The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Mid Sussex South East

We’ve had plenty of take aways but this was our first visit to their restaurant. Beautifully decorated, cosy seating areas, super friendly staff and a great happy vibe. Great wine menu, nice to try something new for a change. Our pizza’s were superb, great flavours, really fresh ingredients and they were so good that we cleared our plates. So lucky to have this restaurant within walking distance of where we live. Coming back very soon.

Amy & Richard catered our daughter's 18th Birthday party in Oxfordshire. They were absolutely brilliant and the pizza's were delicious. Thoroughly recommend The Pizza Post.

Cold food which took an hour to get here, won't use them again despite using them in the past, have got worse as time has pasted

Ordered our food at 5.20pm and we are still waiting at 6.47pm. We’ve rung over seven times to chase the order and are either hung up on or they pick up the phone and put it in the side without answering. I’m absolutely disgusted at the customer service from the East Grinstead branch. Staff this evening have really let the brand down.

i ordered a half roast chicken and a buffalo chicken burger witch was dry and hard and chips were like cardboard my sister had a shish kebab with only 5 bits of meat and took nearly 2 hours to arrive never again

Ordered through website, got to the cutting and checking stage on tracker then nothing. Tried calling the shop 5 times and no answer, got a message saying that my pizza order was coming through Uber and then the next message to say my order had been cancelled. At this point it was 45 mins after my order had been placed, I drove to the shop just to be met with hostility, staff said the order was with the driver at my home and they tried to gaslight me into thinking this was all my fault, even tried to say they didn’t answer the phone because it was busy and the phones were ringing constantly (not once did a phone ring whilst there). No apology from anyone other than the driver who said to not eat the food as it was cold and had been sat around for 40 mins. Disgusting service, inedible food, wrong drink given, terrible service.

No issue, you know what your getting. Could be cheaper but it is what it is. Im happy to use and would recommend if you got spare money
