The best restaurants serving Turkish food in West Midlands

Meh. Kebab meat was anemic. Sauce was very watery. Chips were cold and soggy. Pizza was so bland with no taste. Garlic bread was nice though. Don't think I'd use again

This restaurant has now changed hands and is now Elite Bar and Kitchen - but I can’t add it as a new restaurant here! Really good food and friendly service on a Monday lunchtime. Restaurant only opened this weekend.

We went there for anniversary dinner. We ordered the meal but we weren’t sure on drinks so needed time. Food came on the table, sharing platter for two served on a large COLD, THICK CERAMIC plate. Rice and bulgur were cold. We didn’t have drinks and food was cold. Despite four of them huddling by the bar no one came to check on us until I caught someone’s eye. I told her that the food was cold. She said ‘I don’t think so!’ I offered her to eat some then respond! After that we paid and left, cutting our anniversary dinner short.

Mantos, thank you for s lovely meal, the food was delicious, as were the cocktails. BUT the live music is just TOO TOO LOUD for a restaurant setting. We couldn't hear ourselves, the music drowned your restaurant and made it an okay experience, when all that was needed was for management to ensure the volume was set lower to ensure an excellent experience for all diners.

We've been to Pasha many times and recommend it highly. Excellent food and friendly, efficient service to match. There were a couple of large parties this evening so we were glad we arrived earlier.

Kebab Ye in Wellington has ALWAYS been our go to for kebabs. I was devastated when they didn’t re-open after the Covid lockdowns, so was absolutely thrilled when they reopened earlier this year. Have not eaten a kebab from any other establishment since and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Simply the best and such nice owners too

I’m not sure why this place has several negative nasty reviews. We walked in and it was empty which to me raises alarm bells but really surprised now as the food was exquisite. I stayed in the area a few nights and couldn’t stay away. The wood fire cooked donner was beautiful and not greasy The mains were generous portions and came very fast. I don’t usually write reviews but this place really deserves it. Come on ppl support this local eatery!

Visited Atalanta for a change when out with friends. So glad we did! The service from a lovely lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was excellent. Friendly and so helpful. Bought out dips to start with delicious hot bread 😋. Then we had the sharing platter with a portion of chips delicious! Too much to eat so bought some home with us. We were given fresh homemade Baklava which was amazing! It was just like being in Turkey on holiday, fabulous! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely bland food, poorly presented. The interior has no atmosphere, tables and chairs are not very clean. We had the opportunity to taste delicious Turkish food - this was not it, we were very disappointed

Disappointing. Ordered a calzoni and cheese burger. When I got home I noticed the calzoni was 75% burnt. You had one job, how can this happen? It's a shame because the unburned bits were tasty so it should have been an enjoyable meal. The burger was okay.

The food was very bad; they served it cold. Their service was truly poor in every sense. A waste of money do not recommend it.

Been living in Telford for 9 years now and this is so far best kebab I ever had.

Ordered a delivery after about 1hr 30 mins still not arrived , then got a call from them asking why I haven’t picked my order up I said ordered on line for delivery, they then delivered and the meal was stone cold , avoid this place at all cost , terrible service
