Never any issues to be honest, food is made at a good time. I prefer picking up than delivery as it's quicker. Taste is fine, looks fine, I'm surprised by other reviews to be fair.
Order a double cheese burger, burger was cold and burnt when given to me, staff gave some rubbish excuses for not having any coslsew on a busy Friday not, please avoid! Food ended in a bin!
This place illegally charge a "service charge" of 50p if you pay by card. I called them out on this and they said "so you don't want the food then" . I had the pizza because I was starving and paid
So last night 31.9.23 we ordered a crocodile calzone and a few dips etc (they are extremely nice) after an hour the delivery driver rang us and told us he couldn't find our address so he was taking it
Spent a fair bit on a few pizzas on Uber eats never turned up and tried to ring the restaurants they didn’t care and put the phone down on us twice, rude management and poor service
I ordered the pizza from them they took my order at 10:20pm and they cancel my order at 10:45 and I’m still waiting for the delivery very unprofessional people never trust them back never recommend so
Please AVOID this place - I got severe food poisoning from this place, when we went to pick it up it looked like a dirty place with dirty people working there and the pizza wasn’t hot. Only came here
