The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in North East Scotland

We loved our experience at the Fish Shop and were glad we drove over from Braemar in the dark. The stylish white dining room had a nice atmosphere and one could think to be in London. Staff was very friendly , food delicious and pricing fair. Highly recommendable

Fabulous service. Menu was fantastic especially the haggis & venison balls and the stovies😋 guests thoroughly enjoyed all of the food and all dietary requirements were met. Highly recommend

Lovely atmosphere and lovely food! Always looking to try new food and I'd certainly come back here to try some other menu items. Would recommend reserving a table as it's relatively small, which gives it a cozy atmosphere. Had a great time!

Amazing experience. Staff were very attentive, professional and friendly, I can’t compliment them enough. Food and drinks were fantastic, we went for the Thursday night supper club, where you get a set menu. All the courses were delicious, I especially enjoyed the main course, escalope of chicken with a Parmesan risotto. Everything cooked perfectly and we even got a photo with the kilted chef himself. It’s a shame the place is closing at the end of September however, we were so pleased we went and will have a fantastic memory to reflect on. I wouldn’t hesitate if you are thinking of booking. Do it before it’s too late.

Amazing food and just the quality of restaurant Aberdeen so desperately needs. Excellent authentic food with courteous staff who were very accommodating for food allergies. Very impressed and can't wait for my next visits. My only complaint would be that they could do with some noise dampers, when the restaurant is full it is very noisy and hard to hear your table guests.

Pleasant ambiance with helpful staff. I thought it was a bit expensive for what was offered. The food was, however, good.

Really pleasant evening treat before theatre to see the pantomime. Staff were warm and friendly, very pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. Highly recommend.

A good place to eat especially in winter when the fire is on.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Tor-Na-Coille. It is an amazing place in a fantastic setting. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and friendly . The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was amazing. We Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will be back .

Got vouchers for a wedding gift and very surprised we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner bed and breakfast the staff are very friendly and helpful Very quaint place will definitely be back

Same very good selection of beers . Didn't try the food . Staff seemed pleasant enough. However be aware this place serves great beer however if you are looking for a soft drink check the price before ordering. The soft drinks are more expensive than the beers.

By far and away the very best Beef Stew I have ever tasted. The decor might be a bit dated, but the food was excellent. The after-dinner coffee was drunk in the lounge, which was decorated in the style of a Scottish country house.

We haven’t been to the Palace for a meal for nearly a year and decided to go this evening. We had the front room to ourselves. The lady that served us was really nice and helpful. Food was lovely. All of us thoroughly enjoyed it and was worth every penny. Fully COVID compliant!

the cafe is lovely well situated. with excellent food friendly staff. ideal for drinks after work. it is well decorated through out.
