Driver decide to sit down the road for about 5 minutes and then instead of driving round to drop my order off he decides to walk it round and made the all the food ice cold even the bag the food was in was cold as well. Food is normally hot and down

Can’t quite believe how the fryer (guessing the owner) (man with glasses) spoke to his staff on the till. I actually felt sorry for her. He allowed her to take my order of a large cod, waited till I paid, to then tell her, she needed to tell me it wasn’t available… I then said I woild have two small cods, instead of a large (so they didn’t have to reimburse me) and he looked at her awfully and spoke to her like she was stupid. The girl was obviously upset and put on a smile. This man should think about how he treats others and how to speak to his colleagues. Hope the girl knows that he’s the one with the problem, not her. Especially when there is customers in the shop. It was bad. Will not be returning again.

Food I’d great value and tasty. Food selection of food. Only issue is opening times, seems random as not always as advertised especially on Mondays….seems to be a see how we feel and we may open!

Ordered from hear before because chip were good so ordered again and when I got my order some of it was missing and my food was cold so not happy was a waste of my time

£4.40 for a single Savaloy!! Wholesale Savaloys are around 58p each.... Food is ok but the prices are putting me off, will certainly not be ordering often.

The driver never turned up I had to collect it myself just eat are about as useful as a snooze button on a smoke alarm, my grandad could do a better job and he’s dead

A fish and chip shop that has no haddock! £9.80 for a "large cod" it was tiny and thin, mostly batter and they charge an extra £5 for chips! Not only is it incredibly overpriced it tastes like it's been cooked in used motor oil. Revolting

I was recommended this chip shop by a friend. But sorry to say, I was highly disappointed. I ordered large chips that were more of a small size, and they tasted as though they were reheated in old oil. The fish was delicious and sausages were nothing to shout about.

Absolutely terrible. Waited 2hours & 15 mins. It was expected in 45-50 mins. Could not eat it as too much. I went to bed as had to get up very early. Please refund!

The order took over an hour to be delivered when I was told it would be approx 30 minutes. When it finally arrived I was missing several items: can of coke, can of tango, mushy peas, 1 small cod and 1 small chips. The driver didn’t have it as my husband went to his car and there was nothing there. His bag was empty so please don’t try blaming him. Also, if there are no drivers available why would you accept my order for me to then have to wait an hour plus? Disgraceful service!

Still the best fish and chip shop in Farnborough. The best chips (nice and crisp), nice crisp batter on the fish, not greasy. Decent size portions and good value. Only complaint is that they no longer sell either southern fried chicken or the half chicken portions. It’s be good to see these back on the menu.

We are regular customers of North Camp Fish Bar and have always had excellent food from them. Tonight I placed an order and asked for delivery at 9pm (as i regularly do). At 9.20 my food still hadn’t arrived so I called the restaurant to see what was happening and they told me they had put two requests for a driver and had not received an allocation. The restaurant asked me to call you to chase as they were having no luck. A driver was eventually allocated and our food arrived at 10pm. By the time it arrived, it was horrible. It had clearly been made to our requested time and had been sat around waiting to be delivered. We are regular users of just eat but tonight was terrible customer service not only to us but the restaurant too. I would therefore like to request a refund as the food was inedible when it arrived.

Unable to have the chicken we ordered as they did not have any. The fish was not worth the money. Fish was very salty, not very nice. Very expensive fish and chips cost me £42 with delivery. We have decided we will not order from these again

There was an issue with just eat saying order didn't go through. So I re ordered but then just eat processed 2 orders. North camp fish bar was helpful when I called. However food has turner up just now. Luke warm more cold and not good, Normally we don't have issues and the food is pipping hot when it arrives. So sadly giving a bad review for the food. But restaurant service is good.

The comfort derived from a good fish and chips for a family dinner cannot be understated. Since moving to the area, we have found this unassuming little chippy to be a hidden gem. The quality of ingredients, care of cooking and customer service are up there with the best we have used over the years. Although the menu is not huge, there are some interesting option when you fancy a change and all at a reasonable price. Ever more vital in these squeezed times. Thank you north camp fish bar for making family fish and chip night a continuing success.

Disgusting. The chips tasted really old and like they'd been re-heated. They were dark brown and grim, rather than light brown and fluffy. I don't know why my friend recommended you. We're never ordering from here again.

Just got a meal from here and what a disappointment the chips cost £2.60 and the portion size was pathetic definitely not using this place again such a shame it use to be a great place with decent portions but apparently they would rather be stingey and lose customers

This was my very first order from here as i live in camberley and obviously there in North Camp so i expected for it to be cold but it was all warm enough that i didn't need to reheat it, the food is some of the best I've ever had and I'm 59 yeah old git 😊, good portion size and good value for money in these hard times, my new favourite to go to, also the delivery driver was very polite, looking forward to ordering again very soon.

Poorly cooked, fish was tiny piece of tail end of cod was very dry overcooked and batter was dark and very greasy got more scraps as chips and we're soggy. Salt and pepper squid was over cooked and very greasy. Never used to be so bad. Waste of money will not be ordering again.

Great portion sizes. Nice cod (not reformed) and thick none greasy chips. New people running it are still friendly. Fish is cooked fresh so that can add a little wait but it is worth it.
