Oh my, where do I even start. In Jan 2024 my Husband and I decided we wanted to have a small(ish) wedding and looked into hiring out a restaurant if possible, as opposed to a traditional venue. We came across Sortie Grill and from first telephone call to discuss our options to arranging face to face meetings with the floor manager; Mr Essien - everyone was absolutely amazing! My Husband and I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the EXCEPTIONAL job the team did in hosting our wedding reception on the 18th November 2024. My family members went a tad bit earlier on the day to set up decorations and were running a bit behind due to the weather. Mr Essien and the rest of the team were super helpful in going out of their way to assist with the set up. We also hired Jade - their regular singer who was AMAZING. Both the restaurant and singer made our special day even more memorable. The entire staff worked hard, were super professional and provided such warm hospitality. The outstanding service and PHENOMENAL food well exceeded our expectations - portion sizes were amazing. All our guests were STUFFED and are still raving about the wonderful food, ambiance and experience the team provided. We had about 13 tables with guests and everyone received their food literally around the same time - no complaints whatsoever. Once again, we are so grateful for the care and dedication the team brought to making our celebration perfect. We will 100% be back very soon and will be recommending Sortie Grill to family and friends for the foreseeable future! PS - If you're considering a private hire, whether it's the whole restaurant or just their rooms, DO IT. You will not regret it! Thanks once again Sortie Grill Team for all your help and hard work. Lovely food best around for Turkish great flavour and amazing service. Highly recommend. Cocktails are great. Had such a wonderful time i forgot to take photos

Went there today for my Father in laws 80th. They pulled out all the stops for the family. Played our soundtrack had ballon’s on the table. Food was amazing as was the service. Can’t wait to go back.

This was the first time we had eaten here. The staff were really friendly and the food was excellent. We will definitely be going back again soon.

**UPDATE per owners response. This is incorrect, my wife has ordered to the same address before. Why would I say the food is good if I’ve never tried it before?! Owner should take accountability for poor service here. I’m not the only one this has happened to - check other reviews. Trying to place an Uber eats order here is hit and miss! They have cancelled my order on multiple occasions. Even more frustrating when you’re waiting for some time, only for the order to then be cancelled! Never experienced this issue with any other restaurant on Uber eats. I’ve given 2 stars as on the rare occasion when an order actually goes through, the food has been good!
