beautiful restaurant! the food is amazing & really stands out to other restaurants with the experience you get when dining here. all the staff are so friendly & helpful. on this visit it was for a friends birthday & Amy served us. she really made our visit here one to remember, as she took the time to go through the menu, make brillant recommendations & always making sure we were happy & had everything we needed. nothing was too big of an ask. i would definetly recommend this place to friends & family & i shall return again!

Excellent flat white, very smooth yet strong and a bit bitter. However, coffee is very pricy, +0.50 for alternative milk (4.70 for an oat flat white to have in which is way too much) and the interior is shabby.

Very good tapas place, definitely recommended, cozy environment and some of the best croquetas i ever had. Just was not a huge fan of the salsichon, it was alright but I would say you can get something better on the menu for that price.

Meal before the show was an easy option. Menu didn’t hit a cord but limited time so we stayed. Choose a couple of ‘tapas’ plates - Jamon Serrano which was actually packet Parma ham and 3 grilled prawns plus some some bread. All disappointing. Our drinks were given foc as they arrived after we finished eating . Plenty of staff but felt inexperienced and slow.

I was raving to the owner about the mac &, cheese, it was so delicious😋 it's so cheesy, soft and creamy! The festival is lovely too, it's not too sweet, it's just right and has a great blend of nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar! Their jerk chicken and peppered steak are both full of flavour, it's well cooked and juicy, you can't go wrong!! 10/10 customer service and food, they make you feel right at home🥂

I got the Bandeja Paisa, (typical Colombian dish with red kidney beans, rice, plantain, cornbread, and egg served with steak, pork belly, colombian chorizo and salad). I had this a few weeks ago and I’m still thinking about how good this meal was and how much I want to go back. The portions are huge and I didn’t know I could stomach all that food but I sure did, I was pregnant with a food baby and could barely walk after but it was worth it because it was just TOO GOOD. The best colombian food I’ve ever had honestly. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the chorizo, it had a weird taste that I didn’t enjoy, everything else was DIVINE, even the salad was 🔥. The resturant decor literally feels like I’m in South America, the music, the vibe, the service, the diners, and especially the food, all excellent!! I want to bring my family here because I know they’ll love it. I highly recommend the meal I had if it’s your first time here, It is sooooo delicious! You will not be disappointed, the meal goes down well with a cold can of coke. Thank you Donde Carlos, see you soon!

We do not recommend. Rude customer service and food was not great.

Came in for a takeaway order, was £35 for the two of us to share which was fine as we wanted to try a few dishes, however when we took the order home, which is less than a two minute walk away, only 2 dishes were hot the rest where stone cold from the fridge/freezer, the fish curry was almost frozen fish, Not much point in a takeaway if you have to cook it yourself for that price. Flavour was nice but overall wouldn’t revisit

Lunch on Saturday with tip top service and amazing food and wine. Particularly loved the grilled sweetbread and the squab pigeon. A very relaxed vibe for a 2 Michelin star restaurant. No set chef's menu or wine flight extravaganza here. My only criticism was the noise level was on the high side, no due to the absence of sound reducing carpeting & curtains. Highly recommended and excellent value for a 2 star establishment.

This restaurant was a short walk from my hotel and was happy to find it. We were greeted by friendly staff at the door, and they provided great service for our entire experience. The food was excellent, too. If you're nearby, don't hesitate to give them a try.

Grrrreat value combo deal, my 2nd visit. Damn tasty beef soup, yummy crispy pork belly, sides, a can of soda, £12. Extra fresh OJ not cheap at £4 but great quality . Friendly casual service, feels like a family owned place that takes pride in its product. I'll be back for more !
