I’ve just had a business meeting over a lovely meal where we were treated to delicious food and looked after superbly by Daria who was the epitome of the perfect host. We’ve been here a few times and always had really nice food and friendly service at great prices. All the food we’ve ordered has been really good, but the chips are absolutely lovely, I can’t remember ever having better. Update: Not ordered from here in a few months as moved further away, but went back and the food is just as good. Delicious chips, fish, pie, sausage and onion rings.

This is the best fish and chip shop in the area. Good food at very reasonable prices served by lovely, friendly people. Be aware however they only take cash, no cards or cheques. Highly recommended 😊

Got the chicken fillet burger was very good and chips were okay too. Not a long wait either

Always have issues getting Gluten Free stuff - apparently the box below qualifies as large chips! All of 8 inches across and look like they’ve been out since lunchtime! (That box is 8 inches across!)

I order at least once per week from here for my elderly relative. The order wasn’t delivered and when I called to enquire, firstly the girl hang up on me and then I received a second call from someone who said it wasn’t their problem and denied having any details for the driver. They are only interested in taking your money and not interested in customer service. They have an appalling attitude and I would give this shop a miss at any costs.
