The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Thanet South East

I have got my Fish and chips from here for over 10 years, tonight was the worst fish and chips i have ever had. Not too sure if they have new owners and cook but it was awful, chips were dry and poor quality, batter on fish was stoggy and not properly cooked and the battered sausage was dark brown and the batter was like cardboard. Not to the usual perfection we are used to from Fish Inn, what’s happening???

Absolutely delicious seafood. The best we've tasted. Very fresh. My fiance and her mother thoroughly enjoyed it.

It’s a genuine pleasure to write this review! From the moment we arrived and we were warmly welcomed by Ozy (who even remembered us from our last visit over a year ago), we were made to feel very special even before choosing a table for us to eat! It was my wife Joanne’s birthday and we also took her sister Linda with us to celebrate her recent birthday - from our previous visits to The Royal Fish Bar we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. The fish was cooked to order and perfection – very large Cod cooked in a very light batter with a large portion of chips for Joanne, Linda and myself – what’s not to like! But the icing on the cake is Ozy himself who truly goes above and beyond to make your visit a special occasion – and one that we will be repeating later this year when we take our caravan to nearby Sandwich. Chicken shish was dry and burnt, battered sausages had no batter at all on them, gravy was very watery, everything was cold they got the 1 rating as chilli sauce was nice and the size of the chips were very big
