The best restaurants serving Turkish food in England

Not using gloves when do the food, the chips are old and to expensive, 12£ for a chicken donner wrap......

Waited 1 and half hours for delivery and nothing turned up, called the restaurant only to be told the driver has already come back and he has delivered it to the wrong address. It's now 21.42 at night and have hungry children here, and told I have to contact just eat fir a refund which will take a few days. Totally incompetent, and thick drivers that can't even read a address and deliver something.

Hi, I bought this dessert, Kunefe, today, and it was awful. I used to love it, but not anymore. They used to have the best one, but today was my last time buying from there. The cream cheese even tasted bitter. I’m never buying it from there again.

Ordered delivery on March 5th and one meal contained a live insect. I called you immediately and you assured me I would be refunded, but this was a brazen lie. I hope my experience convinces others to avoid your unhygienic restaurant, and I hope that you enjoy the upcoming visit from Central Bedfordshire Council's Environmental Health Team. Update: It's laughable that you're hoping for a 'respectful' resolution after calling me a liar and fabricating a story about trying to resolve this. I suppose we'll just have to let your future customers decide who's telling the truth. As a courtesy to you I will consider removing this review if the refund ever comes through.

Absolutely terrible experience. First, they forgot my drink. Then, the food was old and clearly not fresh. The mayo tasted like it came straight from a cheap local shop, and everything was just off. I even tried to cancel the takeout order, but they refused, claiming the food had already been made — despite the fact that I had just placed the order. The lack of care and poor quality of both the food and service was incredibly frustrating. I will never be ordering from here again, and I highly recommend others stay away.

I’ve tried quite a few places around London and hands down this place is probably the best at hand crafted döner kebab! The staff have excellent communication skills and serve with passion! Spotless! Will definitely return for more! Thank you Abbey Kebab

Chicken kebab was amazing and I can recommend everyone try it. But unfortunately the lamb one was like I call it 'big meat ball on stick". I thought lamb from them should be way better. But it's not. Anyway you can go there and get really nice kebab. Btw. Whole team are friendly and also good service.

We been there for the first time the staff are ignoring customers which is to rude than at the end they added something extra on the bill that we didn't ordered at all I hope they be a bit better for the next time thanks

HOW RUDE ARE THE STAFF!! BOOKED A TABLE FOR 6 WELL RESPECTED LADIES , WE ALL WORK FOR NHS, ONE OF THE LADIES IS 70 WHO WE HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR. FIRST WAITER CAME OVER AND ORDERED OUR DRINKS, MY LOVELY 70 LADY WAS TRYING TO GIVE HER ORDER AND HE SPOKE TO HER IN A MANNER I WANTED TO SMACK HIS FACE, HE KEPT SAYING LET ME SPEAK, STOP TALKING AND LET ME SPEAK HOW RUDE, WE SHOULD THEN WALKED OUT, SECOND WAITER AGAIN NO SMILES OR WARMTH, TOOK OUR DINNER ORDER, I SIMPLY SAID I CANT TASTE NO ALCOHOL IN ONE OF THE COCKTAILS, PERHAPS MAYBE IT WAS A MOCKTAIL INSTEAD OF A COCKTAIL, HE REPLIED I WOULDNT SERVE YOU PEOPLE NO ALCOHOL AND SAID WE ALL ALCOHOLICS, THIS WAS 20 MINS SINCE WE ARRIVED AT 5.30, WE ARE ALL PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE NHS, AND WE GET TWO JUMPED UP WAITERS WHO THINK THEY ARE SPECIAL, ABIT OF RESPECT AND KINDNESS, I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, CLOSE IT DOWN IF THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS, DISGUSTING, IT REALLY PUT A DOWNER ON MY COLLEAGUES ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY ONE, IT CHANGED HER MOOD ALL NIGHT!!! rUDE
