Came here today got some food delicious excellent service can’t wait to come back good job guys

Collected food, cheap end chicken for kebab cold pitta bread, rubbery doner meat, worse kebab ever

Taking Cash only to avoid paying the Taxman. Staff are aggressive & rude, haven't used them in over 10 years as friends & family report no changes

Flames never let us down, been going their years now. Food is so fresh and plentiful. Their kebabs are proper charcoal grilled!! Chilli sauce 100% homemade, with a super hit of heat.

Excellent food! Great value. Perfectly cooked Doner Kebab. Really fresh salad and delicious sauces. Quick delivery.

Had lamb kebab on Thursday evening was up all night being sick from food poisoning will never get from here again

I put atmosphere but must confess that I have mine delivered. Food is always perfect and after a visit from my granddaughter who had a meal with us my son and family and equally impressed. Long may they continue to serve their perfect food

Flames is a decent kebab shop with friendly staff, they also deliver locally too via Just Eat & their own website. The food is nice & enjoyable & very filling.

Ordered a large chicken doner kebab... £8.20 got delivered and was tiny. Called the shop and they said they were busy and would send a replacement. So I waited 30 minutes. Called the shop and they said I was winding them up and should eat the food. Called the shop 3 hours after ordering. Their response was we will send someone to collect the food and give your money back. What a waste of time... They also keep records...

Very good kebabs. Flavoursome and juicy. The rice was fantastic and I wish they gave more of it. The lamb could have been softer.

The chicken doner kebab has no match and this is for those who really know the difference and know what is a real chicken doner kebab. I think this is one of the best in London.

We always enjoyed takeaways from flames however recently the quality of food has been very low we recently had a full house but shish and the rice very watery and didn’t taste good at all, we are not going back there again, I think the chef or management have changed.

New staff is very rude , never going there again

I have always enjoyed the food but recently not as good as before my recent takeout was a total disaster rice was not fresh. I would not recommend.

Recently had a full house from the menu, had food poisoning, was very unwell and went to doctors and they have sent me for few tests, I have been a customer for last 3 years possibly change of ownership, I would never go there again, have reported them now waiting for results from the lab.

100% best takeaway in Romford without any doubt! Best kebab and the best pizza and that's a rare accomplishment!

Ordered thro just eat! Never again. Didnt get salad although charged for it. Charged extra for everything including delivery. Will phone shop in future. Much cheaper and better service

Cold took over an hour was burnt

Very good quality kebabs including the chilli sauce and salad included. The portions are fulfilling and options of tortilla or rice are available. The chips in our order were very well cooked and chunky. Also efficient food delivery service. I'd recommend this fast food outlet.

The food was an hour late so checked it, it was stone cold then the delivery driver dashed the food all over our patio and ran to his car.

Great tasting pizza but we had to heat it up in the microwave as it was colder than we like. Loved the fact it was early and would definitely recommend as its delicious pizza.

Was sharing my chicken burger with my 2 year old when I felt something stab my gums and it was a big bone! Luckily my 2 year old didn’t end up with the bone or things could of been really bad

I am annoyed with them as I ordered a bottle of coke to go with our meals they didn't bring it when I rang they said they were busy so would be later. It's 3 days since and still no pop. £2.50 paid for nothing. Won't be going back!!!

It came at 7:30 only 1/2 hour after I ordered

Poor - garlic mushrooms were burned and soaked in oil, lacked any garlic flavour and were totally bland. Pizza was on a poor side as well, dry and lacking flavour. Special donner was OK but not worth the money ( basic). Delivery was 20min earlier. No good at all, unless you want to end up with tummy ache.

We ordered our food at 9.40 PM and it was not delivered until 12PM.

I saw mixed reviews so ordered hoping for the best and thought I'd judge on face value. Really quality outfit, wrap and chips was fantastic!

The Pizza was really badly burnt on the top, also the Donna meat was really badly burnt as well.. Looked like whoever wasn't cooking it didn't have full attention on the food. Poor effort, usually good.

The donner meat here is incredible. I usually don't favour kebabs but from here I do. The donner meat is perfectly cooked and it comes wrapped in a naan bread. The chips are also lovely. I would strongly recommend both :)
