Bro, when i tell u it was like i was eating cardboard infused pizza, it was horrific. Its a shame, the service on the other hand was ok they did not ask if i wanted any toppings on my pizza, asked for chicken and they gave me chicken and onions.

Never again, do not trust this place they said they had delivered but I was stood outside for 30 minutes no cars arrived. Then they turn up in a car with smashed windows and with a passenger smoking. I then had s**ts from the food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Typical spoons pub, good selections of both food (we had snacks before dinner and breakfast (not at same occasion!) and drinks (best real ales as usual!) at amazing prices and busy atmosphere guaranteed!

We usually come here for food when visiting L1 however this'll be our last visit. It started when I ordered a large peroni (over £7) and was given a dirty glass to go with it. When I asked for a replacement glass, I waited for 5minutes before reminding the blonde waitress before she snapped at me that she's "on it". Only to come back with yet another dirty glass. I gave up after this point, and just poured my beer into one of the small water glasses. Our starters came soon after which were nice but they then appeared to forget about our mains as we sat around waiting for over 30mins after we finished our starters. Baring in mind this was Tuesday at 3pm, there were about 4 other tables. We then asked another waiter when the food would be ready, and we could see him talking to the waitress and then kitchen staff who we watched shake her head in frustration. The blonde waitress came back to our table and said the food would be ready soon, and the other waiter adjusted our bill to take 25% off which was nice of him. However, at this point we just elected to have the mains and go even though the kids got free ice cream with their food. It was all just too awkward, too unprofessional and the kids were bored and angsty. Won't be returning.

We have never had a bad takeaway. The staff are so friendly, their pizzas are amazing... what's not to like!

Horrid!!! My daughter and I thought we would join in & have fun on this Black & White theme, Pizza Express were promoting. How disappointed was I at the standard of service & the quality of food provided. Worst Restaurant experience I’ve have and that’s saying something, given that it was free!
