The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Swale South East

Ordered pizza tonight, and was wondering where my pizza was after 40minutes. I thought they must be busy. They called to ask me where I was! I’d ordered collection rather than delivery, my mistake completely. The kind gentleman on the phone confirmed my address and delivered my pizza. Top pizza, top service. Thank you so much.

How can an order for 4 go that wrong ? I ordered 3 bugerers 2 chips and 1 pizza on the APP . My friend got the drinks from the till so we could get them faster. We came to watch friends in a lovely band Trio Mannor Manouche. Then EVERYTHING went wrong. We were brought 5 dishes we had NOT ordered. HOW can you do this. After over 1 1/2 hour i finally got the burger i chose. But by then i had eaten 1/2 the pizza that was just left on our table. My friends chosen pizza was still not there. One of the staff came and ACCUSED me of ordering the missing pizza later !!!! I was able to show him it was part of the initial order. It did eventually arrive. BUT NO APOLOGY ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I had a small chicken shish kebab, it was soo tasty and succulent, fresh salad and soggy pitta. 10/10

food arrived well within time. tasted delicious and still hot. lots to choose from and good value

Awful. Sell a lot of chicken items but asked for chicken nuggets and pieces of fried chicken but neither were cooked / ready and said would be at least 10 minutes. Was a busy evening and could not believe they didn’t have core items ready. Others were still waiting for pieces of chicken and were not happy! Ordered chicken strips and we too spicy to feed to my children.

i have placed an order today and it came on time and was very warm when arrived by the driver and it was delicious and very good toppings in it which i was choosen 👍 Hope i will order it again Thanks

just poor. soggy poorly made mess , not the pizzas i ordered in fact the stuff delivered is unidentifiable as to what i ordered . An abomination and mess. , Simply avoid they charge a premium and deliver shocking and disgusting insults.

Food is all stone cold and chicken inedible. Terrible experience :(

useless I called him trying to tell him where it is he didn't speak English very rude and impulsive I went out of my way to help them and they were giving me attitude not good do not recomend

It is absolutely useless to do app we tried 7xs times by the time we got otp we lost the order so we had to order elsewhere

Avoid. This Macknades open air outlet is a disgrace to a fine company. No indication on the menu that the baguettes were sourdough, and the bread was as tough as old boots - unchewable, and uncuttable with the wooden knives provided. Fillings were mean, and the ham no better than a supermarket’s. When we complained, our server offered to get them remade using pizza dough, which l hate, so we refused and asked for a refund. At first, offered a 50% refund “as we had eaten the filling” (in fact, the only edible component). It took a great deal of assertiveness, tenacity, and appeals to the manager that we eventually got a full refund. A really badly trained staff member. This experience is no reflection on the quality of the company’s great produce in general.
