This is very close to Gala cinema area. Very popular to students in Durham. We ordered half chicken and chicken wings salad. Turn out is quite okay. My impression is their chicken is dry, but not this time. You can place order and pay via QR code. During busy hour had wait for more than 30 mins. Better skip the peak hour.

Very efficient staff. When I couldn't decide which salad to get with my mains, the lovely lady at the till gave me a little sample of 2 to help me decide! Now THATS hospitality!

This was an incredible experience I came here on my own before the cinema and the staff were very friendly and helpful food was very quick coming out and it tasted incredible would definitely recommend and would go again

Well after ordering my food and specifically ordered at the till and told the manager with the pigtails I was gluten intolerant. She proceeded to cook my meal herself for intolerance purposes. Our food came and mine had a stick in it with intolerant in. Just as I began to tuck into my chicken she came and said sorry there’s been a mixup. She took my food away. I watched her and she took it straight to the kitchen and took my stick out and placed it into another lump of already cooked chicken. When she came back I felt the kitchen staff constantly looking at me. I no 💯 this was not cooked separately to others. My chips also were exactly the same as my wife’s.
