TM Vegan Buddha in Harlow

I ordered a takeaway meal from the Vegan Buddha last week and it was absolutely top class! Really affordable, tasty meals with full instructions on how to prepare the dishes. Thank you Quinton, we'll be coming back again soon :)

I've just recently started ordering food from and so surprised I'd never heard of them until recently. I've had some delicious meals over the past two weeks and all vegan. My favourite was the plantain curry, followed by coconut sponge. It's very convenient as they also offer frozen food dishes. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Can’t believe this amazing take away is on my doorstep. Wonderful vegan curry excellent service. Will definitely visit again. We found vegan Buddha for a takeaway birthday in lockdown. Quinton was super helpful and tailor made our menu. Portion sizes were brilliant all in individual recyclable containers and piping hot. Excellent value and so so tasty. Complete with a vegan chocolate cake! Oh my I could have eaten the whole thing!!! Great supporting a small family business!

My take away meal from Vegan Buddah tonight was a Rosti and Spinach absolutely delicious, needs to be on main menu for everyone to try. I can't recommend the fresh food and friendly service highly enough. James

Yummy 😋 Sunday Roast consisting of a delicious mushroom wellington with amazing pastry 😘 Plentiful veg, many varieties & textures including fabulous roast potatoes that were crispy & creamy 🤩 I am not yet a vegan but this lunch was delicious, satisfying & tasty, tasty, very very tasty 💥 🏆 🌟 I have also had the pleasure of hosting a birthday lunch at this magical, exclusive venue with generously portioned Buddha bowls & light and fluffy blueberry muffins 💜 Additionally, a full supper club, 4 course dinner - totally unique experience with incredible food - fully organic & authentically vegan but also beautifully created & presented 🙏 This is a one off venue offering gastronomic delights created with a genuine love & passion - highly recommend xx

I took my partner here for her birthday and it was absolutely perfect. We ate in the out-house which is a beautiful setting for any occasion and we immediately felt relaxed and welcome in Quinton and Adele's home. The garden was a lovely place to sit and chill after our main course. Despite being the only ones there we were not rushed in any way and it was a completely unique dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, I am still amazed by the 'prawn' cocktail starter. You can tell the ingredients are all fresh and organic, everything was full of flavour without the need for oil and salt like most restaurants. We took a chocolate birthday cake away with us which I must say is one of, if not the best vegan cake I have ever had. It's still moist 3 days later. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, we will definitely be back soon.

I really can understand the good and glowing reviews (but so many!) but VB is not for me. The food was decent but I was expecting so much more in terms of the experience. The owners are nice people offering a niche offering but.... you are essentially eating home food in a strangers home (albeit in a nice summer house). As you are in a residential home you have to use their 'facilities' if you know what I mean (there are no separate dining WC's) - not great having to walk through the house. I would also say that at £45 a head (with no drinks) that this is way over priced - £25 for this would feel about right I think. When I go out, I much prefer a restaurant experience rather than this. Good luck to the business as I can see the attraction in this very new world we live in.

Wow wow wow! I simply cannot describe just how DELICIOUS the food is! The chef is a master of creation, heaven on a plate/in a bowl is how to describe the experience for your tastebuds. I first went with a group of friends on a Saturday evening a few weeks ago and we had a wonderful time, chilling in the charming garden before eating the exotic courses in the beautiful cabin. Adele and Quinton are wonderful, passionate people who make you feel instantly at home. Today I had the pleasure of trying a Vegan Buddha Bowl with BBQ Tofu....I wished it wouldn’t end! I have booked up again for another Buddha Bowl lunch and desert and cannot wait! So glad to have found this amazing place - I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

We just spent Sunday afternoon relaxing at Vegan Buddha while Adele and Quinton brought us fantastic food and made sure we had everything we could possibly want. We had the S African theme and every dish was a favourite. Mine was the smoked aubergine topped with a savoury mince. We all had a relaxing time and couldn’t stop saying how good the food was and how relaxed we felt. Just remembered the Malaya curry which was a big favourite, so tasty. Can’t wait to go back

Honestly the best dining experience we as a group of friends have had in ages!!! The food was incredible and the hospitality was amazing. We had 4 courses of delicious dishes. Way better than going to a typical restaurant! At first it feels like you are walking into some “random” house, then as soon as the owners welcome you through, you get to see their kitchen which is always nice. Then they take you to their summer house where the dining experience takes place at the end of their beautiful garden which almost feels like a fancy outdoor area of a lovely bar. The rest is history... We are going to be coming back here real soon! I would give it 10/5 stars if I could :)

We absolutely loved our evening at Vegan Buddha. We had 4 courses of South African themed vegan food and every one was phenomenal. The owners are friendly, welcoming and professional. They were attentive and created a relaxed atmosphere for us guests. The set up of the dining experience was unique and something I have never done before, but would 100% do again. I can’t wait to come back when the sun is shining and spend some time outdoors in the cute garden. My friends and I are extremely excited that we have found a great spot as it is definitely one of the best we have been to in the UK.

Have been ordering food from Adele and Quinton for a few weeks now. It’s amazing and they’re such lovely people. My favourites so far are the pie and mash (the best) and their curry’s. Everything has been lovely to be honest! So easy to order and collect, try it you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been enjoying The Vegan Buddha’s takeaway food now regular for the last 6 months and it’s a big part of my healthy, organic, vegan lifestyle . The do a huge range of tasty dishes from all over the world. Adele & Quinton are such lovely people and I can wait to eat in their restaurant when lockdown is over.

We visited for my mums birthday. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The venue was cosy and very intimate. The food tasted amazing and was presented very nicely. I highly recommend this venue.

My family regularly buys delicious vegan meals from Vegan Buddha. Meals are amazing,the food is really fresh and tasty, prices are brilliant and the banana muffins are out of this world. Highly recommend to everyone.

Today I visited Vegan Buddha in Harlow... I was a bit sceptical as it’s at a house but boy was I in for a surprise! The setting is intimate and very colourful. Both Chefs were very welcoming. We were there for a Mexican food evening....
