I hadn't been to the Harbour since before the Covid crisis started a couple of years ago. Ate there last week. It's just as good as ever. Exceptional quality.
Lovely fish bar that had everything I wanted. Although I wish they accepted card. However all the food was really nice and the workers were very nice as well and so were the other customers there.
Hours have changed, got caught out a little with that but waited till 4.30pm till they reopened and got fresh fresh fresh chips and battered sausage! As Chippy’s go, this is the best in Bicester!
As a fairly regular customer ( we visited our Son & new grandchild) I ordered Cod Medium Chips & Curry 🍛 sauce . Chips & sauce were excellent but… I did think that the Cod portion size was small 🥲 T
Very disappointing. Service very slow. Dull menu and awful food. Made worse that non of the staff were in a position to resolve the issues as the manager was absent. We would advise you look elsewher
