Reluctantly gave this a second try after a disappointment when it reopened a few months ago, couldn't have been more pleased, such a difference today. BBQ chicken pizza and garlic margarita pizza absolutely delicious, really good quality and great value and a lovely chat with Jazz while we were waiting for our food to cook. Highly recommend and look forward to new menus in the near future đ

Wow, what a place. A varied range of cask and keg ales. Varied and all totally delicious. The pizzas are also phenomenal. Only thing that let's the place down is keeping the toilets managed and the bins emptied.

Nothing really stood out. The team were pleasant enough but didn't have any real charisma. The food was ok but didn't leave any lasting impression. The main dishes took around 45mins to be served which seemed too long in a quiet restaurant (only 5 table covers). Ironically it's the first time I've ever not had pizza (Brushcetta & Chicken Parmigiano) at 'Pizza express' and I wouldn't be doing that again. It's a pizza place that does nice pizza... nothing more, nothing less.

We had a 2 for 1 voucher. Food was nice. Service was slow especially for a quiet night. Table was only half cleared. Ended up having to go to the bar and ask to pay as no-one came back after they cleared half the plates. Nice food for the money. Would visit again.

absolutely awful! ordered a half hawian parmo but had to buy cans of pop to make the minimum spend of ÂŁ10 and when they handed it me they never asked what salad or sauce, just given what i got. when asking for garlic mayo i was treated with this dosent come with sauce. manager very rude and abrupt and the food was gross! chicken had grissle and fat throughout the parmo making it chewy and had to spit out several times before putting it in the bin, only passable part of the meal was the salad and the chips. if looking for a chicken parmo giannis is much nicer and with sauce!

I had a really mediocre meat feast pizza which for ÂŁ9.20 was about as good as a frozen pizza from Tesco, etc. I don't understand how pizza can be so bland but as far as takeaways go, this one is one I'd advise avoiding! Very bland tomato sauce, flavourless thin layer of cheese, and NOT ENOUGH toppings! My mates also agreed the pizza wasn't amazing. Rubbish, go elsewhere.
