The Seafood Bar in City of London, Westminster

It was my first visit to this seafood restaurant and really enjoyed, tried few more seafood which I never ate. We got served by Luca and she is amazing, her skills are amazing. Will visit soon! Thank you!

What a delight it was to visit. Food and ambience was exceptional and we were very well looked after by Adam and Alex. 5 stars .

Loved my first visit to The Seafood Bar. Everything was lovely and fresh and the wine list was perfect. I was dining alone and Ferran really looked after me. Would highly recommend.

I had a great time with my friends, accompanying my child. The restaurant is spacious and cozy. There are many tables for groups and a counter table for one or two with a view of the fresh fish corner. The fish was fresh, and the meal was delicious. F&C is popular, but others, like mussels, are also lovely. I'm sorry, but my photo is of salad only, as the others look blurry. The staff is very kind and caring. Luca was very attentive and doing very well. I recommend it for any occasion. I would like to return to the restaurant again in the near future.

Excellent lunch today. We were 4 people, ordered some seafood on ice, some in a Pernod sauce and some starters and mains. Generous portions, lovely quality seafood. All good. Really friendly waiter - thx Ferran.

Best seafood I've had in ages!!!!! The quality and freshness is out of this world and their prices are considerably reasonable. If you're an oyster enthusiast, look no more. The oysters here are perfectly sized, fresh, juicy, and just delicious!!!!! By the way, Jake and Ferran provided amazing customer service!

Great place to dine in Soho, and with wide variety of options. Loved the lobster mac and cheese and ceviche. Mussels were also very worth it with the amount of mussels provided. However, the restaurant tends to get stuffy.

Wow what an amazing place to celebrate my birthday. Florin was on point attentive to details and help us choose our meal and drinks . Thank u florin for making it a celebration to remember and the bar downstairs what a treat. Just remember it's a cashless place

A lovely birthday meal at the Seafood Bar. Our server Adam was wonderful and we enjoyed some tasty food. They do happy hour for oysters between 3-5pm everyday so will definitely be back for that.

My husband and I walked in on a busy Sat. night without a reservation and were seated right away. Our wonderful server, Florian, helped us with everything from wine selection, side choices to dessert. He was so attentive throughout the evening. The food was wonderful. We will be back before our trip is over. Well done.

For a Saturday night I felt looked after than a typical strict turn over service on a rampant Saturday night. Scallop amazing! Crustacean platter morish! Will be coming back again

Every anniversary my girlfriend and I choose a seafood restaurant to celebrate and found this little gem. Everything was above expectations and Alex our waitress went above and beyond. Highly recommend

Florian and Caroline provided an excellent service on top of a fantastic seafood based meal. I particularly loved the mussels (the French style) and the Grill mix. Even though the Grill is for one person, the portion is so generous it can easily feed two. We were so full after our meal that we did not have space for dessert

Fantastic food, especially the scallops which was recommended by a waiter called Adam whom was fantastic. He really made our date night special. So a mega thank you from me to him. A real gentleman

Pricey, make sure you ask which fish are wild caught, the salmon is farmed (last time I checked)

Almost perfect. Atmosphere and staff excellent. The lobster mac & cheese was delicious. Also took the extensive fish platter. Great presentation and varied selection. However, the highlight - the lobster - was watery and tasteless. Staff responded in a professional manner when I pointed this out to them and it all worked out in the end. It is up to the next visitors to determine whether they have learned from it.

Was there last night 21/10/24,the food was very average and one of my guest have to send the fish and chip back because the fish was off,for a seafood restaurant fish are off that’s unacceptable

I love the Seafood Bar, I came a year ago and the seafood was so fresh and went back a couple of days twice in a row for dinner and loved it all over again. The oysters are so fresh and chilled they’re delicious. I highly recommend this place and the atmosphere is amazing. We had Jake as our server for the first night and he was so accommodating.

Ferran was amazing, great food, great drinks made our anniversary evening!

Had a really lovely Oyster Happy Hour here, thanks to our excellent server Viola. Had a dozen Jersey oysters £1.50 each plus £8 glass of sparkling English wine. Paired with the garlic prawns and French Mussles which were the star of the show. 10/10 recommend

Myself and a friend came to dine purely from reviews online and they did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, service and the team were exceptional. Jake was our server this evening and was super accommodating and had great knowledge of the food and wine. Amazing meal here last night - service was brilliant and Adam looked after us so well. Food was superb - the peeled garlic prawns and roasted scallops were delicious and both Moules dishes were excellent. Brilliant find and highly recommended.

Friendly service but thats the only positive I can take away from this experience. Unfortunately this has to be some of the worst seafood I've had which is very disappointing as there are so many good reviews, I was really expecting something special. What a shame!

Awesome food and service I came here with my wife to have a nice afternoon of seafood following a big week. Adam who was our server was superb. Very knowledgeable about the food and wine and super friendly and personable. We feasted on 18 oysters, the ceviche, the smoked salmon, a lobster, and then one of the fruits de mer platters... oh, and some chips... all washed down with a few glasses of wine. (Just as context I weigh less than 67kg and my wife less than 60kg... but the food is so good we just wanted to try lots of things!) The experience was top notch and we enjoyed it so much we booked for 6 of us to come back in 2 weeks time! Thanks again for a great time Adam and team.

What a great restaurant this is. We had a very nice evening there with friends for my husband's birthday. Beautiful setting, very friendly service (with explicit thanks to Florian) and delicious food. We couldn't have imagined a better place for this memorable evening.

Highly recommend for seafood. Our eventual waiter, Florian, rescued our night. Initially took over half an hour for all 4 of us to get a drink after initial poor service, x 3 wrong drinks brought to the table. After that and with Florian serving us the night was fantastic. Food was high quality, Oysters, scallops, monk fish, cod everything we ordered was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. Cost was reasonable. Really enjoyed the evening in the end.

Have settled in London for 2 years, this is by far the best restaurant I been to. Florian, who taking care of our orders, provided us the best in class service. For the food, it's great. You can see the pictures which are the best things to describe how good the food are. .

One of the experiences I really enjoy is a relaxed, long, and delicious lunch with superb wine. If you enjoy such lunch and seafood- GO HERE. Scallops and oysters to start and shellfish in a pernod sauce for main, followed by a rather pleasant chocolate mousse, made this a lunch to remember. Shout out to Adam and the team! Fantastic!
