We had a great experience with my family. Fantastic delicious food, friendly waiters. We'll always come back. Especially the salads are great.

Fitted in 8 of us plus a high chair at very short notice after an issue at another restaurant locally. Fantastic food, great service and good size portions. Recommended

Our first visit to Reina Grill. Ordered a large bottle of sparkling water and was surprised for the price to find it was on 750ml and not a litre. Didn’t order a starter as I thought they were overpriced. The complementary flatbreads and savoury sauces were a nice touch. Ordered Chicken shish. The quantity and quality was good. Had to send the dish back as had been served a mix of rice & cous cous rather than rice as per menu. The staff and owner were friendly. I would eat there again.

The food was delicious my son said te he’s new favourite restaurant he had the hummus to start followed by chicken sheesh , all dishes were delicious

Whilst I haven’t eaten here, i actually refuse to go to this restaurant over the lack of customer service over the phone. I called the restaurant as I wanted to arrange a work meal for 25-30 people on Thursday evening at 6pm in August!! I asked as there was quite a lot of people could they do a fixed price!! I.e 1 starter and 1 main for set amount! He advise he could do set menu £50 per head!!! I said that’s too expensive and he advised I could order from main menu, with £10 per head deposit Which wouldn’t have been an issue! I fully expect the restaurant to take deposit on this size of a table!! So I asked as it was big table and some people may or may not drink would it be possible to just have the the food bill by and then pay as you go for drinks. The manager replied no darling this isn’t a pub! So I ask could he do food bill, alcohol bill and non alcoholic bill! The manager responded no darling it’s too much work!! But he would do 2 bills 1 for food and 1 for drinks!! I explained that’s wouldn’t make a difference main concern was I didn’t want non drinker to have pay more than they should when it come to final bill! He told me it’s would he too much work for his staff!! I said ok, I may look at other options, he replied “darling there is no other option “ Since then I have contacted another restaurant in Hornchurch who are more than willing to accommodate the table, with no deposit and split the bill in 3 as requested!! This restaurant could have easily earned £1500 minimum from this one sitting!!

A lovely lunch at such a reasonable price , £13.95 starter and main !!! This is the 6th time I have been here recently, and each time the meal and service has been excellent. This time a tweak with the menu has been even better . We tried the aubergine starter which was beautiful. A definite next time . There is also an excellent selection on the dessert menu. I would happily recommend to anyone.

Food was good, not great as the tiger prawns were overcooked and rubbery unfortunately! Staff were friendly, but the service was a bit hit and miss, and i was served my drink in a chipped glass, which was a bit disconcerting!

We have been to this restaurant many times and I have given it great reviews, however today we walked out. We had asked previously- during the week if they served their lunch menu today and was told yes. We took new friends with us and told them how great the service and food was. We were seated and asked for their lunch menu to be told we couldn’t have it today because they are not doing it today!! The restaurant was not overly busy. So after telling our friends how good the restaurant was, we walked out. They would rather have few customers than honour what they had told us. As it happens our neighbours were in there and the same happened to them. They did stay but said they wouldn’t go back. They also checked yesterday and were told they could have the lunch menu. Don’t say one thing and do another. There are many other places to eat in Hornchurch. You’ve now lost a regular customer.
