The best restaurants serving Thai food in Bath and North East Somerset South West

Absolutely delicious. We placed a relatively large order which was ready in 30 minutes. The staff were diligent to make sure we had everything and it was all great. I had lamb massaman and the lamb was super tender.

Glad that Salathai was able to fit us in as a couple on a Saturday night. We fortunately got the last unreserved table, and lots of folks were turned away after we left. Tom yum mushroom soup starter was lovely. Just the right amount of spice. Yum moo spicy pork salad was good. Nicely spiced and a very generous portion. For mains we enjoyed green curry with chicken (gaeng kiew wan) with jasmine rice, steamed sea bass (pla neung) and tofu pad Thai. I would have preferred the steamed sea bass whole and on the bone as it is so easy to fillet it at the table and is more succulent I feel. But it was still very tasty. The atmosphere was lovely and it was delightful to see the waiting staff welcoming returning customers in such a genuine and friendly manner. The three staff serving were all extremely friendly. I’m sorry we didn’t get the name of our particular waitress: she was so lovely, smiling and genuinely welcoming g and friendly. These days it is lovely to find a family run restaurant where the team are happy to look after their customers so well. Far nicer than the anonymous fast food chains all around.

Went in last Saturday evening after rugby. just two of us but no reservation. No problem, big smiles and quick efficient clearing of a recently departed table and set up for us. Great fast service - enjoyed some Singha beers, green chicken curry, sticky rice and satay - very enjoyable. Great vibe in this wee restaurant, very good food and lovely professional staff.

Very nice food good service not very busy so atmosphere not amazing but no complaints will be back

The food was amazing and the service was fast and friendly. Meal was a very reasonable price,would definitely recommend this place when you visit bath.

We have been here a number of times. The food is excellent, the restaurant is lovely and the service is brilliant. They do takeaway and deliver too which is a bonus!

I smelled the food from outside & immediately knew I need to try it. Very good and tasty food, fast service, cozy location, not sure why many negative reviews but I highly recommend it.
