Cafe Creo in Aberdeen City

the cafe is lovely well situated. with excellent food friendly staff. ideal for drinks after work. it is well decorated through out.

The food was okay but not amazing. Two of us went for the waffles with bacon and syrup, a cold drink and a coffee. Tips for improvement would be. - Serving hot food on ice cold slates made the food cold before it even left the kitchen. Warming the slate first would make a big difference. - Any decent cafe should be able to do a poached egg without having to use a horrible mould which produces a hockey-puck egg that was over cooked by the time it was cut into. - We were not offered a glass / ice for our bottles of Coke. - The latte wasn’t that good. The foam was poorly done so it ended up being overly frothy with none of the sheen/gloss you get from nicely done microfoam. - The menu stated that the bacon and syrup was available as pancakes but the waiter at the till said they don’t do pancakes.

I came here Sunday afternoon. The service was very good. The food was delicious - I had their soup of the day. The coffee was very nice. The prices are very reasonable- I was £7.50 for a soup + hot drink. I will definitely come back again.

Lovely coffee and very tasty beef shawarma in a nice relaxing atmosphere 😊 The staff were really helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

We went this morning and ordered poached eggs, bacon and waffles and a toastie. We were told the waffles are fresh made and would take 15 minutes which we stated was fine. When the food came out my waffles were stone cold, bacon was luke warm and my poached egg was very undercooked. The white ran all over the waffle when i moved it. The two ladies were disinterested, no customer service whatsoever. My husbands toastie was barely edible, it was also cold and the sausage appeared to be a glorified hotdog. What a waste of £15. Absolutely awful and will not recommend this place to anyone. Can understand why it was so quiet when this is the service and poor quality of food being offered

I was so hungry so walked in for lunch and ordered mixed sausage and beef and orange juice I felt cheated as says shawarma is mixed sausage and beef BUT has no sausage but a hot dog instead Just not this the price charged for this was £7.70 when their menu card rate was £6.30 Though I walked and seated before other customers (whites) they all were served their teas and coffee while ignoring my order I had to call and had to ask for my orange drink after seeing all others were served the teas and coffee I didn't get any apology for been not served and was not treated the same as the white customers..felt the worst place to eat, very poor service and a racist place!!!

Visited for quick coffee and bolos de arroz (Portugese rice muffins) a few times and always great, with quick and friendly service. Looking forward to going back with more time and trying the food, which looks delicious.

First time visiting Cafe Creo and we will definitely be back. Me and my Girlfriend were looking for somewhere to have lunch and with its ideal city centre location being right next to the Bon Accord Centre it was our first choice, It is a really cosy, warm cafe on the corner of George St but don’t let it fool you. The staff are really friendly and down to earth willing to have a laugh and make you feel at home. I had the cheese & bacon bagel and my other half had a tuna mayo toastie, both were delicious and made us want some more, so we decided to try there cake selection which finished of a lovely lunch. It isn’t too expensive and with an extensive refreshment menu from hot drinks, to smoothies and milkshakes it makes a great spot for anyone looking to catch up or do some studying. Really recommend trying Cafe Creo!

The atmosphere of a library- for a Saturday you want some life and soul into a coffee shop. Instead there’s a live stream of the war being broadcasted which we are all stressed about and no music so you felt you had to whisper! I appreciate life is anxious but we come to places like this as a respite to escape the reality of hell out there! If you bring life into this place you will do well!

Since the closure of John Lewis and its cafés there have been very few options at the bottom of George Street, but Café Creo is a welcome stop for coffee-drinkers escaping the winter cold. I visited yesterday, Tue. 25th January, for the first time and was impressed by what has been done to the place, with a combination of bench, low, and chair seats which accommodates different needs. The coffee was well presented and the staff welcoming with nice touches like adding a little biscuit on the side. This is a really good place if you are looking for an alternative to Belmont Street. I will visit again. Thank you x

Popped into Cafe Creo one afternoon with a friend to have a beverage. The cafe was clean and the staff friendly. However we were there for 2 hours and were the only customers in the place! As Covid is still prevalent this was not an issue. We did not have anything to eat so I cannot comment on the food.

To start with it’s definitely safe to visit. Everything in place with there social distancing and also very clean. My husband and I both had a breakfast bagel and it was absolutely delicious. It was also definitely worth the money, and we shall definitely make another visit very soon. Thank you to the staff of Cafe Creo for there politeness and very prompt service.

Carefully put together sweet treats. My husband ordered this pack for me on mother's day and I absolutely loved every detail about this box. Very classy packaging and on-time home delivery. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking to offer this as a gift to their loved one.

Absolutely lovely staff. Very polite and welcoming. Food/ drink was great. I had sandwich and coffee deal! I will definitely be returning. The cafe was also very COVID secure. 10/10

Parked in the shopping centre and tried this great little cafe just for a change from the big brand ones. Great coffee (Illy, a make we do not see often enough). Great value food, beautifully presented with side salad on a trencher. Friendly and accommodating service, with at least gluten free bread for my wife to have toast. Lovely Portuguese cakes (bolos de arroz). (Dear owner: I looked up the recipe. They are half rice and half wheat, unfortunately for my wife).

Food was great and staff were very polite, very accommodating. The cafe is very clean and well kept. Will definitely be returning soon.

We came in yesterday would've been our second visit, still amazing customer service very nice and polite and you don't get that service anywhere else. When you go there you just feel so relaxed and cosy too. If could give Café Creo a ten star...

In for a coffee on Friday with my mum. Place is spotless, measures in place to comply with COVID restrictions give reassurance. Staff friendly and efficient, price competitive for the area. Will definately be back - and recommend to others

Perfect coffee. It’s Illy coffee so it is always going to be perfect. What a beautiful little cafe on George street. Bringing something rather nice to an often forgotten part of town. The prices are very competitive and the home bakes look great.
