Manzi's in City of London, Westminster

Originalmente planeaba cenar en Brasserie Zedel, pero subestimé lo popular que era y no podía reservar una mesa! Por casualidad, terminé reservando uno de sus restaurantes hermanos: Manzi’s. Sorprendentemente, resultó ser bastante bueno y lo más destacado: el baño es precioso. Manzi’s se encuentra en un callejón. Si no fueras a comer allí, probablemente no entrarías a propósito. Entrar es una agradable sorpresa, el interior está profusamente decorado con un tema oceánico. El restaurante sirve principalmente mariscos locales británicos, por lo que la mayor parte de la comida estaba basada en mariscos: • Salmón ahumado Severn & Wye • Cóctel de langostinos de Manzi • Shetland Mussels Marinière • Calabaza de mantequilla asada • Manzi’s Fish and Chips En general, la comida era bastante buena. El cóctel de gambas y mejillones fueron los más sabrosos. El servicio también era decente, aunque los precios eran más altos. Una cosa que vale la pena mencionar: el hermoso baño con un lavabo de conchas marinas, espejo de conchas marinas, luces de conchas marinas y una cerradura de puerta de caballito de mar. Mucho desprende el ambiente de la Sirenita.

No tuvimos la intención de hacerlo, pero fuimos con el menú establecido que a £ 30 por 3 platos y una copa de vino era un valor excepcional. Salmón ahumado y sopa de guisantes fueron nuestros entrantes, caballa y pollo para la red con mousse de chocolate y plátano partido para terminar. Todo presentado bien, todo muy bueno y con un servicio amable encantador. También es un lugar muy cómodo y de alta calidad, nos encantó

El nuevo Manzi (nada como el antiguo) ha traído estilo a un callejón trasero del Soho. La bienvenida era cálida (incluso un guardarropa - ¿cuándo sucedió eso por última vez) y el gerente es animado y perceptivo - hace la diferencia. El comedor de la planta baja es un lugar muy relajante para estar. La comida era de primera clase y tenía un precio atractivo (para el pescado y el centro de Londres) frente a los competidores establecidos no muy lejos. Servicio joven sonriente y eficiente. Si puedes permitirte unas rondas, los cócteles se veían geniales. Incluso los botines son un placer OTT. Volviendo.

Necesitábamos un restaurante cerca del festival de Reggae. Mi hija eligió este ya que me encantan los platos de pescado. Qué hallazgo. Ambiente relajante. Accesorios de lujo. Hermosa decoración. El menú era extenso. Fue difícil elegir, así que compartimos algunos platos. Todo estaba fresco y delicioso. Nuestra camarera era muy amable y servicial e hizo que nuestra experiencia de 1 calle aquí aún mejor. Volveremos.

Visitamos Manzi's para almorzar hoy antes de ir al teatro para una matiné. Fue una experiencia fabulosa y sin duda volveremos. Llegamos temprano y realmente nos encantó la decoración general y el ambiente del restaurante. Optamos por el menú del Soho, compartiendo un entrante de ensalada griega con pan, seguido de besugo y una tarta de maracuyá y chocolate. El besugo era perfecto - muy fresco y muy bien cocinado. La ensalada era preciosa y la tarta estaba justo al final de la comida. Nuestro camarero era brillante - simplemente completamente profesional y muy agradable. Sin duda volveremos a casa de Manzi y esperamos otro día en Londres.

Beautiful gem of a restaurant. The food was amazing (mussels best we have ever had) and the service was brilliant. Chloe is an asset to the team. From walking in all the staff make you feel special and the decor is lovely.

What an amazing find. This is a best kept secret thankfully for us as we got a seat at lunch. We had a delicious meal and the price was very reasonable for London. Chloe and Jose our waiting staff were friendly and genuine. Can’t wait to come back!

Went here on Friday after seeing it on Ambl app for restaurants and so pleased we did After a bad start the rose wine we sent back as didn’t taste correct The meal was amazing 3 of us all loved it and we will def be going back The decor is outstanding They had a DJ brilliant music however it would be nice a little louder The whole thing was just wonderful Very quiet for a Friday night in soho im not sure people know it’s there tucked away we loved it x

Booking experience was a little difficult but we got there in the end. Service was good. The ambiance and fit out of the restaurant was top draw. Really nice. Food was excellent.

Nous avions réservé pour 4 adultes, 4 ados et des jumelles de 2 ans. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, 2 chaises hautes étaient prêtes. Toute l’équipe a le sourire, le serveur vraiment top. Le cadre est magnifique, les plats vraiment excellents. Nous nous sommes régalés et avons passé une excellente soirée. Seul petit bémol, il n’y a pas de table à langer dans les toilettes femmes et personne ne m’a proposé de solution. Mais j’aurais pu demander, je n’ai pas osé. J’ai changé les bébés au sol. Merci à tous, nous reviendrions avec plaisir dans votre établissement à l’occasion d’un nouveau séjour londonien, bonne continuation. La famille Gaillard

Fantastic Experience! We loved our family lunch at this hidden gem in Soho. Don't be put off that this gorgeous restaurant is tucked away down an alleyway - once inside the space is opulently decorated with unbelievable attention to detail (crab salt & pepper shakers and mermaid door handles being a few). It has the feeling of a luxury cruise liner - in a good way! The service is impeccable and the food was delicious. I can recommend the lobster roll served with perfectly crispy fries and the sharing portion of tiramisu - delicious! They also have several set menu options which offer incredible value, so I will be returning again very soon to test these out. If you are looking for the right balance of excellent service, quality food in a beautiful environment, I would highly recommend a visit to Manzi's!

This place is style over substance- perfect for insta pics but not much more. The starters of sardine bruschetta came with great fish but soggy tomato-topped ‘toast’ underneath. The bouillabaisse was a tragic example - small samples of seafood swam in a very strange light brown sauce. Oysters were fresh and tasty, (no cooking involved, obviously) but when the highlight of the meal is the baguette and salted butter, you need to be a bit concerned. There was a strangely quiet lady DJ in one corner and a bored-looking saxophonist joined her for a bit but spent most of the time talking to staff. This is a bit of a tourist trap, eurotrash type place. Downstairs was completely empty and upstairs maybe a third full on a Saturday night. When there are so many fabulous places to eat in London, I’d give this one a miss.

Lovely room bit kitsch but works..service excellent, prices aren't ridicuous but have to say food quality wasn't all there, it was good but not excellent. I would probably try again but stick to the fixed price menus, as I'm not sure the a la carte with a decent bottle of wine justified the £100 per head cost

Loved the decor- starters and main courses wonderful- desserts very boring- service excellent- entry passageway quite frightening and dirty. Needs just a little more effort to make this First Class

I have to say that I was so excited to be going to the new site of 'MANZI'S' for my husband's birthday as we like to do a special meal in a special restaurant... very sadly the only thing special was the decor, the smartly dressed crew/staff were all over the place seemingly not knowing what to do and there were a lot of them, but the service did not come together for our meal. The food sounded delicious on the menu but on arrival was lackluster my 'Aromatic muscles were cooked and nice size but not aromatic! the clam chowder was greasy rather than creamy rich. none of our food impressed, sadly. As for the price it was expensive for what we experienced, I don't mind paying for great service and food by this left us VERY dissapointed and a bit ripped off.

It’s a restaurant in back roads of Soho , with a elegant decor , I must say menu was impressive, and the food was fantastic, three of us , shared few starters , all of them tested great , main I had was salmon which I found it a bit dry. It could of be better! Service was ok, I asked for a lime , but unfortunately did not get it, I suppose there forget about it 🤣 never mind… If I go back! Yes probably I would…
