I’ve only been there for food, but their American biscuit sandwich is just soooo gooood.

We popped into Pizza Hut Manchester at 8:30 PM, ready for some cheesy goodness, but apparently, we were also ordering a side of sass. One of the staff casually let us know, “If you dine in, it’ll cost you more,” like it was some top-secret warning. Honestly, it felt more like we were entering an exclusive club. No hard feelings, though—the pizza was good! Just a heads-up for future diners: come for the food, stay for the unique customer service experience.

Missing a complete meal!! And sent one gravy and one coleslaw when order ring carvery!! Not worth the wait as the food was cold and not up to a decent standard

Service was great. We were well taken care of. Came for a quick lunch while walking around Manchester. It was quick food, and they were out of several of our first options, but the food we got was tasty.

Pizza dough extremely tough and overall very oily. Very limited options too!

On the lower floor of the hotel so we went in as just back from the football and didn't want to go wandering about looking for anything else. Good choice of menu with decent portion sizes and very well priced and an actual chilled bottle of beer.

Imagine having 4 children under the age of 4 one who isn’t able to walk and because I live in a flat they can not enter the property due their policies. They told me that if I was disabled and lived in a flat they would not deliver my food. From such a big company how disgusting
