Great atmosphere with a good selection of food and drink. kiosk Keith is a great host who always make sure your glass is never empty and openly encourages you to drink more 😂🍺🥃

Such a lovely evening with friends at this restaurant, we had the sharing steak platter and the meat was lovely such a great environment and David the Manager was great and very attentive, I would recommend highly!

Lovely food, huge portion and super tasty. We went on a Thursday that currently has BYOB which we thought was great! Staff super helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend this hidden gem in St Albans!

Breve reseña es que nuestros amigos y familiares ME ENCANTARON las arepas. Muchos de los cuales estaban de visita desde Sudamérica Ivan y su estación de Arepa proporcionaron catering para nuestra celebración de bodas en nuestro jardín en casa a través de su camión de alimentos. Iván fue genial en la previa con la comunicación y las arepas fueron amadas tanto por los británicos como por los latinos entre nosotros. Recomendaría encarecidamente y usaría Ivan de nuevo

Ordered through Deliveroo, it was the worst meal I have ever ordered. The only thing that was hot was the rice, yet as soon as we open it there was a very strong smell, almost like it had been cooked days prior. The mac and cheese was disgustingly sweet, with spicy almost as though it had been mixed with sweet chilly. It was even reddish in colour. The oxtail was very very sickly, too much oil and too much browning use. My partner curry goat was mainly bones. I was sent a pot of salad instead of coleslaw. For myself my partner and my two children it came to just under £64.00. The tried the food and hated it too, which is very disappointing, as now at 6.50pm on a Sunday, I’m now having to go out and buy food to cook as all of it was uneditable as far as we are concerned, we’ve had quite a few didn’t caribeans. But this is by far the worst

Solían ofrecer casi todos sus sándwiches veganos y ahora no lo hacen : ( la única opción son los hongos n mi pareja odia los hongos por lo que no pudimos conseguirlo , solía hacer uno de judías al horno, hacerlo más accesible para los veganos de nuevo!

Best stall on the market by far! Amazing empanadas and definitely get the fries on the side. One of the only stalls with seating as well. Great value for money! ¡Qué genial!

We attended a bottomless brunch to celebrate a birthday. The concept is fun, and the food and drinks were enjoyable, but the overall experience was mixed due to inconsistencies in service. While some staff were friendly and attentive, others were less so, leading to delays in drinks and moments where we felt overlooked. For a “bottomless” brunch, this impacted the flow of the experience. The venue has potential, and with some improvements in staff coordination and customer service, it could be a much more memorable occasion for celebrations.

Had booked here for a bottomless brunch as a group of 3. From arrival, service was slow. We waited around a good few minutes waiting to be seen to. We visited on a Friday afternoon. It took a very long time to get drinks. Nearly every time we wanted a drink, we either had to join the queue at the bar (there were only one or two bar staff behind the bar, which is why there was always a queue). Or we had to stop waiters/waitresses as they were walking past, and even then, it took them ages to take our order and then deliver the drinks. The service was really poor and extremely slow. It wasn't busy, so there wasn't a reason for this. The poor service put a dampner on our bottomless brunch. We do not feel we got value for money for the price we paid. Therefore, we would not return here again. I do not recommend Turtle Bay for a bottomless brunch.
