My partner and I just had some food there and it was amazing. The quality of the food is really good and the price as well. The lady there is the most lovely person ever! Bless her. I came from Spain for a quick trip but I'll definitely come back next time I come to London.

Great service real authentic Caribbean food served with love. Everything was so good from the peanut punch to the chicken,rice & peas. Highly recommend if you love food like me.

Called in for a sit down meal. The lady running the restaurant was lovely and chatty, service was unrushed and chilled which is fine with me. The food was lovely when it arrived. I had oxtail, cooked perfectly. My hubby and daughter had chicken curry which they thoroughly enjoyed. I never knew you could eat so cheap in London!! £28 for 3 meals with soft drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Me alegro de haber tenido la oportunidad de comer en Reggies caribbean Cuisine, el diseño encantador me dio una sensación de relajación y paz, mis entrantes de pastel de pescado estaban deliciosos con una patada, mi plato principal era un estofado de pollo, arroz y guisantes y buñuelos de plátano que estaba sabroso y dulce, también tuve fresas caseras y helado de mango y sortbet suave y dulce. El dueño es una mujer encantadora que me hizo sentir cómodo y bienvenido, no puedo esperar para volver a tener el vientre lleno.

Great little find whilst staying in the area for the weekend.The owner was super friendly and made our visit. But the food was also great.We had saltfish patties to start who would have thought a little fritter could have so much flavour.For mains we have mutton Curry and jerk chicken. Packed with flavour and carribean spice.Only negative would be the wait. But worth it.Recommended.

Agnes was a great host myself and my friend went to Reggie's. I liked the fact that it felt like how my grandmas kitchen used to be. Loved the colour, music and Agnes was always engaged in conversation with us she had a great sense of humour and the atmosphere was relaxed. For the starter Agnes brought out Salt Fish Fritters the portion was huge, spiced perfectly, excellent taste and very filling. For the Main myself and my friend both had Jerk Chicken my friend had his with the Jerk Sauce I had mine plain as I like my food dry. The portions were huge the rice was great lots of it and was cooked very well. The Jerk Chicken was Spicy well cooked and the portions were big. For Dessert we had cake and her home made vanilla ice cream tasted so good. Usually I don't like Vanilla Ice Cream this was the exception it tasted like heaven. I love the Sorrel/Ginger Drink I had great kick. Agnes has a natural gift of communication with her customers myself and my friend both had a great time and would totally recommend this place to anyone. Great Job Agnes. I travelled from France for the weekend in London and I discovered a nice restaurant with a family atmosphere. Very good welcome and lovely food. 1st time that I tasted exotic caribbean food and it was delicious!!! I would go back with no hesitation!

Decidimos ir a este lugar con un cupón al azar y nos han tratado como reyes! El personal es super amable y cortés. Es muy barato y la comida es increíble. Lo recomiendo para probar el curry. Es delicioso! La Señora es encantadora y te hace sentir como en casa!

Compré cupones en Groupon y reservé para mi cumpleaños. Tuvimos un tiempo fabuloso, el restaurante es encantador, la comida era deliciosa y Agnes la señora que cocina toda la comida desde cero era absolutamente adorable. Ella fue muy amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Teníamos buñuelos de pescado salado recién hecho, estaban muy crujientes y deliciosos, picante caliente pero no demasiado caliente, simplemente perfecto para nosotros. Optamos por el cordero al curry, arroz y ensalada, el cordero era muy tierno y delicioso y las raciones eran muy generosas. Estaba lleno después de eso y también mi amigo. . pero de alguna manera hicimos lugar para el helado casero:) Ron y pasas que teníamos, pero solo una cucharada, podríamos haber tenido tres cucharadas y todos los sabores deliciosos diferentes también, pero estábamos terminados después de una primicia. Fue realmente delicioso. También tuvimos ponche de piña, Dios mío, fue para morirse. En general, todo estaba en el clavo y los precios, sin duda volveremos por más, nos encanta este lugar. Conseguimos el autobús número 18 de Edgware Rd y prácticamente nos dejó justo afuera de la puerta.

Fui a este restaurante por primera vez con mi pariente. Inmediatamente sirve algunos como comida muy sabrosa fritura que era increíblemente delicioso. Llevamos nuestra propia cerveza y estas fuimos muy bien con la cerveza. Entonces, mientras esperamos, nuestras comidas preparadas a partir de cero. Nos sirvieron pollo delicioso curry y un arroz con frijoles y maravillosamente preparada y luego también otros artículos ensalada. La experiencia fue increíble. Finalmente, cuando llegamos a la casa hizo helados, estaban fuera de este mundo delicioso. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar. Parecía ser dirigido por dos mujeres que eran queridos extremadamente amable y nos trataron como un invitado en su casa.

Visité Reggie's con mi hermano hermana y sobrina con un bono de groupon esta semana. Inicialmente, el servicio era lento, pero vale la pena la espera. Disfrutamos de carnero, pollo Jerk curry, pollo al curry, pescado y pollo cocido. Las porciones eran generosas. Helado delicioso. Estoy familiarizado con la comida caribeña, ya tengo varios amigos y familia jamaicana y de Trinidad y Tobago y la hospitalidad como comida auténtica casa de estilo cálido y sin pretensiones.

Hemos comprado un Groupon planeando pasar tres días en Londres y hemos tenido nuestra primera cena de nuestras cortas vacaciones en Reggie's. No nos impresionó positivamente la apariencia de la ubicación, pero realmente apreciamos la cortesía de los propietarios y el sabor de la comida que nos sirvieron. Estoy realmente asombrado de leer alguna crítica. . . No puedo entender lo que puedes esperar cuando gastas unas pocas libras en una comida de tres platos. Puedo decir que en general la experiencia vale la pena el dinero.

I have dined at many caribbean restaurant all over London and world wide and this is the real deal!

I had a groupon offer which stated you can get a take away without pre booking. Well, the only thing that was made fresh was the salt fish fritters and so called salad which very watery. The mutton, curry chicken and rice were taken from the freezer in front of my eyes and was discussed as if I wasn't there. The food was a total let down, now I know why nobody was in the restaurant. I would not recommend you waste your money. Go to Harlesden you will find better carribbean food.

I went with my cousin to Reggie's on Saturday. Had the saltfish fritters and curry goat with rice and peas. it was delicious. one of the best caribbean foods i have ever eaten.

The food and service here is amazing, i used to live near here years ago and my dentist is still opposite Reggies, the only reason i look forward to going to the dentist is that i eat here before or after, the lady who runs it is lovely also. Highly Recommended !!

Our starter was fishcake fritters and my main course was curry mutton with rice & peas and my friend had Jerk chicken with rice & peas. The food was delicious and freshly cooked. The portions were larger than we expected! The lady who served us was very welcoming and friendly. This is lovely, small family run business who are very keen to please. Highly recommended!

I was the only customer but that stop great service, lovely banter, superb food. Not licensed but there's an off license 2 doors down where they sell Red Stripe. Very tasty curried chicken with rice and peas and a salad. Top nosh for £7:50.

This was our first visit to Reggie's which I found on Groupon. The food was amazing. I recommend the delicious fish cakes which were made fresh when we arrived. The lady serving us was a joy. Very welcoming and extremely generous. This truly felt like a lovely home cooked west Indian meal. The jerk chicken was perfect. I'm not usually a fan of rice and peas but believe me, it was made to perfection. Not to mention their home made rum and raisin ice cream. Totally worth every penny and more. Steph & Jon

Gentilezza fuori dal comune.Arrived in 3 people a few minutes before closure we were greeted with kindness and total availability to oblige us. Signature dishes excellent and plentiful. Kindness out of the ordinary.

Treated my family for a mid week meal. Everyone went home full and satisfied. Very tasty food. My jerk chicken was wholesome and everything freshly made. We were made to feel very welcome and we all enjoyed our visit.

We loved our evening. Delicious starters which we all shared great finger food. Main course was Jerk Chicken and Mutton followed by lovely ice cream made by Mrs Reggie herself. Service came with a very warm smile and lots of friendly chat. I would not hesitate to return and would happily invite friends and family to share the experience with me.

I phoned ahead as was travelling up from south London and was received with a warm welcome. We had mutton curry rice and peas roti and a piece of fish. The food did not disappoint. Very generous portions and amazing tasting food. I look forward to visiting again.

I really can't express how amazing this place was. Its a little gem tucked away and is approximately 10 minutes walking from Harlesden Station. First of all, the service is amazing! The owner made a real effort to get to know me and my partner and asked us our names and even gave my 6 ft 1 boyfriend extra servings as the normal serving (which was plentiful) wouldn't be enough 'for such a big boy like him!'. She had me in absolute hysterics and it honestly felt like someone was cooking for me personally, not just as a customer. By far THE BEST jerk chicken and salt fish fritters I have ever had. Everything was so flavoursome and I was absolutely stuffed by the time I had finished. I wanted to return as soon as I had left and have some more! I will definitely be returning and won't eat for a week before I do so I can stock up on all the dishes! The prices will absolutely shock you as well, so cheap and so, so worth it.

My sister bought my Husband and I a Wowcher offer to have a three course meal at Reggie's as a treat. I was actually excited to visit after reading so many positive review of the place on TripAdvisor...boy were we disappointed!So a couple of weeks ago we went for dinner there. The lady who greeted us was initially very attentative, friendly and helpful. But the first hiccup occured when she detailed to us that there were only three meal options available to Wowcher customers. They were two chicken dishes and a goat dish but unfortunately my Husband and I don't eat meat-only fish.We asked if there was a vegetarian or fish option since the general menu had quite a few veggie dishes on it but the lady said that she didn't have anything ready-made which I was surprised about. I would expect a restaurant to prepare for the instance if a non-meater asks for a veggie dish that's displayed on their menu.The lady said that she would prepare a main meal for us which would be calaloo, salt fish and rice which we said was fine. After about fifteen minutes, the starter arrived which consisted of five small salt fish fritters. I was genuinely expecting them to bring another plate out, but no, one small serving of fritters was for both my husband and I. I felt that was a bit stingy, even for a starter. I don't even have a big appetite but it just didn't feel like enough for two people to eat. The fritters themselves were ok; the flavours were quite nice but a bit too salty for my taste and they were quite rubbery in texture. But worse was to come. A local man who frequents the shops in the area and who is often under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol (I've seen him previously out and about in Harlesden) came in randomly and started loudly demanding change from the owners who angrily shooed him out. I thought the owners would have came over and apologised for the man disrupting our meal but they simply carried on as if it was a regular occurrence. My husband and I felt a bit uncomfortable as its not something you expect to see when you're supposed to be enjoying a meal as atmosphere should be paramount to your experience.Also, the general surroundings weren't great. I expect Caribbean take-away's to have lots of character and personality to reflect the culture but Reggie's had none of it. It seemed more like a canteen with long wooden tables and the interior was really sparse and bare. Plus it was so cold in there that I had to keep my coat on for the whole meal which doesn't help you to feel relaxed.After we had finished the fritters, we literally sat waiting for our main course for just under an hour. There was no update from the owners about how long it would be and no apology for having us wait so long. They virtually ignored us when they emerged from behind the counter to serve other customers which we found really rude and out of order.When the main course finally arrived, there was no apology, they simply served the food and left. Again, the portions were meagre and unfortunately the food was nowhere near worth the hour wait. The callaloo was quite bland and very greasy and the rice had no taste. We were really disappointed after having to wait for so long. Plus we were left still hungry as I couldn't bring myself to finish what was on the plate.By this time we were fed-up and so we didn't even bother to wait around for dessert. We simply got up and left without a backwards glance, since the meal was already paid for.All in all, the customer service in Reggie's was terrible. I would not recommend ANYBODY to eat in that establishment as besides the customer service, the food is not up to par. My husband and I are from Jamaican parentage so we know what good Caribbean food tastes like, but unfortunately, Reggie's isn't it.They need to be more organised and learn to communicate with their customers or they won't have any more left. I definitely will not be returning to Reggie's but I hope they can improve their food and customer service technique for the future.

A must see! The food is so amazing I am going for a second serving today.The warm welcome, lovely amosphere and great music in the background makes you want to sit all day long trying to finish the generous serving on your plate. Mama A is lovely and makes you feel right at home.This is truly a gem and an excellent find

Great food! Probably not a restaurant you would take someone for a date, but if you would like to eat some great food, with very generous portions, this is the place to go! Service was great and refreshing. Also was offered top ups on the food, which I've never been offered before. Worth a visit. I had the curried mutton, which was splendid.

I have always driven past Reggie's Caribbean takeaway in Stonebridge NW10 and always thought ok there's another restaurant but I decided to pop in one day and I've not stopped going back. The food is delicious especially the fried fish. The food always tastes fresh unlike other takeaways where they may freeze the food for days and warm it for 5 minutes leaving a rubbery taste. This is totally the opposite. Not only is the food sublime but the customer service is excellent too. Traditionally Caribbean restaurant owners / workers forget their manners and do not greet you with a smile.. Not at Reggie's .. The family are all extremely friendly and is another one of the main reasons I go back.. Definitely a hidden gem despite being on the main road. I hope their current ethos continues.. Think I go go and get something now.. This review has made me hungry

I live in the area and this wonderful lady is always opened late. I go in to buy soda when tesco is closed. I tried her food a few times and most times it has been Inedible. The fritters or bakes, dripping with oil, other times my fritters were so stale they stank of fridge and could not even soften, even after being put in the microwave. Its a shame because this lady is so friendly and lovely. Her food just isn't up to scratch

A friend and I went to Reggie's after trying a few places on the high road and being disappointed by what was on offer. I am sooo glad we found it! It was quite late by the time my friend and I went in to Reggie's and the lady who served us was lovely. Me and my friend both ordered the same thing but unfortunately there was not enough for two full portions so the lady kindly offered to charge me less. The portion I got was more than enough! The food was soo tasty and although we were there quite late we didn't feel as though we were being rushed to eat so we could get out. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area.

My family and I have eaten at Reggie's a few times now and the food is some of the best Caribbean I've had for a very long time. The portions are large, with a good choice of food cooked fresh. The cook who I think is the owner is one of the nicest ladies you could ever meet which makes for a very friendly atmosphere. One of the highlights on the menu is the homemade ice cream, all flavors are amazing. I have to be honest and say that the only downside is how long you have to wait for the food but patience is a virtue and it's well worth it. What I do now is phone ahead and order the food so it's pretty much ready when I get there. I get the food to take away so I can't comment on what it's like to eat in. Overall if you live fairly locally you should definitely check this place out!!

My other half bought this as a group on voucher as a pre Wembley show dinner. I didn't expect to have the gastronomic experience I had but the salt fish fritters to start were perfect. The best I have eaten out of all the weddings and houses I have eaten at ....sorry aunties :) The curry goat was amazing, well seasoned well cooked quality cuts of meat. The rice and peas was exactly how I like it.....with just a little scotch bonnet. The service was great, one of the best out of the many Caribbean restaurants/take aways I have frequented over the years. I doubt very much that you will be disappointed if you do ever go. ;)

We had a very good dinner thanks to the mutton & chicken curries! The portions are more than enough and even the chief has proposed additional as she saw the kids so pleased to finish the meals. It's a real home made cuisine like in Caribbean.

I got recommended to REGGIE'S through a friend, and it was well worth the visit, and although a little drive from me, i've been back several times since the food is amazingly tasty and fresh, if the portions weren't such a healthy size I would have seconds. I've now worked through most of the menu and there's nothing I wouldn't recommend. For anyway visiting north west London a visit to Reggie's is a must, great service, and fresh amazing food... If you're not sure what to have the salt fish fritters and curried chicken is always a winner.

Great home cooked food at very reasonable prices. Everything was really nice, and it was brought out pretty quickly. When the food came out we were told that we were welcome to ask for more if there wasnt enough. I had jerk chicken, and there was more food than we could eat. Worth a trip just to try the home made ice cream!

We went on a voucher from wowcher and were extremely disappointed especially as I usually buy a voucher when it's got good reviews on TripAdvisor. As we entered at 18:35 we were greeted by a lovely lady. From there onwards it went downhill. From all the items on the menu we were told only the saltfritters were available, she did offer to make some fresh ones for us though.......Maincourse only jerk chicken, chicken curry and oxtail was available. Main course was jerk chicken for my partner and oxtail for me. The chicken was alright but nothing special (my partner claimed he could make better chicken), the oxtail was miniscule, however the rice was piled up massively! On top of that it was freezing in there so we just wanted to get out and didn't even bother with dessert as I was still hungry I ended up at the Sainsbury's hotcounter, buying chicken!

I went to Reggies with my partner and 3 of our friends. We had two vouchers from wowcher so was able to get three courses and every course was wonderful.The salt-fish fritters were very tasty with lots of flavour. I then had the curry mutton roti and that was sooo good. I struggled to finish it because it was so filling but they gave me a takeaway box so I was able to enjoy it later back at home. The portions were big which is nice to see. Finally for dessert we all had ice cream. We were able to mix the scoops which was great because the ice cream was amazing!!! I will definitely be going back again with more friends and would definitely recommend others to try Reggies Carribean Cuisine.

I came to Reggie's Caribbean Cuisine with my mum yesterday with a voucher we bought on Wowcher.com.We were greeted with a welcoming smile from the owner and this was the start of a lovely evening.The food was delicious and the portions were extremely generous! I had the stew chicken with rice and peas and my mum had mutton as we both really enjoyed our food and although we couldn't finish our large portions, we couldn't bear to leave it so we asked for a doggy bag to take home ;-) The salt fish fritters are so tasty with so much flavour packed into them and the home made vanilla and pineapple ice cream was delicious too.The owner is really lovely and a true people person. She makes you feel welcome and like a valued customer which is rare to find. You will struggle to find a restaurant with such a genuine welcoming feeling.We came all the way from South London to Reggie's and I really wish it was closer to us as I'd be a regular. But we will definitely still be making a return visit.Catrina :-)
