Always re-heating up cold chips. Fed up now and not going back. I know a lot of chip shops do it, but this place is the champion of re-heated food. No thanks.

Given the benefit of the doubt since change of owner as formerly excellent. Fish always appearing light so weighed last nights 10-14oz cod & weighed in at 9 1/4 oz. Totally unacceptable! Prepping 4-6,
