Just wanted to say that your deliveroo drivers are disgusting! A man ended up blocking a Lichfield X65 bus and shouting abuse whilst i was on the bus!! Drivers Plate is M99 RNT, disgusted in their behaviour to bus drivers!!

Nice place but the orders were totally messed up. I have an allergy and was given cheese, my pal is vegetarian but was given meat in their calzone. Staff were super apologetic but we then had to wait AGES for our food to come. People around us were actually making jokes and feeling sorry for us. The staff knocked some off the bill but we were past hungry by the time the food came and it didn’t really help. Maybe (unlikely) will try again, but if so will be vigilant about what arrives.

Ordered online to collect, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and majority of the pepperoni was burnt black and the rest of the pepperoni tasted off. My partner got a margarita pizza and said it didn’t taste very nice either. We also got a cookie dough that wasn’t cooked properly and basically fell apart… overall will not be coming here again

I am usually a fan of Pizz Express food but I recently found the contents of the calzone I ate at the central Croydon restaurant to be miniscule, luke-warm and watery. An unpleasant experience!

The pizza and Halloumi bites were delicious + the Madagascan Vanilla Cheesecake was one of the best I’ve tasted! 🤤 Thank you for great customer service, highly recommend this place x

Quick service. Food was hot , restaurant and toilet facilities where lovely and clean.

It's not a wetherspoons any more, so the prices have gone up.

Ordered a delivery through deliveroo, correct pizzas on the receipt however wrong pizzas delivered. Tried repeatedly calling the restaurant over 30mins, and left a message for a call back however no response and no callback. I hate pepperoni pizza and got stuck with 2 of them.

Unfortunately, same experience as many others. Food is good but service is poor. Took 30 minutes for a brownie (which didn't actually appear) as part of the Piccolo menu. Staff didn't really care when I asked for the bill as I couldn't make my son wait any longer. In fact, they didn't even apologise, which is even worse. Wouldn't recommend it unless you have more than a couple of hours to spare...

Was served by a lovely lady, however the other man working was very rude..I watched him serve a mother and child, he did not ask what drink she wanted and gave them orange juice. The mother expressed polite concern about how he didn’t ask what they wanted and that her child is allergic to oranges to which he shrugged his shoulders and pulled a face. As someone with an allergy myself, this was nice to watch at all, don’t recommend.

So far Sandhurst Yorktown was the best of PJ’s! Pizza is always fresh and super hot. Not even once we were disappointed. These people are making customers to fall in love with pizza and Pappa Johns. Ps. If you ever come to Leicester, never order from Birstall store. Terrible pizza. Ordered from there twice. Pizza was cold and dry, like it was 3 days old. Sandhurst store #onelove!!
