The best restaurants serving Turkish food in London

I’d advise anyone to never use this restaurant. We ordered via uber eats, the food arrived freezing cold, the smell and taste of the meat was rotten. Needless to say it all went straight in the bin. I’ll be making my way there tomorrow to demand a refund for my £30 plus order. The smell of the rotten meat made me physically sick. I’m even going to the lengths of having this restaurant investigated.

we were hungry so went here, being the first stall. what a disappointment. we love chilli food so asked for fresh green chillies to be added to the curry seasoned chicken. the lady instead squirts a ton of the cheap generic red chllli sauce on them, we said we didnt ask for that as it would effect the curry flavour, so she looks frustrated and uses the prongs to bin about half the chicken which was covered in the chilli sauce, the prongs smacking against the dirty bin lid, then using the same prongs to get out some chicken to replace. so dirty, not surprised friend finds a dead beetle and another hair in their food. won't be back there, even if paid!

The worst of the worst. I have been a regular customer few years back but they turned out to be worse and worse. The last 1 years they haven’t even accepted card payments which is ridiculous. Probably trying to hide their profit, I don’t know. Today I was walking there and I thought let’s give a chance. I ordered a small lamb sish and instead of the bread and rice I requested more salad. The guy was so rude and said it’s an extra. I am eating out in finchley and hendon at several restaurants and NEVER EVER had a problem like this. Instead of the rice and bread every restaurant happy to give you some extra lettuce. Which cost less than rice and bread anyway. Very disappointing and rude people. Anyway, the food quality is not the best and they are touching everything with their bare hand. No thanks! Avoid them at any cost!

I went inside the shop to buy a birthday cake. There was another customer waiting already there. After approximately 10 mins the owner arrived, and serviced the customer very slowly. In the meantime, there were more customers arriving at the shop after me. I was the only one who was wearing a mask, and others seemed not to take covid measures. When it was my turn, I start asking question to the owner about the various cakes there were in the window. I asked a couple of questions, but he ignored my last question and started chit chatting with other customers (not in English) that have just arrived. I explained I was in a hurry and then he rudely replied to me asking me to decide quickly. When he answered to my question, I chose the cake, paid and left. The cake was tasty, and of good quality but I am not returning back after such a rude/poor behaviour.

Excellent food and service. Good portions, fresh, very tasty and fast delivery.

We ordered Masala dosa this morning. Not only the sambar was missing but they provided us stale masala dosa which had gone bad and was tasting sour. We complained on call directly to the restaurant and to our surprise instead of providing a peaceful resolution the women on the called yelled back and disconnected the call. Instead of sympathising the lady arrogantly refused to listen to our concern. Disappointing service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to the quality of food and bad behaviour of the staff. @Owner "Request you to train your staff well on customer service" and please remember your attitude towards customer define's their experience.

I’ve been coming to this establishment since it very first opened and literally will go no where else the food is amazing the cocktails are unreal and the staff oh my god the staff general and his family have worked so hard and it truly shows a beautiful family business so welcoming and friendly and great value you for money ❤️ Literally the first place I visited on the 13th of April keep doing what your doing guys your amazing ❤️ I’ll be back very very soon ❤️

The food was terrible, the service horrible and if that wasn't enough they over-charge you on purpose and refuse to return the money. Had to get the police involved.

Be very careful when you go to this kebab shop. The food is fine but they like to overcharge people. This is a popular late night spot frequented by drunk people. They take advantage of drunk people by having them tap their cards multiple times (and tell them that the first payment did not go through). If they are challenged, they give you the money back in cash but a lot of people clearly don't realise end up and paying double. Make sure they give you everything you order. They like to charge you for chips and then don't actually put them in the bag.

Great flavours! Got to give it to these guys top quality stuff every time!

Very busy location so we arrived at the "wrong time" and had to queue up for 10 minutes to be served. Once served, the food was fresh and well prepared, but on the expensive side. but this is central London and prices are always more expensive in the centre

Absolute joke… ordered a chicken Shish and it came with 5 of the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve seen in my life (look at the pics) after calling to complain no one spoke English… eventually managed to speak to someone that was completely indifferent… was told the manager will call me back… obviously that didn’t happen… don’t waste your time or money
