Me encanta el caviar y el que elegí estaba bastante sabroso (beluga). Textura, color y apariencia estaban bien, pero el tamaño de los huevos eran más pequeños (para beluga) de lo que suelo tener. Por otro lado, el servicio fue perfecto.

Detta är fisk av högsta klass. England är ju inte direkt berömda för sin förnämliga kok-konst, men om man vill ha riktigt, riktigt vällagad fisk är detta rätt ställe. Visst, det är dyrt. Men smakar det så kostar det.Om inte annat kan man gå hit för känslan. Wheelers är en klassiker, både en restaurang och en sevärdhet på en gång. Nästa Fantastiska fisk-middag kan man hitta i Soho eller på någon av hotell-restaurangerna i Mayfair. Om man följer goda råd finns det alla möjligheter...

We were served by the lovely Gianpier who recommended several wonderful dishes…the red prawn carpaccio is to die for… one of the best truffle dishes I’ve had. I usually only like having sea food dishes in places known for exceptional local sea food, but I will come back here again despite it being in London!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern following my today experience at Scott’s I had hoped to enjoy a special anniversary dinner. Unfortunately, the evening was overshadowed by inconsistent treatment, an unwarranted reprimand, and a surprising exclusion from future visits — all based on unclear and unjustified grounds. ⸻ 1. Interference with Private, Non-Disruptive Recording During the meal, we attempted to discreetly record a short personal video at our own table to commemorate the occasion. This was a private and respectful act, not aimed at any staff or other guests. Despite this, a member of your team — and later the manager — approached us, stating that “private photography” was not allowed. The term itself seemed contradictory in this context, and the approach felt unnecessarily abrupt, particularly given that no disruption was being caused. To make matters worse, I witnessed staff members willingly taking photos for other diners that evening. This kind of selective enforcement suggests inconsistency, which undermines any stated policy. ⸻ 2. Unfair Dismissal of Reasonable Feedback I also gave measured and polite feedback regarding the food — noting that it was overly crispy. Rather than taking this constructively, the staff responded with visible irritation. This made us feel uncomfortable and reluctant to speak up further. Feedback should be welcomed, not treated as a nuisance. ⸻ 3. Inappropriate Use of Uncommunicated “Records” What was most concerning, however, was being told — based on previous feedback — that we were no longer welcome at the restaurant. At no point in any of our past visits was I informed that my feedback was being recorded, let alone that it could be used against me. I was not made aware of any policy or data collection practice, nor was I given any opportunity to respond or explain. This feels like a deeply unjust and unprofessional decision, made without transparency or balance. Being banned without discussion, based solely on staff perception and without factual review, is not only poor customer service — it raises serious concerns about fairness and how feedback is handled at Scott’s. ⸻ What I Am Requesting: • A clear explanation of why our private video was interrupted, and why photography was allowed for some but not for us. • Clarification of your policy regarding customer feedback and the keeping of records — including how guests are informed and how those records are used. • A formal acknowledgment that this situation was mishandled and that the treatment we received was inappropriate. ⸻ This was meant to be a personal, celebratory evening, and instead, we were left feeling judged, unwelcome, and humiliated. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and respond in a way that reflects the high standards your establishment is known for.

What an absolutely brilliant visit! Visited on Thursday lunch. We were plonked right in front of the kitchen with our little grandson, who was in full Tasmanian devil mode. Not exactly your ideal dining neighbour, but the staff couldn’t have been more lovely. Kat, the manager, deserves a medal. She managed to entertain the baby and the grandad who perked right up the moment she mentioned football stats (he's still convinced she should be managing the Blues). Honestly, if she ever fancies a side hustle in babysitting/grandad-wrangling, please let us know :) The food was spot on, the service was flawless, and the whole thing felt more like lunch at your favourite cousin’s than a restaurant. We’ll definitely be back — assuming they’ll still have us :)

Originalmente planeaba cenar en Brasserie Zedel, pero subestimé lo popular que era y no podía reservar una mesa! Por casualidad, terminé reservando uno de sus restaurantes hermanos: Manzi’s. Sorprendentemente, resultó ser bastante bueno y lo más destacado: el baño es precioso. Manzi’s se encuentra en un callejón. Si no fueras a comer allí, probablemente no entrarías a propósito. Entrar es una agradable sorpresa, el interior está profusamente decorado con un tema oceánico. El restaurante sirve principalmente mariscos locales británicos, por lo que la mayor parte de la comida estaba basada en mariscos: • Salmón ahumado Severn & Wye • Cóctel de langostinos de Manzi • Shetland Mussels Marinière • Calabaza de mantequilla asada • Manzi’s Fish and Chips En general, la comida era bastante buena. El cóctel de gambas y mejillones fueron los más sabrosos. El servicio también era decente, aunque los precios eran más altos. Una cosa que vale la pena mencionar: el hermoso baño con un lavabo de conchas marinas, espejo de conchas marinas, luces de conchas marinas y una cerradura de puerta de caballito de mar. Mucho desprende el ambiente de la Sirenita.

Este lugar es maravilloso. La comida era increíble - una buena selección de tapas para satisfacer la mayoría de los gustos. Teníamos vegetarianos, pescadores y comedores de carne en el grupo y todos tenían algo que realmente disfrutaban. El servicio fue genial, muy amable y nos alojamos bastante tarde, así que estuvimos muy atentos hasta el final! El ambiente es genial, es un lugar encantador para comer en grupo. Lo recomendaría a fondo.

Fabulous venue, made great by awesome service. Despite being full we asked for a bigger table as it was a romantic evening and the F and B manager did everything to give us what we wanted. Sorry I can’t remember the staffs name but to be fair all the staff worked hard. Loved the Paella and then drinks on the terrace later.
