Absolutely great food and attentive service. As a group of 4 we went for the banquet option and there was plenty for everyone and the portions of everything were ideal. It’s very good value for money even with drinks too and I would definitely return

My mum took my two kids today- she was in horror and panic when she couldn't find my three year old because he had wondered off with another family- and was only discovered in the main reception of the commonwealth pool. for your children's safety don't use this soft play. Such a disgrace my heart aches at all the horrific endings today could have had- absolute shame on this so called child friendly venue.

Two waiters were extremely rude. Anytime we’d ask them something they’d roll their eyes right in front of us. When we asked for a second cup for the tea, one of them refused to serve us saying that one pot is one cup even though we didn’t ask for extra hot water. We didn’t even have a chance to say anything as they genuinely looked like they’re done serving people. I get that hospitality is one of the most difficult areas, but if you made a choice to work there, please make damn sure you’re at least fake nice.

Siamo stati sia a dicembre 2018 che novembre 2019 e ci siamo trovati bene.Personale cordiale,pulito e soprattutto buon cibo a prezzo giusto.Noi abbiamo provato tutte e due le volte panini con hamburger e patatine davvero buoni.Un saluto dall'Italia.

Bastante terrible. Pedimos comida directa para la entrega. El repartidor nos dijo que su pedido era de otra parte (¿Clay Inn?) y no para nosotros. Unos 5 minutos después se da cuenta de su error y luego nos cobra £ 4 más de lo que esperábamos. Incluso se confundió con el cambio y quería mantener un extra de £ 10.
