My experience was soo horrible! They all were so pathetic, their behavior was not good to everyone. Worst place ever.

Barracuda club is doing unfair and to the point i can call it they judge the level of where u stand, when you play little there or you are not the VIP customer you have been suspended to enter the club without any reason? And when you spend your money on transport and your time to go to the club they tell u at the spot. Intolerable, it happened to me twice first time i talked with the manager and they told me to email someone and i did and they replied me after weeks that they are not answerable, within that period i went with friends and talked with the manager there and manager got me in. The dealers on reception are nice but the old lady as the other person mentioned is rude. When i peacefully asked her to call the manager she told me on my face don’t tell me my duty what to do really was disappointing. Go there when you play big or you’re a VIP otherwise you will be disrespected.

Barracuda club is full of wrong people, the old receptionist lady with galsses she is so so so rude and unprofessional. Also the club they will cancel your entrance any date without you even knowing and when u spare your time to go visit them they will tell u that it’s been cancelled, the reason is if you don’t play that much they kick out people. Last time it happened and i talk to the manager the same time and he went to his system and came back and ask the reception lady to let me go and apologised that they have made a mistake. And it happened again. Such pathetic service and customer support also they come and beg u for a good review

Small place but good atmosphere, blackjack tables £10 for evenings which isn’t so bad. Worth a visit.

The Barracuda Club is a hidden gem in the heart of London. It's not just a casino, but a great place to catch up for a drink and the food and service is exceptional. Highly recommended!

We like barracuda, is nice to relax and have fun, staff is very nice and works hard . we will return on other opportunity

Sadly I don't manage to visit this lovely club as often as i would like but when I do they always treat me like I'm special (I guess all the customers get that treatment but they do seem very attentive). On my last visit I was happy to see a lot of the long time staff are still working there. It gives a sense of continuity to the place. Ali in the bar seems to have been there forever and is still always very welcoming as is Leo the waiter. There seem to be less of the croupiers than there used to be nevertheless they are usually very polite and professional. And it's always a pleasure to see Tony and Maisie the supervisors - they manage to greet me even though I know they are busy. Keep up the high standards and I hope to be back soon ;)

I came here last night for the first time for the valentines day event, and had dinner around midnight so unfortunately didn't get to have dinner with the singer, but we listened to him while having a drink which was good enough, and he sounded incredible. The food was out of this world, I couldn't recommend the rib eye steak anymore! I tried the morrocan chicken, which too was delicious! At the end of our time here, we received a little bottle of Rosé and a box of Maison Samadi chocolates which are insane! I cannot find one fault with this entire place, we would eat here for dinner every single night if it was possible! Thanks again The Barracuda.

We were a mix group of different nationalities and the restaurant was an obvious choice to serve each of our tastes. We heard that the kitchen has four different chefs, serving Asian, Indian, Arabic and Western and knew the food would suit each of us. What we didn't know was how superb each dish was. What surprised us the most was the high level of service and attention to detail for a boutique restaurant.

Barracuda has maintained its quality for the last 20 odd years. I'm amazed at its consistency of great food & courteous service. They always treat you like a King! They offer various menus on different days of the week. Arabic, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Continental. The Bar is also well stocked and after a great meal you can try your luck at the Black Jack table or roulette whatever ones fancy!

Very good atmosphere & an excellent choice for dinner Tip to go on a Saturday as all the chefs are in & you have a much wider selection of cuisines from China, middle eastern & Indian plus their a la carte menu

I'm currently sitting at the bar but unable to order a drink. That's bizarre, a casino that doesn't serve drinks, now that's a first. I was going to give them two stars but they offer me a complimentary drink. Overall staff are polite, however not able to order drinks is a big turn off. They only offer one choice of white wine which is under average!

My colleague and I came after dinner to have a drink with some friends from Holland and we were refused to be served! Reason being we were too drunk to be served! We shared a bottle of wine over dinner and coming in handing over out coasts at reception served by very friendly staff and the as we came down the stairs the atmosphere changed. I sensed something was not right and when we asked for a drink at the bar we were refused to be served, gosh! This has never happened to me in our life time and my colleague Whois a lawyer couldn't believe it - we were overwhelmed, and the fact I on,y live 10 mins away I will certainly will certainly Ly spread the news around about this and me being in the media and hospitality industry must be warned of such likely treatment. There's no point rambling on this place is not my cup of tea as I don't gamble and do not like eating in basements. Good luck,

We ate here on Boxing Day, there were three of us our daughter myself and my husband. All the staff were very attentive, without being intrusive. The menu has lots of different cuisines to include Lebonese, Indian, French, Chinese. We had a Chinese starter which was wonderful, followed by a Dover sole, halibut, and a veal cutlet. They were all superbly cooked, and served, both the fish were filleted in front of us, we had sautéed potatoes and mixed fresh vegetables. We were absolutely stuffed. We are now members at the casino, so we will most definitely return.

Es simplemente el mejor ambiente nocturno, siempre contigo de un casino con un fantástico restaurante incluso para los vegetarianos wow. También fuimos con más dinero en mi bolsillo que cuando fui después de pagar la comida. Usted tiene un gran cero ocio poderlas instalación Sr. Nunn ( creo que es la jefa ). Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que ir y relajarse en ... y yo vivimos en Yorkshire.

A very friendly club with excellent service. Can't fault anything. Fantastic restaurant. Wonderful cocktail bar. Well worth a few visits or just make it your special place.

Visited after a show on a sat night.The staff were excellent,knowledgable attentive and welcoming.The food is fantastic and a good price for London .It was my daughters 21st and they made a fuss of her and gave her a beautiful cake and flowers.I highly recommend this restaurant and we will be visiting again .

Been going to this casino for few years now. Great atmosphere, laid back and wonderful staff. Restaurant also amazing, great food choice and again wonderful staff. Look forward to going back again.
