Restaurant located few minutes walk from Sidcup station with a large public car park at the rear (paid by app), with direct access into the rear of the restaurant. Ground floor and upstairs dining space (steep stairs and a chair lift). Friendly welcome and very prompt service. Huge choice dishes on each course with lots of traditional favourites. Attended a friends 25th wedding anniversary in the upstairs dining space. Excellent quality food and service for so many people in one sitting. Crab and prawn starter particularly good as was the monkfish main.

Good food with decent service. The place is quite run down though but that is reflected in the price. We are regular visitors!

This little restaurant is Woodford's hidden gem. The food is incredible. All freshly cooked to order in front of you, good portions, good value and so tasty. The staff are warm, friendly and so welcoming, you feel like you are eating in someones home. Can't recommend highly enough. Give it a try, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed (or hungry!)

Came with a friend for dinner. Amazing food and drinks but waiters walking around in shorts and a t shirt? Seemed a touch out of place. Besides that it was a wonderful evening

La pinta es buena, pero el servicio es lentísimo, y la cocina muy limitada. No te dejes engañar por el aspecto: no entres.

One of the few places in London with exceptional service and standards for cleanliness! Visited over the weekend with my wife and ended up tipping 35% just because the tables were spotless, and the waitress cleaned ours again before seating us. She did it JUST IN CASE—even though it was already clean! There are very few places in all of London, and I would even say the UK, that maintain such a high standard of cleanliness. The service was also exceptional—the staff responded quickly to everything we asked for, and everyone was helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work and the great culture! The only minor feedback I have: the cutlery was placed on the menu, which is inherently a dirty surface since every client touches it. Please don’t put cutlery on anything other than clean plates—especially not the table or the menu.

Great clean fresh,favourite are the custard natas? Knock nandos ones for six. Lots in the freezer you just can't find on the high street,proper little taste of Portugal.

We had a large family gathering. We had space, and the atmosphere was conducive for our celebration. Excellent service and friendly staff. I would recommend 👌

WELL STREET SURPRISE Visiting the street the other day, I was delighted to see that this restaurant had re-opened which the owners told me was due to a serious flood in their basement. I opted for a chicken wrap and must say that it was as good as before they were forced to close. The meat was succulent and tasty and the salad and vegetables freshly chopped, crispy and crunchy. The home made chilli was was incredible!! This is a family run restaurant and they make everything fresh each day. I would recommend trying it as I don't think you will be disappointed.

The two other times I've been to this restaurant, have both been fine, and it's much easier if you're not gluten free... this is why I give it 2 stars and not 1 for food. However today I went for lunch and after asking three times if the dish I asked for was gluten free (yes 3 times in total), the waitress comes back after I take the first bite to tell me that there's flour in it. I am coeliac, so this is absolutely not ok. I then couldn't eat at the same time as the person I was meeting for lunch, and had to order a different dish from the menu. There were no sincere apologies coming from the staff and was charged service charge.... do not recommend for coeliacs and the staff was far from polite and considerate with what happened.
