Tuvimos una comida para niños, que era genial por £ 8 , sin embargo nosotros 3 adultos tuvimos una comida principal, un pan de ajo para compartir y 1 desierto, con un par de refrescos cada uno y la cuenta era de más de £ 100 . Definitivamente no relación calidad-precio, ya que hay un montón de restaurantes en el centro de entretenimiento que proporcionan mejor comida por mucho más barato. No volvería a visitar

Popped in for lunch today , the place was empty we even asked if the place was open ! We were 3 adults and a 2 yrs old. The children’s 3 course meal was an excellent price £8. 3 adults had a pasta main course only , 1 garlic pizza to share and 2 soft drinks each. Only 1 adult had a dessert the bill was £105 , thank goodness for my bluelight card which made the bill total £89. The food was average , the service ok , the soft drinks were only in small cans at a cost of £3.95 each , there was no atmosphere and the place was extremely dull no wonder it was empty, Would not eat here again at valley centretainment , I would choose @millerandcarter instead where there is a better lunch menu, , better quality food and atmosphere and better value for money.

food missing from my order. phoned restaurant to ask where my order was to be told sending another driver with my missing items. Waited over an hour since my delivery was ordered and still haven't recieved the rest of my items.

Came on a Saturday night when there was a game on at the Arena and they were rammed with only one table for six left free. It was obligingly and promptly turned into a two and a four for us. Staff were friendly and service was fast which was all the more impressive given how busy it was. And the pizza was one of the best I've had in a long time. I haven't been to Pizza Express in a while because it seemed like they had lost their mojo (and they took my favourite pizza off the menu, RIP Veneziana) but after this visit I consider it defintely back on my radar. Great job guys.

Came in for my birthday tea with my children and partner, lady named Charlotte was our server and she couldn't have been better, lovely person and was great and understanding with my children, ver attentive, food was lovely as always, came out hot, couldn't have asked for a better experience, will defo come again.

Food was amazing and so was the service, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Had a kids party. Thanks to Bella and the rest of the team for keeping everything moving with 12 kids and 5 adults!

We originally booked in to eat at TGI Fridays around the corner on Valentine’s Day. We had terrible service and ended up walking out. We called up Pizza express and they were able to get us a table last minute. Our waitress was lovely and kept checking back on us. Food and service was quick- thanks for saving the night.

Came in last week with my mates, food was incredible! We even ordered extra to take home with us as it was so tasty! The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The kitchen staff were busy but still made incredible food and was super speedy! The waitress kept the cocktails flowing, and recommended the best menu items. Definitely coming back 10/10

Brilliant meal, lovely friendly staff and atmosphere

Waited 25 min for a table and after was seated, was ignored for about 15min until I called the waitress that seated me asking her if I could order,her response was (I told you we were busy you don’t need to be rude about it). Told her that I’m a customer and she had no right to talk to me that way. Left the place immediately and never returning! Won’t be spending my money where it’s not appreciated.

Mi mamá y yo asistíamos a un concierto infantil en el Arena con más de 4.000 niños que venían de todo Yorkshire y Midlands sabíamos que estaría ocupado también era el día de San Valentín. Habíamos conducido desde Nottingham. Teníamos una mesa reservada para 5. 30 pm pero llegaron temprano y nos sentaron inmediatamente. El personal era increíble que tuvimos bebidas en cuestión de minutos y nuestras pizzas, que eran perfectas con deliciosas cortezas delgadas en menos de 10 minutos. Tenemos una taza de café caliente para el desierto. El personal era atento y eficiente. No nos apresuramos en absoluto. Muy recomendable.

Fuimos a cenar ayer por la noche en Pizza Express y estaba muy decepcionado. Era el quinto cumpleaños de mi hija y ella había pedido específicamente ir a Pizza express para su comida de cumpleaños, ya que le encanta su pasta simple. Hemos ido a Pizza express 5-6 veces en el último año y mi hija siempre pide pasta simple con queso y siempre han hecho esto para ella (ella no es una fan de la salsa en pasta) – y esta fue la razón exacta por la que había pedido ir a pizza express en su cumpleaños. Ayer por la noche dijeron que no podían hacer su “pasta lisa”, ella tenía que tenerla con salsa, incluso cuando pudieron ver que mi hija de 5 años estaba molesta se negaron a hacerle un poco de pasta lisa – extremadamente decepcionados y no volverán de nuevo por esta razón específica solo, pero hay más... Además de lo anterior, procedieron a quemar 1 de nuestras pizzas de fiestas no una, sino dos veces (debe haber sido realmente quemada porque en realidad ni siquiera la llevaron a la mesa) – a lo que les ofrecieron un entrante gratis en lugar de su pizza, por lo que en lugar de tener una pizza con el resto del grupo, recibieron bolas de masa con queso al mismo tiempo que los helados de los niños. Cuando pedimos bebidas, solo trajeron la mitad de las bebidas que pedimos. Cuando perseguimos la otra mitad del pedido procedieron a traer las bebidas pero cuando recibimos nuestra factura nos habían cobrado dos veces, una por las bebidas que nunca llegaron y otra por las bebidas que perseguimos después. En general, estaba muy decepcionado con nuestra visita y no voy a volver con prisa.

I visited this place on Tuesday evening, and was greeted by the lovely Sophie (waitress). Ordered the Pollo pesto, food came out lovely and hot and was waiting no more than 20plus mins or so for it. When settling the bill, Sophie asked if we had the App, and explain what we could benefit from it for future visits and rewards packages that's available. Sophie was very Attentive, and smartly dressed as were all other staffs too. The place was warm and very welcoming and I will be visiting again along with the App I now have thanks to Sophie 😀. Keep up the good work 👏

Staff were very friendly and accommodated us at short notice on a busy lunchtime. Pizza was very nice.

Came to this pizza express with my boyfriend and the food was excellent! Great atmosphere inside the restaurant including a great set of staff who really went out their way to make our experience perfect. Our server Sophie was extremely attentive and lovely and helped us with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!!

We went before hockey, food took over an hour to come out, when it came there was a long dark hair under the cheese, there was a woman in the kitchen not wearing a hair net so not impressed. Was also out of several items such as cheesecake. Staff tried but the kitchen needs an extra oven as guessing service is always slow on days the arena is open? Go to meadowhall instead this is the worst Pizza Express I have been to!

Muy mala relación calidad-precio mantenerse alejado! Sobreprecio por la calidad de la comida. Pedimos lasaña que no estaba disponible. Pedimos pizza para niños con papas fritas, nos dijeron que no estaba disponible con papas fritas. Pidieron mayonesa, no hacen mayonesa. El nieto tomó brownies de chocolate y pidió helado. No proporcionan helados con brownies a menos que quieras pedirlo por separado por un extra de £ 2. 50 - lo que sea que pedimos era un problema y a £ 3. 25 por un refresco absolutamente extorsionado. Mala experiencia absolutamente no visitaría o recomendaría.

Took my daughters for a Christmas celebration meal yesterday. Lovey atmosphere and the service from Sophie was outstanding. She made us feel welcome. Thank you!

Came for lunch with my cousin today and the service and food was all 10/10. If I could give more stars I would. Sophie and Sarah were our waitress’, they were so lovely and followed all 8 steps of service and even helped us with the app. Thank you girlies

Pizza express centertainment is a great place for a family meal . Friendly staff especially Mia who was very polite, helpful and patient with us. Great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices. Will definitely be back

We had just over an hour to get food and it was almost completely empty. In the group we had a gluten free member and when we had finally ordered we waited over half an hour and then our food arrived less than 5 minutes before we had to leave so fortunately we got them in boxes. It took a ridiculous amount of time to cook 2 pizzas and a few sides and now we can't really enjoy our food even though it may be tasty.

Just a heads up before you order. These people are borderline useless and prepare everything BEFORE the driver gets there. That's why they are freezing cold on delivery. The pizza will be sat around nearly an hour before being sent. I wish I could use strong language to convey just how unacceptable the service here is.

Always our favourite Pizza Express location - the food is always perfect, the staff are friendly, chatty and great at what they do, and though it’s super quiet when not event days, the atmosphere is somehow always great. Can’t beat a Carbonara pizza (always on the secret “heritage” menu), garlic bread with cheese and boy, the white chocolate roulade is my favourite dessert ever! Always enjoy our visits :)

Firstly, If you have a Tesco voucher, DONT ORDER OFF THE FESTIVE MENU. For some reason you cant use vouchers on the festive menu, it doesnt say so on there and they dont ask about vouchers until you finished your meal and its to late to change. Also, the American Hot is litteraly made out of chilli. There is nothing but chilli on it. DO NOT GO THERE

Íbamos a un concierto en la arena, así que esto fue útil. La comida estaba bien, pero la camarera nos molestó después de 45 minutos para preguntar si queríamos algo más. Después de una hora volvió para preguntar si podía traer la factura. ¡No habíamos terminado nuestras bebidas! Nos dimos cuenta de que estaba ocupado, pero no apreciamos ser apresurado. Ambos nos sentimos muy incómodos y desagradables.

Nothing really stood out. The team were pleasant enough but didn't have any real charisma. The food was ok but didn't leave any lasting impression. The main dishes took around 45mins to be served which seemed too long in a quiet restaurant (only 5 table covers). Ironically it's the first time I've ever not had pizza (Brushcetta & Chicken Parmigiano) at 'Pizza express' and I wouldn't be doing that again. It's a pizza place that does nice pizza... nothing more, nothing less.

The food arrived cold. Pizzas were cold, so were the balls, and the sauce was all over them instead of being inside the plastic container.

I love the gluten free options on most of the pizzas, the gluten free dough balls are very tasty and this was the 1st time I tried the gluten free brownie, definitely no regrets. This venue seems much more relaxed thsn others I've been into and was great even though it was fairly busy.

Dined here prior to seeing a show at the arena. Greeted by Mia who showed me to my table and quickly brought me my requested drink. Food was excellent, service spot on with Mia being attentive and helpful.

Not worth the money toppings were sparse

Nice Sticky Pig pizza. A little overpriced, but enjoyed it. One of the toilets did not flush, but still allowing folk to use it, so wonder if they are regularly checked over. Overall good service, timely.

The area is good, the overall restaurant is beautiful and amazing and when we came there was a waiter straight away, she was very nice and other workers were very helpful. Everything was good except that the food took 45 minutes to take which was very annoying, but the nice waiter did deduct the drinks off of the receipt. Thanks for the kindness!

Amazing atmosphere from the minute we stepped in. I came with my friends for a late dinner and I can’t fault anything. Our waiters, Lucie and Sophie, were very friendly making sure we had everything we needed and kept our drinks topped up, as well as guiding us on how to use the app. Special mentions to the chefs Niki and Mia who were very smiley, the food was incredible!! ❤️ 10/10

If I could give more stars for service I would. All waitstaff were fantastic but I would like to personally thank Lucie and Evie for their excellent service today. Me and my family came for an early dinner and we could not be anymore pleased by the service these young girls gave. Lucie was very friendly and pleasant and Evie was really good at upskilling and was very good at keeping our drinks topped up. Food was really good, the dough on the pizzas we could not fault, possibly the best pizza we have eaten. Lovely atmosphere and full of friendly staff. The Chef Logan delivered great meals, compliments to him for lovely food. We will be back again for sure.

Evie was our waitress and we were exceptionally happy with her service. Right from the second we walked in she was attentive and welcoming as well as making sure all 8 steps of service were done. Polite and friendly young lady and hard working, she never stopped. Thank you Evie. Food was 10/10 and the restaurant was spotlessly clean, the young girls made sure no table was left unturned. Will for sure come back.

Lovely pizza mine was a bit too crispy and the glutonfree option was not brilliant the base was soggy. good place for a teenagers birthday and staff were good.

Dined in went for a celebration not my cup of tea the waiter was very good at his job sorry dont know his name he was only very polite fast service i gave 3 not my sort of food the waiter gets 5*for his hospitality

Was a good meal and nice staff, but some family kept ranting about makka pakka next to us and became really off putting. Especially when they mentioned for iggle piggle judging me ordering brownie. I like brownie. I do not like iggle piggle.

Here today and I’m at Pizza Express, Valley Centertainment. Pizzas are always good from Pizza Express, would recommend the Padana. Service was slow during my visit, there was only one server working tables and it took a while to get their attention, equally there was only one chef so food took longer than expected (~35 minutes). The server was, despite this, friendly and welcoming. Ample parking is a real treat too.

Driver stopped at petrol station for over ten minutes then when food got delivered it was cold and the secure tag was ripped open

Went in, got asked straight away am I okay and what I needed by a friendly member of staff. I said I had a collection and she took my name and within a minute I was exiting the store with the correct amount of food. It was tasty especially the chocolate fudge cake. It was unbelievable. Will definitely be getting a collection again soon.

Had a delicious lunch of lemon chicken starter and classic American pizza main. The staff were great. The restaurant was cool and comfortable. They have a good allergy menu online.

Pizza was fine but the garlic butter was off and even had nasty bits of whatever in it. All pots were off. Ordered extra for a £15 order of dough balls which are useless without dip.

Always something wrong with a Pizza Express or but sending out nasty rotten garlic butter is the last straw.

My daughter and I enjoy a pizza express. I had a birthday voucher for a free pizza. So lunch for 2 was under 11 pounds. Big fan

Servers very slow to take order and did not ask if we wanted a drink while looking at the menu. Manager brought us our food, very friendly and food was hot and delicious. Our server did not come over again to check everything was to our liking. They were slow to take our plates or offer further drinks or desserts, despite there being only 3 other tables occupied. The rainbow salad tasted 'off' - it had the taste and smell of out of date pre-prepared cut salad. I told the server but her answer was it was freshly prepared that morning, even though admitting the salad was pre-packed when questioned.. We were not offered a discount or an apology. Had we not been in a rush to make an appointment, I would have pressed this point.

Now we're talking. That was a fine pizza. Whoever made it please don't let them ever have a day off please. Almost perfect.

Take that concert so busy to say the least, this was our third restaurant we had tried it was so busy. Front of house was excellent, efficient, polite, sociable & in the face of a full restaurant & a queue she was very engaging. We literally only waited about 10 minutes for a table. Server was lovely & patient, again very engaging. Food was excellent & very timely. All in all a great experience. Will remember to book next time 😊

The poor staff... It was late Sunday evening, there hadn't been an event at the arena across the road, they must have been thinking 'we can crack on with the cleaning, no one else will be coming in now' And then in walks 7 of us. All starving after working all day at Ice Sheffield... They couldn't have been better. We were told that desserts were in short supply, but that was fine, and she (I wish I knew her name!) asked if it would be okay if any starters came out with mains as sides (and it absolutely was), and off they went. Food was pretty quick - though we were the only table in - and wonderful. She asked us if we minded if she got on with some cleaning... I can only speak for myself but having worked in the industry I felt awful that we had ruined their night! 😂 Great staff, great food. Will definitely visit again

Ordered 2 GF pizzas and dough balls. All tasted good but was really cold on arrival and had to go in the oven before it could be served. We dont live far from PE. Driver did apologise

Delivery always excellent and quick. No issues there. The actual issue is quality from order to order is all over the place. Last order from any Pizza Express anywhere for me now. 2 stores multiple orders in and probably only had 3 objectively good pizzas.

Not impressed by the customer service here at all! We turned up at 9pm (I know this is a late time to be dining in) but asked upon arrival if we are okay to dine in & they sounded more than happy to seat us. This was then followed by a meal that was served very fast and was very undercooked. My partner's pasta actually raw mushrooms and onions in it and the base of my pizza was completely flaccid. As soon as we had finished they couldn't take the plates off our table fast enough. We were asked if we wanted anything else, which we declined. They then immediately gave us the bill whilst we were still mid conversation, as if to be ushered out quickly. I paid the bill and the waitress had a real attitude when I only tipped £1, which Is £1 too much to be honest looking back now. Really frustrating because me and my partner rarely get to go out and wish we had chosen somewhere better than this to eat out. Spend your money more wisely and chose one of the other restaurants in the area much better customer service and food there.

Upon arrival, I informed the young waitress that I had coeliac and a dairy allergy and this appeared to be no problem. My friends had all signed up to the app and we were told everything would be 50%off if we signed up to this, so after much faffing due to poor wi-fi, we all managed that. My friends food came and looked delicious…..mine came and looked terrible. The “normal” pizzas were enormous, enough for two really, with lots of toppings. Mine was so under cooked I had to send it back. It was the size of a small plate and literally had next to nothing on it. I wish I’d taken a picture but didn’t think. It was basically terrible, tasted like cardboard smeared with ketchup. Unfortunately the people I was with, I don’t know that well and I didn’t want to make a fuss. The only option for dessert was sorbet and it was ok. Then came the bill. The waitress came to the table, spoke to my friends at the opposite end of the table and none of them said anything. We split the bill for what each had had and after I made a comment about how I thought nearly £30 was expensive. One of the others said “oh, didn’t you use the 50% off she mentioned”……errrr no. So basically I felt like I’d been mugged for what was essentially rubbish food….and that’s being polite! I asked the waitress if there was anything I could do, but was told as I’d paid through the app, no, I had to either contact Pizza Express directly or my bank. I have now sent two emails to Pizza Express and heard nothing. Other than being bombarded about offers as I had signed up to the app, I’ve had ZERO response about my complaint. So, I’ve taken to here….PLEASE do NOT go here if you’re wanting a lovely meal if you have allergies or any food intolerances. It was a poor experience at best. If I could have given zero I would but the app doesn’t let me. There is no way I will EVER eat at any other Pizza Express again. Great food, not. Great service, not (when I complained the manager couldn’t even be bothered to come out and talk to me him/herself) and great customer care…not! There are hundreds of other restaurants and I’ll gladly give them my money instead of this poor one.

We were visiting Sheffield for my friends daughters birthday treat and as Pizza Express is a favourite of ours my friend had decided to dine here. The restaurant is on a large leisure complex and there is parking available. We were welcomed and shown to our tables on arrival and had not booked. As my friends daughter had a paper pizza voucher and my friend was paying with Tesco Club Card reward vouchers having two tables was the easiest way to gain the benefits. This did cause some confusion as the terms of the voucher appeared a little ambiguous. To clarify this my friend asked a waitress who referred her to another lady and she was told that the voucher terms were one per table. A little more explanation may have helped so we could understand this but the lady seemed pretty occupied and busy. In the end we felt like we were being a nuisance. Anyway the Tuna Nicoise Salad was delicious and my friends daughter and her friend loved the pizzas. The service was quick and efficient and the food tasty.

Had a meal here on 8th December with 5 friends, food ok. Service ok at the time but following our visit we realised that we had been incorrectly charged for two puddings we hadn't had. My friend had tried to speak to someone over the phone but after several attempts and no answer, she was forced to leave a message. This message was not returned so as I was nearby I called into Pizza Express to speak to someone, I was told I wasn't able to receive a refund due to the payment being split by all 6 of us and that all of us would have to return for a refund. It isn't feasible to ask 6 people to return to a restaurant, especially considering this was the fault of the restaurant in the first place so I was offered the two puddings. No thanks, I would like my money back! As I wasn't happy with this I was told to leave my name and number and the manager would get back to me the following day, of course nobody has got back to me and it seems the number to ring just rings into the abyss because nobody wants to answer it, probably have a habit of overcharging people and then ignoring them. I have sent an email which also hasn't been responded to. Shocking customer service, make sure you check your receipts!

my food was absolutely freezing basically stone cold, which isn’t how food should be.

I did not receive 1 bottle of sprite and the garlic butter for the dough balls was not fastened properly resulting in a spillage of the butter and leaving us with dry dough balls. The food was covered in garlic butter. This meant that one of our staff members was without a drink and two had poor starters. This is a shame as otherwise the quality of the food was good. The website also said that if your order was over £25 then you would get free dough balls. These were not provided.

Pretty hit and miss with Pizza Express. Either objectively the best pizza you'll find locally, or the worst. Delivery is at least always quick.

Hadn't been to a Pizza Express in a long time and my expectations were taken sky-high, the food was impeccable, easily the best pizza I've had in years and the service staff tied it all together perfectly with their shining attitude, overall friendliness and were all incredibly polite. Can't wait to come back and eat here again!!

Went to celebrate my dad’s 80th and got ignored in favour of the group of about 30 who came in 20 minutes after our booked spot, but ALL got their food before us. Then the table at the side of us got their food (again, in long after us), at which point my dad asked how much longer it would be. We waited over an hour for it to arrive. Nobody checked if our food was ok (it wasn’t. It was burned in places and tepid.) or asked us if we wanted desserts or more drinks. We had to find someone to ask for the bill, paid and left. Sad that my dad wanted to go there for his Birthday because he’d enjoyed it so much on past visits. Won’t be bothering again.

First time at this branch & hadn't been to a Pizza Express for ages. Was rather impressed! Delicious pizza & staff were very welcoming & friendly.

The pizza was really bad guys. I have also called restaurant to let them know. It was all burnt around the edge, very sloppy.. Then there was a huge finger print in the middle of the pizza.!!!! Restaurant refused to send another and it was yea for me and my daughter we could not eat this I’m afraid it was shocking

Rubbish all round ordered margarita pizza that came with no cheese, pasta was that hard and crunchy couldn’t eat it if I wanted to, dirty glasses and then to notice the male staff who was taking every ones pizza out had dirty looking hair shoulder length all over the place molting like a dog all over his T-shirt stood over the pizzas flicking his hair out of his eyes we told the manager for her to seem not bothered what so ever her words was shoulder length hair doesn’t need to be tied up, ended up leaving and definitely won’t be returning.

Great food as always but fantastic service to go with it. Spilt a drink over one of our mains and the lovely waitress had helped us clean up and bought us a replacement in minutes.
