The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Plymouth South West

We had an excellent meal and were served by excellent staff. Very courteous and kind, with very good pizzas. Typical Pizza Hut menu and options.

The woman who works around lunch time and the chap who rides a motorbike are such an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ordered vegi supreme and 2 portions of chips. Domino's took our money and told us it would take 30 minutes. Received a call after 15 mins to say they didn't have the toppings for that pizza. (No onions, no tomatoes, no mushrooms and no garlic!) We agreed to alternative toppings. The pizza did not arrive for another hour and when it did it was cold, there was only one portion of chips which were also cold. My cousin rang Dominos and very politely expressed our disappointment with this service. She was greeted with a complete lack of concern or interest, no apology, no offer of a refund. We are frankly astonished that a company of such renown has provided substandard food, substandard service and clearly does not care about its customers. We would never recommend Domino's based on this experience and it is apparent from other reviews that we are not the first to receive such appalling food and service. We expected at the very least a partial refund.

Never again from this Domino’s. I was always ordering from them, but in the last few times was absolutely terrible.

I pre ordered a take away at 2.30pm on bew years eve for a 7.30pm delivery. I was ad used 15mins either way and it ended up arriving at 9.10pm and the order was wrong.

I visited this Pizza Hut to make an order during a very busy Saturday evening and the staff (Chris and another team member whose name I didn’t get but also wish to thank) were the most friendly and helpful I could have wished for. The pizzas were delicious, hot and cooked perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut for both the quality of food and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you!

they swapped the restaurant from mutley to st budeaux with no consultation. Order arrived at 21.00 ordered to be delivered at 20.30.

Ordered three pizzas for delivery, but pre-ordered earlier on in the day with our chosen delivery time for 7pm. 2/3 ordered pizzas came with the wrong toppings - no jalapeños, but instead red and green sweet peppers. Someone obviously doesn’t know the difference…which is extremely worrying. Called the store three times upon delivery, no answer. Emailed customer services to be told I didn’t try hard enough to contact the store and that there is nothing I can do as I did not return the pizzas as they were delivered. After three tries of calling and emailing customer service you’d think I’d have done enough to try and rectify THEIR mistake. Not sure if they expect you to walk 3 miles with your wrong pizzas to get them changed to the right order? But this company is beyond belief. Definitely the last time we will be ordering from them.
