This is the best afternoon tea we’ve ever had! I spent a lot of time researching different more well known places but this seemed to have way more interesting food options for the same price. As soon as we stepped into the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and caring. Then we were led to our seats and the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing which I think would be definitely less so at other places. We were served by a lovely man who said his nickname was Harry so thank you to Harry for the amazing care!! The service was attentive and sincere and he explained everything thoroughly and we never felt rushed the whole time. We felt really looked after by everyone. The sandwiches were the best we’ve ever had at an afternoon tea! Really unique and fresh and delicious. Our favourites were the crab and grapefruit with trout roe roll and the salmon croissant with poached egg and pickled onion. They let us have extra! We got to try two different teas too. Overall you get lots of food at a very high standard that you don’t get anywhere else. I’m surprised it’s not very well known compared to other afternoon teas but I do love how it’s a hidden gem selfishly. Would definitely come back again! Had the loveliest time and think i’d struggle to find a better afternoon tea! ❤️❤️

Visited on Friday and we had a wonderful evening. Steak with béarnaise sauce, cooked medium rare as requested. Incredibly crispy, chunky chips and a side salad. The staff were really friendly and professional without being imposing. Stunning location with a warm and relaxed ambience.

Amazing afternoon tea, all the food was delicious especially the sandwiches. Service was great with bottomless food and drink and Marcelo was an amazing waiter. Price was reasonable for afternoon tea.

Popped in for a pasta and risotto dish, pasta was very bland and the risotto was shocking. Disappointed and won’t return Bar staff were very friendly but this was the only positive from our visit

¡No!
