Lovely pub. Staff are very helpful and friendly and a truly wonderful atmosphere here. Excellent food and very reasonably priced with a varied menu. The pub is dog friendly and definitely one of our firm favourites in the area! Very popular pub and it is not hard to see why.

We were due to visit the restaurant on Saturday night but unfortunately had to cancel due to Coronavirus. However, arranged to have a takeaway from the restaurant at home. The food arrived at home piping hot an tasted delicious. We should all try to support our local businesses when we can. A big thank you to all the staff at Giuseppe’s and we wish you well during this difficult time.

First visit and had a very nice meal. Staff were fiendly, efficient and helpful. Had a tasty Calypso!!! Will return when next on Mersea.

I went with my girlfriend to this when I visited Shoreham recently and I loved it. We ordered bread battered chicken, chips and a margarita pizza to share. The restaurant has a stone bake oven and the pizza was amazing. Definitely the best Pizza in Shoreham in my eyes. The chips were delicious with proper sea salt put on in perfect amounts and the chicken was wonderfully battered and succulent. Great quality food and a really friendly atmosphere. It's a shame it's not in a more central location like on East street nearby as it'd be a hit, I'm sure. Go visit, you'll love the food

These pizzas are amazing, and the garlic pizza bread is also great. The dips are good. I’m not kosher / jewish but have some friends that are. Was reluctant to go as being a kosher restaurant they dont have meat on pizza but also wanted to eat out with my kosher friend. I was very pleasantly surprised, much nicer than any of the other local pizza options. They also have great take away deals on Tuesday’s. Have been there once, and had take away once. The delivery was prompt and the pizza hot in cold weather. The restaurant service was friendly. Thoroughly recommend the chinese and spicy pizzas

I echo the sentiment of the other reviewers about how good the Wood Oven is. Friendly staff, a nice vibe and super food and drink. And flexible and responsive ! I telephoned literally just before closing time at 8pm on a Thursday night and secured a table without the hesitation that such late bookings can often engender and was then able to walk from my B&B accommodation next door at Wormald House to enjoy a delicious pizza and a couple of well earned beers after a long day’s hike along the Hadrians Walk Path. Much appreciated 👍👏 And a shout out for Jayne and Ian at Wormald House- super friendly, marvellous accommodation and good food. What more could you want !

Enjoyed the food. Service is nothing special, maybe because the waitresses are young. Paid the bill and because I was surprised by the amount, I kept the bill. Came home and realised a 12.5% ie £10.61 service charge was added. Unknowingly I also gave a £2 tip on top. Not happy, be warned of their service charge

I recently had my birthday meal here and Jordan and all the staff made us feel right at home with great service and food. Couldn’t ask for a better evening. Thank you for helping make it a special day

Hired the room upstairs, it was perfect the staff are absolutely amazing. They can't do enough for you and I got my deposit back which was a bonus definitely recommended xx
