Pizza Deck in Cookstown

Wednesday 27th December. Order was placed and waiting over 1hr. Other people have been waiting 1½hrs. I asked could i cancel my order if the pizza wasn't in the oven the staff went to the kitchen and never came back out an i waited a further 10mins and left. 1hr 10mins wasted!!! The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. It's clear that the staff have no respect for their customers' time and have no problem leaving them hanging for an hour with no update or apology. I cannot believe the sheer audacity of this establishment to treat their paying customers so poorly. Absolutely disgraceful. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Great last minute find for family dinner out. Food is exactly what you would expect from a pizza style diner. Excellent value for money. Good sized portions and happy children. Good service and not too long a wait despite a busy takeaway trade from the kitchen. Friendly staff

Visited on a very busy night after Christmas, with not a lot of food establishments open in Cookstown. The welcome was warm, even though the restaurant was very busy with both sit-in and takeaway orders. We had two pizzas and a burger, all of which were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the bill, which was very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. Would be very happy to pay a return visit.

Very quiet night and only ones sitting in. Excellent food, great value and wonderful service. Definitely one of the best pizzas we have had, very tasty and plenty of choice.

Sat in for a family meal. Whilst the food was fine, the customer service can only be described as appalling. It was so bad it actually became funny as we observed her in action. She either owns the premises and wants to liquidate the business or she hates the owner and wants to do it for them it was that bad. Either way take note.

We took our family her to eat and it was beautiful. My children really enjoyed their pizzas as did we. The food was first class and value for money we will be back soon.

Food was lovely, great selection for everyone. Garlic chips were gorgeous. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Extremely child friendly. Would recommend a visit to anyone.

Ordered a 9” and only 3” in the middle had toppings and sauce on it. Actually appalling, there’s not a lot more I can say

Nos quedamos sin sitio donde ir a cenar porque era tarde y este sitio aún estaba abierto. Pedimos pizzas de distintos tipos y todas estaban bastante bien, buena masa. Tienen 4 tamaños diferentes. Sitio barato

Pizza Deck have significantly improved the quality of their pizzas/food and service in recent times. In my opinion they are now the best pizza parlour in Cookstown. The pizzas are fantastic, lovely soft dough with plenty of toppings. I always find that other pizza joints have bases that resemble cardboard and put as little toppings on as they can get away with. I've eaten here a lot recently and the standard is great and consistent. The dips are great too, particularly the garlic mayo which is superb. They also serve alcohol which is a big plus imo as I like to enjoy a beer/cider with my meal. Id whole heartedly recommend Pizza Deck to anyone if they enjoy great quality, reasonably priced food.

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time, cooked to perfection and the sauces are top class. The service is great, very friendly and happy to help with anything.

As the title suggests. Value for money is second to none. The pizzas are delicious, well topped and full, bringing home made into the shop front. The staff are lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable. There's even a spot for small kids to play in. Will be back soon!

Took my girlfriend out for a wee date. couldn't have picked a better spot. staff were friendly and very helpful. really nice decor on the inside. the food was nothing short of amazing. best pizza I have had in a long long time. was chatting to the manager, big guy covered in tattoos. such a sound guy. already planning our next trip here. thanks guys

I ordered a "gourmet" burger from there, due to arrive as delivery, was 1hr 40mins late, was overcharged £4..ate half as I was famished. I was violently ill for days after. The manager (John Edward Duncan [-]) offered a refund but refused to send it to me. I explained as im so busy I can't lift it. He was rude and abrupt and actually quite aggressive in the way he dealt with me, would recommend that everyone avoids this place. The Staff have absolutely horrendous people skills, horrible food.

If you fancy a pizza then this is the place to go to in Cookstown!pizzas are excellent,portions are huge and prices are very fair!also being able to sit and takeaway is good options 2!

went with the family for dinner, staff were excellent with large booths to sit in so plenty of room to enjoy unlike some other restaurants in the town that are quite cramped, tried one of the burgers and it was brilliant really tasty and big!!! very reasonably priced and a nice little kids play area so everyone had a good time.

Really good and fast food. Service is good and prices are fantastic. Great for a group of friends, birthdays or anything really.

Fuimos por pizza y patatas fritas aquí para el té y la comida era buena pero para pizza, no en la liga de Villa Vinci. . Además el chapuzón. chili dulce como ajo era más chapuzón. Las patatas fritas eran muy bien también, pero más cerca de francés para MCDONALD'S patatas fritas estilo que recién cortada de una freidora, más gruesos.

Great selection and pizzas available in various sizes for the hungrier in your party. Definitely worth popping in next time we're in Cookstown. Couldn't believe the price for two pizzas and drinks - came to less than £20!

Este lugar tiene buenas pizzas y tiene un área de juegos para niños, el cual mantiene los más pequeños entretenidos mientras espera por su pizza. Si tienes niños de menos de 8 y quieres salir y no comer comida rápida, este es el lugar para ir.

Pedí un tome comida lejos de aquí esta noche y estaba muy decepcionado cuando llegué a casa. El tocino en las cuñas estaba prácticamente cruda, hacía frío y blanco!!! El queso ni siquiera se evapora y las cuñas eran apenas tibia. En cuanto a la pizza que sé lo pedí picante pero fue envenenado con especias y prácticamente no es bueno en todo!!! Estoy muy decepcionado ya que comer desde aquí a menudo y normalmente sólo tienen un problema con el tiempo de entrega, no con la calidad de la comida, pero esta noche fue prácticamente incomible y fuimos directamente a la papelera!!! No volveré.

Se quemó bases con coberturas secas, por desgracia, sólo descubrir este cuando llegue a casa, a 7 km de distancia :( llamó para hacerles saber pero no estaban interesados. Los nuevos propietarios no parecen estar teniendo muy en serio.

I love pizza deck. Been a few times and always had a great experience. People writing a "terrible" review based on one mistake is a tad premature. I've experienced a lot of poor nights at great places, doesn't make that establishment poor. People are only human at the end of the day. I'll continue to go to pizza deck as often as possible.

If a delivery is going to be more than 30 minutes the staff should inform the customer, but 1hour 30minutes later we still hadn't received our delivery! Rang them and told them to cancel. Going by the reviews, it's a common thing, get it sorted, will never be back, waste of time, putting it mildly...

took my family to pizzadeck and don't understand the bad reveiws. Food was delicious and the restaurant was so family friendly with the play area and large comfy booths which meant we had lots of room to enjoy the extra large pizzas!! would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely abysmal! The worst restaurant/takeaway in cookstown! Ordered collection a small order, upon collection i was greeted by 3 sniggering teenage girls who could run an egg and spoon race never mind a kitchen. Shouting and cursing at each other including the chef who also looked incapable! As i said my name the girl behind the counter had no recollection of my order and had to ask a other member of staff who reply was "i took the order, itll be a while yet" in the worst tone/mannerism iv ever seen!! Will not be back!!! Kids running a restaurant absolute joke!!! Went down hill quicker than jack and jill!!!!!

For my kids birthday party I wanted to avoid the usual fast food chains and decided on Pizzadeck Cookstown. I was met by very friendly staff and although we had 25+ people attending the food, service and ambience was exemplary.Would highly recommend for all ages.

First and last time getting a pizza out of here for the family, had ordered two chicken and ham pizzas for the kids, pizzas where greasy, waste of money!!

First time we decided to try pizza deck. Placed an order for delivery one night at 7.15, asked how long roughly it would be and was informed by the staff member that she didn't know. Then asked how much it would be where upon I got a sigh. Was I being an inconvenience? I don't know.Anyway, we waited until 8.30 and there was no sign of the delivery. Rang a second time and was told it would be 20 mins. So waited 20 mins and still nothing. Rang a third time, asked for manager, got a pitiful attempt at an apology and then informed that our order had just been placed in the oven. I'm sorry but this was unacceptable! Will not be visiting or otherwise from pizza deck again.

We hadn't eaten at pizza deck before and my daughter wanted to go for her birthday tea so we headed in with family for our tea. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We ordered a selection of different pizza and side orders and shared them round the table. Everything was good and we finished it off with a morellis ice cream each which they have in the restaurant. Very happy with our meal and the staff were friendly and helpful.
