The best restaurants serving Portuguese food in South West

Service was poor. Drinks overpriced (acceptable). Food quality, mediocre. Eg: chicken soup £8.50. Are they serious ??? Meat was tough.

Exceptional service, delivered with a smile and at speed. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was tasty as always.

Very pleasant atmosphere. I love the simplicity of the place including the readiness of staff to attend to your needs

I didn't like the food they served me, the chicken was very dry and the rice was very raw, I wasn't happy with the food I paid for 57£ 😡😡👆

Usually love a Nando’s however taken aback by man taking our order telling us we’d ordered too many chips 😵‍💫. Nobody needs the chip police when they go out to pay for food - it’s up to us what we order. Repeating yourself a few times did not help the situation. We don’t want spicy rice. We don’t want broccoli. We want a big plate of chicken and chips. That is what we ordered. Normally we enjoy it here much more and all the staff give excellent service.

Delicious hot chicken perfectly cooked and not dry, hot chips and refillable drinks but overall was expensive for what it was.

All other diners at table had meals and finished before mine and even made its way to the table. You wouldn’t get this at pizza express just next door. Spend your money elsewhere

I would love to recommend Zizi- a place full of heart, made truly special by the wonderful people who work there. Alp and Andrea are incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The service is outstanding – not just professional, but also kind and personal. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish is made with care and passion. What really stands out is how much Alp and Andrea listen to their guests – they go out of their way to adapt and meet your needs, making sure every detail is just right. Wife treated me to a Nando’s as she had been given a gift card.went in on Friday around 5.30.was busy but not to bad,around 11pm the same night my wife had food poisoning! Very ill indeed! We should have known this would happen because there was so much food on the floor! The place was seriously filthy! Will not return to this place

Decided to visit Nando’s Today and have lunch outside due to regulations.The welcome could not be described as a welcome the person was rude and was not interested we were told to sit and order on line tried to get online to order but not...

Don’t waste your money! Chips Lukewarm, chicken very dry! Coleslaw like shop brought in! Staff seem more interested in themselves while massaging each other. Rather than actually interaction with the customers. They wanna take tips off the Weston-Super- Mare one cause they are definitely doing something right! I won’t be going back to the Abbey wood Nando’s that’s for sure!

2 hours for delivery of 1 wrap and 1 pita on a Tuesday evening is ridiculous!!!! Gloucester Grill is soooo much better!!! Will stick with them and their rapid service - even on a Saturday 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
