Chicago Pizza Takeaway in Sheffield

VERY RUDE STAFF, OVER 20 MINUTE LATE DELIVERY HENCE COLD FOOD and DRY CHICKEN, I had ordered 2 chicken shish kebabs, cheesy chips and onion rings. I called the shop immediately and raised my issues, only for the first member of staff telling me they gave me 3 pieces of chicken instead of 2 DUE TO THE DRY CHICKEN... once he listened and realised I wasn't talking about southern fried chicken he passed the phone over, only for the next member of staff telling me that he'd offer me a can of pepsi as refund....I told them the food wasn't fit for consumption he just kept going on about a can of pepsi... no apologies....at all. Then said he would ask Just eat to give a partial refund. Then put the phone down VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

After waiting 2hours and repeated calls,our chicken and chips arrived. No southern fried coating and crossled. I rang up twice to be told on its way,i live 5mins away,it arrived after another 35mins. Never ever again.

Mi favorito es el de Chicago del vientre buster burger. Es una carne de hamburguesa de pollo, hamburguesas y aros de cebolla y ensalada. Todo en un breadcake Es delicioso y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

El sabor estaba bien, nada especial. Difícil comer como el queso está en la parte superior cubre todo. Yo era el único cliente, sin embargo, tuve que esperar 30 minutos para una pizza pequeña. Y la tarta de queso que me dieron era completamente congelada. Quería una tarta que no puedo comer ahora esperando desempañador. Ridículo. . . .

I have been using Chicago for some time and I have moved out the area and still travel to fetch my orders hands down the best on my opinion and I class myself as someone who knows good food. Sometimes a tad expensive.

Once again excellent service food an lovely delivery driver must say the garlic bread supreme was at its best very very nice .....all thought as Iv eaten here for years an I detect that the garlic sausage has change to a cheap alternative but that could be the supplier at fault who knows ?? Hope it goes back to the same soon as I really enjoy it .....keep up the good work an hopefully see u again soon 👍🏻

Small order of 2 pizzas wasn't ready at the collection time. Should have received a free garlic bread and when I asked about it said its only given if requested when the order is placed! Not sure how you would know to ask for the free garlic bread when ordering online.

My food was not good because the lettuce on my burger was brown, it was dead. It got delivered pretty soon tho, and service was good because it got sorted and got my money back. Was probably a one off, but won't be coming back

Pizza came with no tomato sauce on so it was horrible i couldnt eat it not happy, theres no point in ringin shop to get it sorted id have to wait another half an hour for a fresh one we had already waited an hour for delivery chips and cheese had no taste, 20 quid down drain and im still hungry

never ever order your food from this establishment i have never seen such disgusting food in all my life. it would be much healthier eating scraps of flesh from an abattoir floor. food slung into a box with red sauce and shook up, no presentation, no salad and no care. signed many discruntled hungry NHS staff.
