the dishes the way they should be

We visited this cosy Vietnamese restaurant in Manchester last weekend and sampled their signature dishes plus fab drinks. We tried the following: 》Premium Pho with Beef, Chicken, Viet pork sausage & boiled egg 》BBQ Pork with rice and fresh veggies 》Summer Rolls with Prawn and Pork 》Spice me up Sling | Apple juice, Mint, Coriander, Lemonade, Chilli 》Lychee Virgin Hollis | Guava, Watermelon, Lychee, Lime The various meat (Beef, Chicken, Vietnamese pork sausage) and veggies on the Premium Pho really hit the spot plus the noodles weren't soggy at all. The charred Bbq pork was perfectly seasoned, complimented by the veggies on the side and the dipping sauce which cuts thru the oiliness of the dish. The freshness of the summer rolls with prawn and pork was quite lovely too. We had first dibs on 2 of their carefully concocted mocktails and they were mega - Please put them on the menu asap! We absolutely enjoyed these eye candies which had fresh, balanced flavours and so unique. They just relaunched March of this year and offers a vibrant mix of classic & innovative creations, do check them out.

We have been twice in the last month, having banh mi both times. Food was very tasty. Will definitely eat here again. Quick service and decent pricing.
