Zeytoun Turkish Grill in Kensington and Chelsea

We ordered Masala dosa this morning. Not only the sambar was missing but they provided us stale masala dosa which had gone bad and was tasting sour. We complained on call directly to the restaurant and to our surprise instead of providing a peaceful resolution the women on the called yelled back and disconnected the call. Instead of sympathising the lady arrogantly refused to listen to our concern. Disappointing service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to the quality of food and bad behaviour of the staff. @Owner "Request you to train your staff well on customer service" and please remember your attitude towards customer define's their experience.

Justo por debajo del promedio en todos los sentidos. no muy sabrosa, no muy tierna, y su naan es solo una tortilla. Además, hizo la sopa de lentejas de un recipiente en el microondas

Pedí una porción de Adana Kebab y la carne utilizada estaba rancia / vieja e inmediatamente después de comerla, tuve movimientos sueltos. Después de presentar varias quejas al restaurante a través de la aplicación Deliveroo desde donde pedí su comida, no hubo disculpas del restaurante y, en cambio, intentaron sospechar mi queja como si me estuviera quejando de obtener comida gratis de ellos y comencé a darme estadísticas que nadie nos ha quejado sobre la calidad de los alimentos en los últimos 3 años y tenemos 200 clientes que vienen todos los días. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie debido al servicio, la calidad de la comida y el comportamiento del personal y los propietarios.

No comas aquí. Las porciones son ridículas en comparación con cualquier otra parrilla turca en esta ciudad. Cobran una libra extra por persona para comer. El camarero se equivocó de orden y ni siquiera se molestó en calentar al Doner antes de servirlo. Le pedimos a nuestro mezclador Doner que se sirva con un poco de arroz o bulgur pilav (algo bastante estándar en cualquier otro lugar) y terminó cobrándose 7. 5 libras extra para arroz cocido. Cuando pedimos un par de vasos para nuestra bebida, nos dieron vasos de plástico. No nos sirvieron pan con nuestros platos. En general, la peor experiencia de mi vida. Decepcionante, caro y patético. He visto que han recibido buenas críticas en el pasado. Bueno, o todo ha cambiado y este lugar se ha perdido o todos son falsos.

Love these guys and this restaurant. Tasty food, inexpensive and healthy. They also make them to order and are always happy to adapt the kebabs for me - extra salad etc. Good service, fresh enjoyable food recommend. Happy customer !

I went there with my family and we ordered mix grill for two and it was enough for 3 of us They served it with rice and plenty of salad and bread And the price was only £19.50 The food was cooked very good and tasted excellent also they brought various sauce . I would this excellent place for quality of food and price .

Ordered a delivery for 2x 'Zaytoun Special for 3 or Family' and was very disappointed. First of all each special only came with 1x aluminium container of rice, not to sound greedy but that came to the equivalent of 2x mouth full of rice for each person. Second some of the meat was burnt. And third, from buying 2x specials, we only got 4x small pitta breads. I just paid £70+ for this meal! There was 6 of us, we're not big eaters however for the meal we ordered, we had to cook more rice!

Terrible kebab. Dry, fatty, chewy, too much salad... The wrap was poorly constructed and so fell apart as soon as I took my first bite. Chips were average but how can you mess up chips? I would never ever go here again. This is London which has 100s of fantastic Turkish restaurants - but i can't remember having a kebab as bad as this one. Avoid.

We were in the neighborhood when we decided to try this place for lunch. It looked authentic and had decent reviews, so we thought why not? Well, it was a mistake. First, the inside of this restaurant is extremely tiny. There are 3 tables but chairs are basically on top of each other. The place looks kind of dirty and old too, so it's not a pleasant dining environment. I definitely would not recommend eating in. Second, we had a very dry exchange of confusion with the owner/cook, around how to order and then actually placing the order. Everything is made to order and the owner is the only cook, so it takes a pretty long time to get your food. We watched the whole process from our table. Despite the open grill set-up, nothing that was happening looked appetizing. I realized our mistake in choosing this place when we finally got our food. We had ordered the mix kebab for two, so I was expecting a plate full of delicious kebabs. Instead, we got a plate full of fat. I had never seen so much fat on a doner before, especially on chicken doner! Chicken shish was probably the only tolerable meat on the plate. Lamb was chewy and dry. Adana, somehow, was the most flavorless adana I had ever tasted. Our plate also came with a plate of french fries. Which, I'm shocked to say, were also completely bland. I truly hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses as I know how much work goes into keeping them up and running, but this was a very bad meal. I know there are good reviews on this page and the man who shared our table (looked to be the owner's friend) seemed to really enjoy his meal too, but I cannot, in good faith recommend this place to anyone.

Accueil sympa, hygiène irréprochable , viandes fraîche, nous avons pris une brochette de poulet mariné cuite au dessus des braises accompagné d'un mélange de salade choux et oignons le tout dans un wrap , léger et goûteux les prix sont plutôt bon marché , je recommande vivement cette adresse

Simple et rapide avec un accueil chaleureux par contre seulement deux tables de 4 à disposition pour déjeuner. Restaurant prévu pour le take away, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une table

It was late, we were told we could just get a Kebab. We all agreed that it was the worst (lamb kebab) we had in ages; I left the half of it and ate the rest out of pure hunger. When the host asked me, I honestly replied that I couldn't eat it as it was too dry and hard so he told me I should have used the sauces, which I had already done with poor results; he then told me that it's a matter of taste and that was the way his customers liked it best: next time I should tell him the way I want it. Now I'm puzzled: Should a real Kebab be crunchy and dry or tender and succulent?

Simply one of the best and most original Food I ever had , I went there with 2 others and all were pleasantly surprised, Kind and caring staff

We went there at around 7.30PM. The roasters were off and they had no lamb meat left. We were keen on Iskender so we had it with chicken that was heated in the oven (bit dry...). Portions were large and personnel was very kind but... Most enthusiasts were there for lunch, when the food is fresher and available; maybe I should try it then.
