Will never use again, just placed an order for 2 items for £25. One of the items was a calzone and we unclicked the option for no cheese. It arrived covered in cheese and when I called them they told me there is nothing they can do about it. Daylight robbery and disgusting service and will never use again !!

Awful experience, every time we order they forget something despite having paid for it. When I pointed it out to them on the most recent absence of ordered items I was accused of trying to obtain a free meal - happy to state that I have had one meal reimbursed by them previously and this was only because string was in my pizza which had me choking and the manager admitted responsibility and said it was string from the pizza dough bag. Was dealt with this evening by a very curt and rude girl on the telephone. It’s a real shame because when you get the food you order it is good which is why we’ve continued to try them regularly but the customer service is really dismissive and rude despite the error being theirs.

The vegetable burger was lovely but a lot missing from it according to the menu, only 1 hashbrown no tomatoe no gherkins and no mayonnaise 🥹with those items added it would have been amazing

Yet again another great takeaway, the last three have been outstanding, great ingredients, tasty, good customer service and good delivery service. It may sound strange, but so many other places find it had to deliver consistantey great quality food. Well done guys keep up the great work.

Food was lush! I had Sav Special so fresh. Loads of crunchy salad and griddled veg. Chicken perfect! We are so picky with take aways but this was amazing

Had a pizza and kebab. Was so good. Lucy, the young lady serving us was really helpful. We'll be back :)

Yet again let down by customer service. Saturday night - 4 chefs in. No proper person to take orders - chefs doing it - poor. Ordered a calzone - just didn’t write it down . Chips without chip spice Burger- what sauce - never been asked - menu says Mayo!!! No repeat of order and how much it will cost . Paid over phone so no details of cost. Ordered turned up at door - over charged me by about 5 pounds odd so delivery guy got cash to give me as messed up. Just burger and no calzone - chips still had chips spice on it - I give up - 3rd time in a row this has happened. Ruined my wife’s experience again - she doesn’t like chip spice !!!! When someone asks for no chip spice - hint - don’t put it on Been using Fourways for years - won’t be going back. No real apologises after phone call - my wife had a nice burger - that’s it

Made a phone order, after waiting over an hour for delivery rang back to see how much longer, only to be told they had no order, however, money had gone from our account! Now awaiting delivery and will review food when it has arrived. Actually the food was really good when it did arrive, they just need to sort out ordering over the phone!

Used these a few times and slowly getting worse, Sal the the owner/manger really needs to learn how to speak to customers, after my order was messed up it was apparently my fault somehow for wanting what I had ordered, tried speaking to him all he wanted to do was shout at the customer, just came accross as a right muppet who doesn't no what he is doing. Will be using some of the other local takeaway services now as they have manors and can get an order right.

Just ordered £30 worth of food for two families, the order was collected and was wrong, not the first time this has happened, called to politely let them know and was greeted with a full attitude from a young female who wouldn’t listen! Great customer service, two house holds that order weekly will no longer return... plenty of other establishments to eat at..

Tried this as a last minute treat, ordered online via their website very simple to use. Food came well within the 50 minute time frame, was piping hot and delivered by a friendly polite guy. The food was delicious chicken was nice and moist, the salad was fresh and crispy and the fries where cooked to perfection with no greasy after taste. Can't recommend this place enough if you want top quality takeaway with plenty of options on the menu.

Well I am still in the UK as I can't get back to Thailand were my lovely wife is. So its another amazing meal in the best eatery I have ever been to outside Thailand, and it's here in Brough. Tonight I had a bit of a change, I had 2 pieces of chicken and fries, and as always, it tasted amazing. But for the first time I also had Spicy Tomato Bread with Jalapenos and Onion...wow wow so so tasty....and hot (I was hungry tonight). The girl on reception I have to mention as she was lovely, very polite and happy (not false like a lot of places you go to when they give you a false smile) so thank you to her. I know I always say it but this place is the best.....not only in Brough, but outside of Thailand.

We ordered pizza and chips during the covid 19 crisis, they were quick and professional and took precautions. The food was amazing too! We work for the NHS and got 20% off too! Would go back 100%

I feel a bit guilty as this is my 3rd review about this new takeaway and I can assure you I am just a customer like everyone else. But as I use TripAdvisor personally before I eat anywhere, I can’t help but praising this place. I am currently back in UK taking care of my parents and my Father especially is very old world and doesn’t particularly like takeaways but he loves this place, he has 2 pieces of chicken and Chips every time. My Mother has Hawaiian Pizza and I have to say (I pinched a slice) it’s the best pizza I’ve ever eaten, and to make that statement as I’ve eaten many a pizza, means something. My 4 pieces of chicken and chips was again excellent, and I gave to agree with someone else’s write up, the food is consistently excellent as we’ve been ordering here now about 12 times. I just hope others spread the good word as there are many takeaways in Brough and I’ve used them all but this one is the best bar far.

Really good takeaway, food is excellent especially the chicken, the wraps and pizza are my favourite. One of the best take aways in the area, good selection of food and good offers for parties or family meals.
