En el momento de la entrega, no me dieron arroz y el tamaño de la porción era en miniatura. 5 cubos de carne por kebab. Llamaron al restaurante para preguntar, y me dijeron que había leído mal el menú ya que tuve que agregar el arroz por separado, en ese menú no hay opción de arroz ya que el menú en sí se llama Kebabs y Rice. El trabajador fue grosero conmigo después de que afirmara que no era su problema y que no puedo leer correctamente.

The food was disappointing. Ordered a large donner meat and chips and a large chicken donner kebab.Temperature - the food was warm rather than hot on arrival. Portion size - poor and barely a medium size rather than large; I've had probably a hundred or so kebabs in my time and I know what to expect from a large. For the meat and chips, the amount of chips was small and donner kebab meat was not alot. In terms of the chicken donner, once again not much meat and even salad wise they scrimped. Barely enough chilli and garlic sauce given too. Quality- the taste of the lamb donner was okay but disappointing as it was squidy which I'm sure the coldness of the food didn't help and it had a beefy taste to it so probably lamb and beef mixture. The chicken donner was a bit old tasting. The chips were too soggy and with no crunchiness, not even on the edges. From the small amount of chilli sauce given it tasted pretty good but once again seemed like a small half ladle was poured over. The garlic sauce I assume was from a bottle and mass manufactured and was quite cloying.Best Kebab and Pizza - you're food is not to the expected standard. What are you going to do about this?

Food is normally nice, i hadn’t had a kabab in ages. So really fancied one.but unfortunately today it was cold. and you no when kababs are cold they are not so nice.. was really disappointed, that’s why I only gave it 3 stars

Regular kebab, not bad but not exceptional. Just what I needed at 1am. No reason to complain

I ordered a fudge cake dessert and it was placed inside a burger box.... The icing was scrapped on the lid side leaving me with a dry sponge. Messy unleasent experience. I was on my way home from work and ordered my meal to be delivered for 8:50pm. Driver arrived 8:25pm and handed my food to my mother. I'm sure to some the earlier the better but as a result my food was cold as I arrived 8:45. Managment need to take note of timing requests! What if NOBODY was home and driver arrived 20mins before said time? Food wasnt bad but it was cold. I dont enjoy cold meat and chips and have cold chilli sauce pre soaking the meal. Cake was disturbed as no icing was left on it. Never again for delivery

Unusually poor. Usually get a kebab from here and it's good. However, this time we opted for burgers and chicken wings. Although very quick, the burgers were dry and rubbery. Chips undercooked. Chicken was missing, 20 minutes later the chicken arrived. No apology. Wings were overcooked and cold. Went straight into the bin.

Meat Kebab smelt and tasted weird (could smell and taste a meat smell) - (Chicken Kebab Tasted Fine) Salad Definitely tasted old & some parts tasted off. Think twice before you get what u get. Otherwise, good restaurant

Food finally delivered at 11:40, over 3 hours after it was ordered & despite my telling the restaurant to cancel it. They kept on saying it would be another 15minutes. Food was freezing cold & inedible. They also failed to include the garlic sauce we'd ordered. Good job we'd ordered a pizza from papa johns that came 5 mins after the rubbish from this place.

30 minutes late, food was cold, delivery guy was very rude. They forgot several items. Tried to call the restaurant five times, no answer. Will never order there again!!

Our order came and all the food was in bits as though it had been thrown around a room and then put back in the box. The chips looked and tasted as though they had been re-cooked. Not happy at all, and to top it off it was cold so not happy what so ever. What a waste of £25

They called me after the time they were meant to deliver to explain they had no kofte, so would I be ok with an extra shish. I said yes. The kebab arrived two hours and 20 minutes after I ordered it! It was just shish and not the mixed kebab I ordered. I called them and they told me to ring just eat for a refund. I did get it, which is something!

Wouldn't really say the best kebab house. Not much donner although was hot. Only one option for sauce so asked on notes for a couple of chilli sauces in tubs which they didn't! Even though the order came to £18 for 2 small mixed kebabs. Wouldn't bother ordering from here again.

Didn't listen when I said no onions or red cabbage , the meat weren't all that and the garlic sauce wad disgusting , but very friendly delivery driver!

nice easy lunch in the office. Although apple pies were cold. Will try this again. Onion rings or anything crispy is hard to purchase delivery as they never stay crispy enough , but the chips held well considering. In general could do with more flavour in the meat area.

Amazing chicken burger, I didn't like the Donner kebab but my girlfriend tried it and said it was good... so perhaps subjective.

Went to wrong address , called them and they said they would make fresh food and re deliver. Food was delivered in 10 mins of getting off the phone! Food was not fresh, it was dry and not good quality like it was microwaved . Don't waste your money, will never order from them again

Very rude staff. I made a mistake and food was sent to the wrong address. I offered to pay extra for the food to be delivered to the right place and was refused and told to reorder the food and pay again

I ordered meat & chips. The food was really tasty and the portion size was reasonable for the price. Delivery time was very good, the food was still warm. My only negative is that the food was slightly too oily for my liking.

Part of order was forgotten so had to wait an extra 20 minutes for it. Also even though the chefs speacial kebab states a pot of chilli sauce is included if you don't choose chilli sauce in the drop down it isn't included. Other than that good was ok and original delivery was on time.
